From his website: I'm a man on a mission to rescue people from the awful dieting industry. I am sick and tired of people struggling on low calorie diets and meal replacement shakes.
I created this plan to educate people and give them the knowledge they need to get a lean, healthy strong body without going hungry.

Reflections and lessons learned: “…as she stretches up, and stretches down, and then whirls round and round…”
Ooo - a twofer! A lovely simple animal family story in the first half, and then something that I genuinely didn’t see coming - a short set of exercises for waking up and winding down. Despite my easygoing children running off, howling in pain at the mere mention of the name Wicks at the end of the last Winter lockdown, we all enjoyed this one. The kids were even back up showing off their moves for the second active half. Maybe in a technology driven world, we do need champions for keeping fit and simple stretching, so please keep going Mr Wicks. A great one for my print gift list for young readers
I really like the ending because I’ve got to do the morning routine. I also got to learn how to do the Burpees. it was a very good book. I don’t know if I like the title of it or not. I can’t wait to see you with you if I read it. I hope it’s as good as everyone. I kind of like all of the pages in the book. I learned that its fun to get up in the morning and go outside and have fun like you could go to the park and make a rocket out of sticks and have fun, etc..
