Jacob Hudson is not the romantic type, but meeting Kiki changes everything. Right from the moment they meet, the attraction is intense, and Jacob knows he wants her. But Kiki isn’t exactly ready for a relationship, not after they spend the night together and especially not after Jacob turns out to be her new boss. With the odds against them, they still can’t stay away from each other. All is going well until Jacob makes a move which could jeopardize his relationship with Kiki. Now he has to do everything in his power to get her back. Will he succeed in salvaging their relationship, or will the intense chemistry between them die out as quickly as it was ignited?
Enamored is a good fast read that pulls you in from the start. Jacob is self-absorbed and does not open up too many people, especially woman. While at the bar with his brother he is dared to ask a woman across the bar over to join them. Kiki is at the bar with her friends when Jacob approaches her.
Kiki and Jacob have a fiery connection and enjoy the night together, but in the morning, she is going, only to show up as his new trainer when he arrives at work.
Kiki and Jacob's story is one realizing, understanding and seeing what the other person needs are. Once Jacob was willing to open up, he was able to find the love he needed.

Jacob has not always been the greatest person when he meets Kiki he is ready to change. After their one night together he meets up with her again when she winds up being his newest employee. Going back to his old ways he insists on her meeting his family even though she's not ready. Almost losing her he finally makes amends to his sisters and family he has hurt. Love their ending and this incredible series.
When Jacob falls he falls hard and fast. And he falls for Kiki the moment he spots her across the room. The author once again brings a sexy novella as she gets these two together. It's not all smooth sailing but they quickly work things out. I loved reading their story.

This was a good story, however the reason I gave it four stars is because it was written in the third person point of view which is a deal breaker for me. It was a short, nice read. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
