I'm meant to save the light from the dark with my four guardians. Whatever that means.

The problem is, I'm a mess. Weeks have passed since my world tilted on its axis. Tobias, Asher, and Oliver may have put my shattered heart back together again, but something once broken is never quite the same. Every time I shut my eyes I find myself stuck in an endless loop of fear and worry.

And then Reve appears. He waltzed his way into my dreams and swept me off my feet. Will the three angels in my life accept a demon?

Will they accept me?

I was just starting to figure out who I was... until I discovered my mother was a fraud.

Now, I don't even know who I am anymore.

This whole series was overall like a 4.2

The plot was very original. It was about Lucifer’s daughter.
I think there could have been a few changes to make it better but overall it was actually a really good trilogy.

I actually read book 1 years ago and rated it a 3 so maybe my taste in books have change or I’m over rating it bc istg I have not read an amazing book yet in 2025 lol

Not quite 3 & 1/2 stars.
I think I enjoyed book 1 more than book 2. Book 2's flow was really slow, I had a hard time staying in the book when my mind would wander. This plot seemed way too twisted, and I really didn't feel the connection between the RH group in general. I still feel I don't know the main characters, Danica, Tobias, Asher, & Oliver, & now the 4th guy, Reve. Too much focus on Asher & Oliver's sexual tension. It was almost weird for me & not because it's a M/M relationship but because their relationship seemed more important than the group as a whole -to Danica with her RH. I really didn't feel like any of them were memorable. Not sure I will continue on with book 3 when it releases at this point.

Oof was this a book two. spoilers.

If you read my reviews you will see I am barely ever a fan of book two in a series. Most authors end up with filler and slow pacing compared to book one and the final book and this doesn't seem to be an exception to that rule.

Danica spends this whole book being stressed and not leaning on anyone around her. She keeps secrets, doesn't share all the knowledge she has of things, then is super shocked at the chaos that occurs. Maybe tell your boyfriend's a random woman keeps popping up and talking to you. Maybe talk about how you are upset and scared and not feeling well. Maybe talk to your dad. Who is literally the devil and discuss a better plan than going to college sort of and living on your own. Seriously no one planned anything, no one thought it would be safer somewhere else? Why is she still in the school in the first place?

Speaking of that, I could care less. When a main character does well in a school and is kicking ass I think we can get behind that. Hell ya you are doing awesome and dealing with chaos and doing things. When the only class she is passing with any regular marks is her boyfriends class I have some doubts. Why keep it the backdrop? The points system kind of fell off too, and we don't really get any rules that were laid out because Michael pretty much said well she's the prophecy so. sorry?

I just found myself incredibly frustrated with this one, and I wanted more.

Mmmmmmm this one was a nope for me. I thought it would get a bit better but the whole story went to caca.
The only likable character in the entire book was Reve. Danica was still annoying as ever.

This was a fantastic continuation of the series. So much has happened and was revealed to Dani such as the identity of her mother and the addition of a 4th man to her harem. I was easily sucked into this series from the moment I started it.

Lucifer is my absolute favorite because of his demeanor and personality in this book. He may be considered the devil but he cares and loves his daughter immensely. I really like Reve as well. His character is unique and I loved reading from his POV.

I cannot wait to read the next book and then start the spin off series. Amazing book that I highly recommend if you enjoy RH, a little bit of MM, and plenty of drama and action.

4/5⭐️ 2/5🌶️

——• Angel/demon RH with MM 🔥

I still think this has a weird take on the whole storyline but I am here for it and am finding it a lot more interesting then the first book. However, what I am finding annoying is how the author does things like this "Lilith makes Danica steal the HG cup all because she cant physically touch it, only to processed to snatch it from her hand using a cloth"... Like could that bitch not just do that in the first place?

It may not seem like a big deal but honestly it frustrated me to no end as it happens throughout both books. Its almost like the author could not make their mind up in wanting to either drag it out or simplify it. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄

On a positive note, I love how Reve has blended in with the group and is becoming good friends with Tobias as it seems to be a bit more balanced now that Olly and Asher are a thing. Speaking of those two, their relationship is very slow but sweet and there is only one little shower scene between the two of them💦

This was a good second book and it definitely escalates every situation are main characters face. It's got great paranormal elements and reverse harem elements. The hot moments and variety we get also escalate in the book in case you are wondering. This book felt like there were more ups and downs and I definitely got frustrated a time or two with danica. But with what she was dealing with that's to be expected I suppose. This story does end on a cliff hanger and I can't wait to see what happens next; hopefully everything gets solved with an HE A (fingers crossed). There was also some peripheral & secondary characters mentioned that I could totally see get there own story like the tattoo artist angel, Ava and maybe even Michael. Not necessarily stories together but I think they could each definitely be interesting & I'd reAd them. Good book would recommend.

