The book is basically for someone who knows the practice of AI to an intermediate extent. Not for a layman clearly as the way author has put up a detailed analysis on the ongoing practices of AI.
The structure of this book is pretty simple as the author picked up an imaginary organization and each chapter starts with a Technical Issue and later the chapter addresses all the aspects including the current practices and how that organization can navigate through the issue.
It pours light on the and if held together, will ensure success.
A must read for any C-Level executive. The book is all bout "What to look for" while deploying AI solutions and integrating the AI practices in Business Operations.
I am giving it <4 stars>.

This is one of many books, being published on AI Ethics, and Trustworthy AI systems --a modern zeitgeist-- as the "new" electricity, invisible, to the naked eye, begins to permeate our lives, perhaps "complementing" the old. Will they become allegorical "demons", much like Maxwell's or Mephistopheles in Faust? There is some mention of the notion of psychological bias (but no mention of race relations)- garbage in garbage out?

I really enjoy reading this book. it covered a lot of things when building robust AI technology aligning with business goals. Three principles that organizations should pay special attention are empowering people, amending processes, and developing technology. These 3 things play a critical part when implementing AI ethics.
