As the Time War rages, another battle takes place in the War Room - for Gallifrey’s soul. As Rassilon tries to control the narrative of the Time War at home, the Cardinals fight to prove their loyalty. Out amid the conflict, the Resistance struggles to make a difference, and Gallifrey’s most faithful warriors face the ultimate challenge.

3.1 Propaganda by Georgia Cook - With unrest brewing in Low Town, Rassilon demands the immediate location and destruction of a rogue broadcast mocking his name. With Rasmus, the General and Cresta trapped in the Drylands, and riots bubbling on the streets, Ollistra attempts to steer a course to cement her rule over the War Room.

3.2 Resistance by Katharine Armitage - is trying to hold a crumbling Resistance together; Ollistra is trying to tear it apart. Both have audacious plans to ensure the victory of their side and everyone else has to choose where their loyalties truly lie.

3.3 Hope by Fio Trethewey - Leela has a job to do, and she cannot do it alone, and so she enlists the most unlikely of allies for the task. Time is not on her side, and she must succeed, or else all of them are doomed.

3.4 Eye for an Eye by Matt Fitton - Cardinal Ollistra must serve the will of Rassilon and see the Resistance destroyed. But the Resistance is already falling apart. With Leela and Rasmus missing, the General and Veklin are given a mission that neither relish. Loyalties will be tested, and vengeance will be had.

I was over the moon when I saw Romana - and Lala Ward's name - on the cover. As much as I have been surprised the fact that I'm still into this series - without Romana, the main draw for me - I was excited for her return. For a minute, I was scared, but then once it became clear what they did, I relaxed. I'm hoping that Romana will find her way back in future installments.

It's good to have Gallifrey back after 3 years. This boxset like previous delivers good strong scripts. It felt like the Gallifrey of old, focusing on internal politics on Gallifrey itself, which the previous sets naturally have moved away from with it being set in the Time War.

Another fantastic entry to the series!

Honestly, not vibing much with the theme song. The storyline was serviceable, but I didn’t feel as invested.
