Have they set her up to fail as the first female field agent at Guardian Security’s New York City Center?
Ryleigh Davenport was trained in SpecOps, equally as qualified as any man who works for Guardian Security. Her first job—guarding a billionaire and his wife on a fix-it or forget-it vacation, at a highly exclusive resort on a remote tropical island—was exactly why Alex had hired her. Had the NYC Center manager purposely partnered her with her former lover?
Blake Albright was shocked when introduced to Guardian Security’s newest employee. Stationed together in the desert, they’d been lovers until the night she disappeared without a trace…or a word.
Will they be able to work together in paradise while protecting the CEO and his wife when threats turn into murder attempts?

I enjoy Kalyn Cooper's writing style and her stories. ELITE Redemption did not disappoint. I had no problem engaging with this book's story and characters from the first page. I enjoy Kalyn Cooper's portrayal of her characters and the way they interact with each other. ELITE Redemption is well-written and researched. I like Kalyn Cooper's description of the settings of ELITE Redemption, which allows me to imagine being part of the book's plot.
The readers of ELITE Redemption will understand the dangers of scuba diving and learn about the consequences of undiagnosed mental illness on the person and everyone around them.
KaLyn Cooper has done it again. This is the first book in the Guardian ELITE series. It was a great read! Blake got the shock of his life when the one that got away ends up working at the same Guardian Security office he does. Unbeknownst to anyone else, Blake and Ryleigh have a history. Before either of them can blink, they are thrown together on a security job for a wealthy couple. They have to go undercover as friends of the couple they are protecting from veiled death threats. In a tropical paradise, Blake and Ryleigh discover the feelings they had are still there. Now, all they have to do is protect the clients and stay safe. Someone is determined that is not going to happen. Can they figure out who the culprit is? Everything is riding on the answer being yes. Blake is determined to get his second chance with Ryleigh, no matter what. They have a lot to resolve to get the HEA they deserve. Get this book ASAP and find out what happens. Sorry, no spoilers. I received this ARC and here is my honest review.
Ryliegh is the first woman to be hired by Guardian Security as an equal to the men. Blake doesn't think she is qualified for the bodyguard job they are going to be doing together and thinks he needs to protect all of them, unknown that she is just as deadly or maybe more than he is. I love it when men underestimate women.
A second chance they never thought they would get, but will they both survive protecting their clients to really get the chance? Ryleigh and Blake had a thing going when they were in Afghanistan but then she disappeared because of career decisions while he was out on patrol. They never forgot each other and tried to move on but neither succeeded very well at that. Now they have a second chance but Blake is going to be her boss so will they be able to be together or will she quit her new job to be with him?
Ryleigh and Blake have history together, letting off steam together in the desert war time, and later getting acquainted again when she gets a new job at the same security company he works for, high stress in paradise trying to protect a high profile couple, can they rekindle their feelings and passion, and admit they love each other, exciting from beginning to the end, imagining being on a island of tropical paradise, thank you, Dana Zamora
Island paradise, white sand beaches, crystal blue water, tropical drinks, elite resort--what more can you ask for? Yes it woyld be perfect except Ryleigh and Blake are working not relaxing. It's not the time to rekindle romance and she is, afterall, the one who walked away. Blake has not forgotten her. Truth be told she hasn't forgotten him either. The attraction is there but there's the small matter of someone is trying to kill their clients.
Ryleigh and Blake meet again after she disappeared without a goodbye to Blake when they were serving overseas. She was recruited by the CIA but Blake didn't know any of this. Now she's hired at the DC office of the Guardian elite and surprises Blake who is a manager there. They are teamed up to protect a billionaire couple on their trip. Surprises, heat and danger. HEA.
KaLyn has done it again! This is a FANTASTIC story! Ryleigh and Duke are getting their second chance but first had to protect their clients. The vacation the clients were on was intense to say the least. The ending was a shocker! It was a fantastic read! FANTASTIC job KaLyn! I would recommend this book!
Raleigh Davenport was trained in Special Ops, she was qualified as any man who works for Guardian Security. She had an affair with Blake Albright while overseas. She goes to work for Guardian Security and Blake is her boss. They ended up going to remote tropical island as bodyguards for the couple because the couple was threatened. Blake got shot while protecting them
This is the first of a series rewritten by KaLyn Cooper. Although this was a lighter read of what KaLyn usually writes it was an enjoyable quick read leaving you waiting for the next book.
Elite redemption was a great addition to the series. Ryleigh has been hired in the DC office of Guardian. She had to prove herself. She gets a second chance with Blake, but now he is her boss. Will it work? There is lots of page turning action. I couldn’t put the book down!
Blake can't believe they are bringing a woman onto the team. He is even more surprised when he sees who it is. Ryleigh is joining Guardian Elite. She is excited for this new start after what happened. Then she sees Blake. Blake and Ryleigh will be undercover as security guards for a couple who has received death threats. Now they are all heading to a resort. As Blake is trying to rekindle things with Ryleigh, the threats are escalating. Can they find who is behind them? Can Ryleigh let go of her past and move on with Blake?
