I enjoyed revisiting with these four ladies, this time I was not as impressed with them. I didn't see the growth in them.

Can't Get Enough
This was a sequel that was very interesting and heart warming. It's about four best friends that are like sisters. They are always helping with life ups and downs especially with affairs of the heart. GOD placed them together because they keep each other grounded with reality. They learn lessons from each other's trials and tribulation. It shows what true happiness means.

A lot can happen in a year!
Chanel has adjusted to life as a single parent and beauty shop owner. For once in her life she’s not seeking a man, but when a sincere, attractive man begins his pursuit, the self-imposed drought she’s been on becomes too much. Just as life is settling into a peaceful existence, trouble comes out of the woodworks in the form her cheating ex-boyfriend and baby daddy. Craig is hell bent on making up for lost time, as well as getting back into Chanel’s good graces, despite their tumultuous parting. Will she fall prey to his wiles as she did before or will she stand strong on her new found freedom and independence?
Reese has finally found the one! She and Evan are a match made in heaven. He’s everything she’s been longing for, despite his nationality and the fact that parents refuse to accept him. With pressure to get her parents on board regarding their relationship and her mother’s extreme efforts to sabotage that relationship at any cost, Reese finds herself blindsided by issues of the past. As she’s confronted with a season she thought was long over and resolved, will it cause problems between her and Evan? Can she get everything under control before her upcoming nuptials?
Layla has been working hard to reinvent herself since her boyfriend, Travis, took off on a year long sabbatical from their relationship. All of this was prompted by a misunderstanding. The one who’d had everything on the ball suddenly found her world turned upside down. Thinking that perhaps she should try a more holistic approach to living, she changes her hair, her clothing style, her diet and took up yoga. But will those things lead her closer to her truth? Could there be something else the universe has in store for her? Is love going to be a part of the plan for her life? Will Travis come to his senses before another man steps up to claim her heart?
Skye has reinvented herself after a life threatening scare. Now she’s looking at life through a different set of eyes. Although on a far different path than she’d ever imagined, life responds favorably to her vibrancy and zest. Their tenacity and drive to not see themselves as victims of life, despite the challenges, are admirable and inspiring. St. John pens such engaging tales full of real life experiences, believable characters, straight out of your dream type lovers, all wrapped in stories that encourage women to not get stuck in the status quo; to be true to themselves and live their truth. This reader went through a myriad of emotions and can say that I was delightfully satisfied at the end. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and look forward to reading more from this author.
