How can grace be multiplied? Grace is multiplied through, “the knowledge of Jesus” (2 Peter 1:2). In the Bible, the number 5 represents grace. This book contains 55 thoughts on our identity in Christ. Knowing our identity fundamentally changes how we value ourselves. How do we define our worth? Is it in the car we drive, our fame, or how much we make an hour? This book is going to help you realize that God’s opinion is the only one that truly matters.

Here is an interesting discovery I have made in my journey of trying to be a good Christian woman, which is something that we will unknowingly find happening to the person we are. We have a new identity in the eyes of the Lord.
While our outward appearance will undergo no change whatsoever, who we are as an individual will. The transformation will be what we have in the eyes of the Lord, for it is part and parcel of our acceptance through the faith we possess in Him and His gift of eternal life. As Christians, we need always to remember that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, had given His life here on earth and then rose from His tomb to overcome death and to bless all those who believe in His existence.
What happens the moment we become His advocates and devotees is that we immediately lose the identities we possess of this earthly world and have our identities in our Lord. The new identity we now possess is becoming a member of His body, the church.
We can find evidence of this when we read JOHN 1:11-13 [NKJV]:
[11] He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. [12] But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: [13] who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
I found this book by Pastor Caleb Gibson to be a masterfully compiled devotional guidebook of self-discovery and self-examination of who we are in the eyes of the Lord. Each chapter’s title begins with an affirmation of a certain attribute we have as Christians in the eyes of the Lord; the chapter then discusses this attribute in an easy-to-understand manner infused with appropriate Scripture. I believe this book is best read as a devotional, with a different attribute read each day, building on each other and culminating in full discovery of who we are in the eyes of the Lord.
For wanting his readers to become the individuals, the Lord wants them to be; I’ve given Pastor Gibson 5 STARS for his endeavor here.
I read this book via an Amazon KU [KINDLE Unlimited] download.
This is my new favorite book! Each chapter is filled bountiful with encouragement! Do you want to grow in wisdom and knowledge of who God is? This is the book for you! It’s something you can truly pick up any time and feel the love of Jesus that is saturated in every word. This book is a very easy read and is great for a new Christian or even a long time believer. Besides the Bible, Double Grace will be the best book that you will ever read!
