Garbage
I paid too much for this book, and I got it for free.
It is highly repetitive, full of errors, and the author can't even stick to the subject of the book.
After repeatedly stating that LLC's are a state invention, the author tells us they're a product of federal legislation, beginning in the country of Wyoming. The author isn't even careful enough to spell LLC correctly.
The author suddenly jumps to a discussion of your brokerage business, randomly mentions the US Department of Transportation, has a chapter on the joys of buying distressed property, and the conclusion references apartment ownership.
