People will say a LOT after tragedy I remember where I was when that happened.
I think I was in Year 3, so basically too young to really remember it and really grasp what was happening in sleepy Tasmania, where nothing ever happens.

This tells the story of the Port Arthur massacre that happened, one sleepy sunny Sunday in Tasmania. What happened next and what is happening ten years later.
We read stories from people who were there that day either as a survivor, or first responder or who treated the survivors. This also tells of Australia’s response to gun violence, and how with better gun control laws makes Australia truly the safest country to be.

Whilst we get an insight into what happened, I don’t think we will truly understand what Martin Bryant was thinking and why he did it, other then what people puts down to he was simply crazy.

A must read for people who like True Crime, or are Australian and want to understand more about a day that will live in infamy, 28 April 1996.
