I've always enjoyed playing uncle to Copper and Penny's twins. So, when Penny asks me to take Jayla to the dentist for her, I agree without hesitation.
But when I finish dropping Jayla off at school after her appointment, I'm not expecting the blonde bombshell in front of me to be crying her eyes out as she loads her things into her car.
She's just been fired from her job as a teacher for helping a student. I want to make her mine; her selflessness and her fiery personality call out to me.
But first, I've got to help the little boy she lost her job trying to save.

I don’t know…, this is one of my “automatic click” series for me, but this one… just wanted more,
I love that in the epilogue you can read the first chapter for the next book but in this case, I hated it!

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. I have been reading this series and it just keeps getting better. I anticipated their story but Genesis and Halen blew me away! The book pulls you in right from the beginning, showing you the uncle and the biker. He is a man of conviction, loyalty and does not think twice about fighting for the underdog. Halen turned out to be one of my favorite male characters of this year. You might think it is only March, but I have read a whole lot of books already. I thought Genesis was a perfect match for him. She was strong and stubborn when she needed to be. Then there are times that she is soft, just wrapped up in his care. They have plenty of chemistry and spark. The book has a good balance to hers, his, theirs and the MC lives. Randall is a great addition to the family. He has a special connection with Genesis and Halen. He will always have love support and a real family in his life. I cannot recommend this story more, even if you have not read the other books. I ended this story wishing that it would continue, but already feeling like I had read so much. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Halen meets Genesis when he is dropping Jayla (Copper's daughter) at the school, he sees her crying with a box full of stuff. He finds out she has been fired for trying to help a little boy that was being abused. Halen asks his brother (who works for DCF) to find out more information, he wants to help the little boy.
Genesis is not able to find a new job as a teacher, the school has blacklisted her, she is about to be evicted. She goes to a garage that is looking for help, it just so happens it is the same one that Halen works for. She finds out he is fostering the little boy she tried to help, this makes him so much better than she initially thought. She does not make it easy for him, he wants to protect her and give her everything she needs, and she wants to be independent.
Halen is a sweetheart and I believe sometimes she is a little harsh on him. He will do everything in his power to keep them both safe. Cannot wait for Logan's story next.

I am really enjoying this series, and love how it has interwound itself with the previous series from the author. The one observation I would say is that this book is less dramatic, less intense than others in this series as a whole and focuses much more on family and feelings rather than drama (though there is drama to be had!!)
Halen is just a sweetheart and his relationship with Randall is the most lovely read. I did think more about his own past and history would’t go amiss but despite this the book was a full and complete read and the personalities of the characters did come out.
Genesis was a love. Strong and determined and totally capable, she found herself in a bind and yet was fighting to get herself out of it. Despite her misgivings she finds herself falling for Halen’s (sometimes dubious!) charms.
A lovely story with the usual mix of characters from the MC rolling in.

OMG I've been eagerly awaiting Halen's book and he did not disappoint!! Who would have thought he would meet his forever while dropping Copper's daughter at school?! But that's what happened and Halen got so much more than he ever thought he would when he met Genesis in the school parking lot. I'm not one that usually likes the push away from a character too much but in this case it really worked with Halen and Genesis's story. Genesis was awesome and definitely did not make it easy for Halen but that's what made her perfect for him. And Halen.....wow what an amazing guy! Love him so much!! His patience and love knows no bounds. As always love the men of Savage Crows and T.O.'s amazing writing skills that pulls you in from the start and doesn't let go!!

When Halen spots Genisis crying after being fired from her job for trying to protect a child, he never though being a shoulder to cry on would lead him to becoming a dad to a little boy called Randall. Having lsot her job and no one else hiring Genisis finds herself hired at a mechanics where Halen works, discovering he now has custody of Randall will this be the start of something great? well written desire filled, swoonworthy MC romance, the story holds your attention and the love these characters share is second to none!

Halen is definitely easy to fall for in this story as he’s protective and caring when it comes to his mc and family. The interactions he has with kids just melted my heart with his patience. Genesis is a great character that complements well with Halen as she’s strong and independent. Their relationship had a great amount of spark that came to life when connected. Their happy ending was what I loved the most and the mc family was really close knit so the character interactions was great.

Oh my. Halen has stolen my heart. Out of all the MC guys his sweet spot just seems to stick out more to me.
He knew what he wanted. And he got it. He couldn't have chosen better.
The relationship between him and Randall was perfect. The patience he had, and his brothers taken on the patience as well with him...amazing. Genesis couldn't have been better for the both of them. And she fits right in to the club girls. I love them and their family. I can't wait to hear bits and pieces about them in the future. 💜

Halen is one awesome man. He has a heart of gold and can't stand children being abused so when he comes across a woman who is crying because she lost her job for standing up for a child he goes into action. It will start his journey with Genesis although they will have several bumps along the way before they make it to their happily ever after. This is not your typical MC story, but Halen and his MC brothers will have you all caught up in this story that will definitely touch your heart!

A great story that I enjoyed reading. I adored the characters and it was definitely worth reading. I think is was great that Halen stepped up and helped a abusive child. Good story but,
I really wanted to like this story, but I couldn't stop editing on my head. I got half way and stopped because the entire book is written in past tense. It just didn't hold my attention for that sole reason.

Personable characters who ring true in this wonderful story set in a tough world. It was suspenseful. It was emotional. It was entertaining. Nicely done.

all the feels.
Talk about being in the right place at the right time. Almost like fate Halen meets Genesis; and of course right from the start she fights it. Of course everyone knew Halen was not going to give up on her. The way Halen was with Randall made my heart melt into a puddle. Such a feel good story, there was of course some drama, as always but the HEA was perfect!
