It’s far too late to turn back now, and the journey ahead is cursed.

When the group arrives in a post-apocalyptic London, there are new threats that loom over their heads. Supernatural beings known as the Cursed have invaded this reality and razed much of humanity. The spared souls who are left must fight and scavenge to survive while avoiding both the possessed and being possessed.

Chaos reigns in a world filled with black smoke, and the group must once again conform to a new set of rules. But that chaos also exists in themselves and in the threads that bind them together. Old and new relationships are tested. A former menace resurfaces, but an even darker danger lingers on the horizon. Will they escape the Cursed and everything else that this world has mercilessly thrown their way?

This just might be the beginning of a whole new story.

Book 3 might have been the best so far!

It had literally everything I enjoy. 1) It's apocalyptic. The friends find themselves in a post-apoc London where things called the Cursed have taken over. They're the result of something like a collider backfiring. I won't pretend to understand the science. 2) There's romance! I will NOT say who it's between, because that'd be spoilery. And it's actually... kind of off-putting in certain scenarios (again, spoilery). But there were scenes in here that had me swooning! I adore romance subplots. 3) It was gloriously gory. MY GOD, the gore. It had me curling my toes into the carpet, gagging a little into my shoulder, and shuddering openly. I write gore! I love gore! This-- this is next level stuff, y'all. The scene with Redacted's FACE in his HAND.

I JUST NEED MORE, PLEASE

I clearly enjoyed this third installation. I'm a bit mad that the next book isn't already out yet, but I just pre-ordered the next one instead of ranting.

Another exciting adventure and definitely not for the faint-hearted!

I just finished reading Cursed, the 3rd episode in the Lost in the Vast series. This story transitions really well from episode 2. The characters have found themselves in a super scary dimension and the horror element in this episode is very strong. This is not my typical genre, however I find myself not being able to put these books down! My time is definitely invested in this series and I can’t wait for episode 4!

I received a free ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is an incredible continuation of Lost in the Vast. The way these characters grow and evolve is very interesting. The world building is absolutely fantastic, and the monsters our characters have now run into are super scary.

This series will make your heart pound in good ways and bad, and every second is worth it. It's one of the best horror stories I've read recently and is almost Dean Koontz-like in its visceral creepiness.

So I’ve just flown through Episodes 1-3 in a matter of days and all I can think is…nooooo! Hopefully after this, Alexis has learned her lesson and will stay away from all versions of Killian. I really liked Austin and Lily and the introduction of their characters. But holy cow, Trent. I mean, he just continues his decent into crazy town, but you know he didn’t get left behind when the others leapt. Can’t wait for Episode 4!
