The bio-psycho-social model is now a permanent fixture in my mind. It was interesting to note the global markers of health, such as social support, physical activity, a sense of agency, and positive self-beliefs as buffering the symptoms of mental illness - and according to the diathesis theory - can even prevent these issues.

Excellent, detailed material - the occasional grammar and spelling mistakes were distracting for me. 5/5 for content otherwise.
