Carrie: I've never felt so successful at the whole adulting thing. First, I managed to ace my degree in computer science. Second, my girls and I have launched our first app, and with it, our business. And finally, we've broken out on our own and have an apartment together. Yup, those wild-child days of my teens are firmly behind me. I'd never consider getting a tattoo on a whim simply because I have a crush on the tattooist. I'd for sure NEVER follow his band across the country.
Chase: Carrie and I didn't run in the same circles in high school. Heck, I didn't even have a circle. But that didn't stop me crushing on her, hard. No, it was more than that. I was in love. When high school ended, I moved on. Moved to the city. Worked on my music and my business. It took a long time to get over her. So when she turns up on my doorstep and those feelings come flooding back in, I'm floored. And I won't lose this girl twice.

I have read a few books by this author and although they are short, I really do enjoy the characters that she brings to life. This was a short and sweet read about getting a second chance. 4* Read.
First things first; I like the cover of this book! Carrie is the first book in the ‘’curver dating agency’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Carrie and her friends have just released a dating app. Needing new clients/members she sets off to promote. Chase is a tattoo artist that has just moved back to his hometown. When he and Carrie bump into one another sparks fly but will love blossom? The chemistry between Chase and Carrie is clear to see and I liked them together. I liked that unbeknownst to one another they once had a mutual crush. I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I look forward to more books from this series.
4.5 stars. I’m super excited for the Curver Dating Agency series. It was introduced in one of Kate Weiss’ other books and I have been really looking forward to it. It has all the feels you need in a short and steamy book. Great characters, chemistry, good story, a little drama, and a wonderful ending.
You are going to LOVE Chase and Carrie! They went to high school together but ran in different crowds. Each has been harboring a crush on the other. They are reunited when Carrie is passing out flyers for a new dating app and comes across Chase’s new tattoo parlor. He offers her a free tattoo and things just heat up from there. Check out the heat in his tattoo chair, the sweetness of his feelings, the self sabotage she’s prone to, and the possibility of him leaving town.

This is the 1st book in the Curver Dating Agency series featuring Chase and Carrie's second chance romance. While out putting up posters for the new dating app that her and her friends started she's surprised when she sees Chase her sexy high school crush. Chase and Carrie went to high school together and she had a big crush on him Chase is shocked to see Carrie the girl he had a serious crush on in high school in his tattoo shop and she's even more beautiful than she was in high school. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this sweet and steamy insta-love second chance romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Carrie and Chase reconnect at his tattoo shop when she is putting up flyers for her and her friends dating app for the area. Both of them had crushes on each other in school but never were in the same group or activity. Now they have a start on a relationship, but a major glitch with the app program causes miscommunication and she stands him up for their date. Once more chance to reconnect as he leaves with the band on tour. The characters are well developed, with great backstories and intense feelings. The storyline is well written, with drama, surprises, misconceptions, apologies, steam and much more. Loved their chemistry and entertaining situations. Great ending.

A return to his hometown gives Chase and Carrie a chance to explore the crush they each had on the other in high school, but had never acted on. Short and steamy with a little drama to keep it away from overly sweet.