As I said for the first book, this was interesting and I did enjoy it but there were some parts i enjoyed less than others. My least favorite part of this whole book was Danica not telling the guys what she learns in the files, while I do understand why she didn't tell them it just cause her so much more problems and stress that she didn't need with everything else she had going on. My other complaint was how the guys acted when they found out about Reve, again i do understand why they acted the way they did but it was hurting Danica more that they had these issues with him. Beyond that I do like the plot of these books, it has been interesting and has kept my attention plus I'm guessing what's going to happen next with these characters. Overall this was a decent book and I'm interested in where the story is going next and how Danica and her guardians are going to save the world.

I really enjoyed this book much more than the previous one and Daddy Devil had a LOT to do with it. We know Lucifer as a hard-a** but seeing him in this paternal light was really entertaining and heartwarming.

Danica is slowly coming into her own and unraveling the secrets of her past and she continues on her journey of self-discovery. The guys have really taken on their own narrative and I didn't mind this one bit. I love seeing interconnectivity within harems so I was here for the M/M romance and even the M/M/F romance.

The group seems to be coming into their own- especially when a new character blindsided us.

The plotline is fairly obvious but I enjoyed the sweetness and sexiness of the relationships so who gives a hoot?

If you like Fantasy, PNR Reverse Harems this is the book for you.

Sizzling Anxiety

The FMC goes through some unnecessary anxiety throughout this book. From a readers standpoint, some of it was common sense, but somehow the FMC didn’t consider that the guys would have already suspected so. Other than that, the story moved along with some very transparent revelations and the sizzle in their romance continues to grow. This installment does have so m/m in it, so if it’s not your cup of tea, skip that part. Doesn’t take away from the story if you do I think.

I'll rate this book a 4 to make the first and second even out to the 3.5 I wish I could rate them.

I have a true love hate relationship with this series. It is almost ridiculous how fast paced everything happens. It's almost hard to catch your breath. But at the same time it's not detailed or deep enough.

I wish we got more slow burn and deeper characters. But I do enjoy the characters for what they are.

I also like the plot points. What's happening. I haven't read anything like that before so it's a refreshing plot.

But yeah.. it's a little silly.

Just ok

This was entertaining but not really memorable. Theres stuff going on but it's been pretty vague and murky. I'm not that invested in the plot or the relationships, which is a shame really. The book is well written I just dont really have any emotional investment. I haven't really decided if I'm going to read the next book but in leaning toward no right now. I may come back to it later, I'm not sure.

DNF 51%
I tried to finish this but after Danica's third TSTL moment I couldn't keep going. I'm not saying she was the brightest in book one but she wasn't this reckless either. I almost DNFed after her decision (1st TSTL moment) in the beginning to go to the party alone. The spice scene between Danica and Oliver felt slimy to me after him being compared to childlike a few times. Also I understand that this was a fast burn from book one but the I love yous were really fast IMO.

Loved this one so much. I love how we get to see so much of Lucifer’s “dad side” and all the guys get so much closer. Her 4th also finally shows up! I wish we got a bit more of him with all of them but I really like Reve. Danica is going through a lot emotionally, battling with her own self doubts and with flashbacks from that horrible night. I’m curious to see where this next one goes. It left off on a bit of a cliffhanger.

Holy hell serpents!

Great follow up! We finally figure out who is the 4th. Danica learns more about her maternal side of the family and has her first fight with the guys. It will be interesting to see what happens to Lucifer and the angels and what it means for the angel/demon blood!

Epic adventure

Okay so I am totally invested in this plot and where it’s headed. We got a lot of character development in this installment and it was everything. Oliver and Asher, Tobias trying to let his guard down to accept Reve, REVE in general. *fans self* This series is actually pretty funny at times, it sneaks up on you and I like that. On to book three!

Idk why there’s so much time spent (wasted) on trivial bullshit like preparing dinner and grocery shopping and going to the hogwart’s school of witchcraft at universal (seriously?). There was just so much filler and not a whole lot of substance or, you know, plot. The sex scenes were so cringe I’ve just been skipping them entirely. Sigh.

So far this series is giving me Kings of Quarantine vibes, if the Kings of Quarantine were angles/ demons. I am really enjoying this series. Celestial Academy books are only a couple of hundred pages, so it is an easy quick read. Great for those who are reading some shorter books this time of year to get their book count up. Would recommend to those who enjoy a good RH.

Four men

Danica finally has all four of her men but her mother isn't as dead as everyone believed and she isn't the nurturer that I expected her to be. I wonder if it was her mother that caused Danica to have such horrible dreams. It wouldn't surprise me.

Not sure how I feel

I don’t know how I feel about the additional member of the harem being added in this book. It kind of felt rushed since we didn’t get to know him until the book was at 50%.

Maya does it again!

Just when you think everyone’s got their stuff together, Lilith has to be the big bad wolf and blow it all down - metaphorically speaking of course. Downloading book 3 now!! What a cliffhanger!!!!

Great continuation of the series. Definitely kept me hooked. More development of the main character relationships & interactions. Sometimes it felt like the world could use a touch more details, but was thoroughly enjoyable none the less.

Brilliant!

This book was bloody brilliant! I literally couldn’t put it down. I love the plot of the book and how well written the book was. But most of all, I loved the characters and how easy it was to get sucked in. I can’t wait to read the next instalment. I love a good story about Nephalem!
