Author Sienne Vega has pulled off an almost unheard-of feat!! She has given us a second book in her City of Sinners series that, in my opinion, surpasses the first one. How is that even possible? The story resumes not long after the incendiary events of book one. Gio and Fallyn are reunited, and life is good if complicated; Gio is now the undisputed King of Vegas with all the power but negative fallout that being on the top entails. Taking a break from the mob madness, Gio and Fallyn take a much-needed vacation. Unfortunately, the vacation ends like we would expect, in utter chaos. The only question is who is the disruptor? The usual suspects are front and center (newly acquired business rivals, Uncle Claro, Gio’s twin, Giancarlo, Daddy Sorrentino or the Lovato Mob Entity)! The middle of this story is so raw and wrenching that I had to read at my own risk. In addition, if you can read chapter 27 without ugly crying then you are a better woman than I am!! I can’t express how much I loved this book; it was full of angst and joy but still heartbreaking. Ms. Vega did such an amazing job humanizing her characters that her depiction of one of the villains made me wish and pray for his redemption. Next up Kingdom of Sin!.

Can't wait for more.

Ms. Vega did not disappoint. This book had all the elements. Drama, intrigued, deceit. Falynn truly was the queen of Gio's heart. It wasn't easy for Gio to deal with family betrayal but he understood that to move forward there could be no loose ends. I look forward to book 3. I'd love to read Tasha's story.

Awesome Read part 2

Oh how heavy are the shoulders that has the burden of the crown… and Gil and Fal are prime examples.

I thought book 1 was hot and full of action and adventure. Maaaannnn, book 2 will have you pulling not just your hair. But that of your lace front piece(the expensive one). I’m so tied up into this series, I’m jumping on the next flight to Vegas. Heck, I wanna hang out with Tash, too.

This is actually the first time I have ever wrote a review, but not the first (reading King of Vegas was my first) time I’ve read and reviewed,anything from this wonderful author. Either way, I’m SO looking forward to seeing Kingdom of Sin.

This being the second book in the series of City of Sinners which is Dark Mafia Thriller written by Sienne and it is another great book about two amazing main characters Gio and Fallyn.

Gio is still fighting to keep his crown and keep Fallyn safe from those who want o do harm to her and take what she has, this is one really one twisted family... Gio has a twin brother who is absolutely sick in the head and very twisted...This has so many emotions, twists and turns in this thrilling emotional ride full of love, hate, lust, greed, revenge and more. It will keep you wondering what will happen next

An unhealthy twin rivalry rooted in jealousy that pits two brothers against each other.

The story revolves around bringing a dead character back to life. Such a cliché.
The barf begins.

I've seen too many stories like this done before to like them.

A few plot points were inconsistent, and the characters were boring.

Despite my best efforts to be engage in this book, it fails to impress me on every count.

Queen of Hearts is book two in The City of Sinners series by Sienne Vega. It’s a continuation of Gio and Fallyn’s story. This was well written, had a fantastic storyline and great character development. This story was realistic by not shying away from how violent and cruel life can be in the mafia world! The second book was even more intense, action packed, and sexier than the first one. I love reading BWWM mafia stories and I’m looking forward to reading more books and finishing this series by author Sienne Vega.

This was an intense book. I couldn’t stop reading until I was finished. The suspense and twists and turns will keep you hooked. Oh and let’s not forget about the sexy times, whew that’s some seriously hot stuff!!! I look forward to reading the next book in the series. Highly recommend reading this and the whole series.

Ms. Vega has written another great book about Gio and Fallyn. Gio is still fighting to keep his crown and keep Fallyn safe. All I can say is this is one twisted family and Gio twin brother is definitely sick in the head. There are so many twists and turns in this book that you will not be able to put it down until the end.

You have to love the steamy romance between Falynn and Gio. However there are a number if plot twists including who is trying to murder Gio, his twin trying to win over Falynn, did Gio get murdered, who is behind everything and who else did they murder. Great read.

So the first book in this series segued neatly into this book. It started at a gallop and didn't slow down till the very end. Very exciting book and I was tempted a lot of times to read ahead a bit just to see how things resolved because I couldn't stand the suspense! The love between Gio and Failynn was so potent you could virtually taste it. I look forward to the next book in the series.

When readers reunite with Gio and Falynn, they are vacationing in Portofino, having fun in the sun just being tourists and enjoying their us time together. Gio's on the verge of proposing but decides—tomorrow, will work just as well.

Well, things don't go according to his plans because he and all members aboard his yacht are blown to smithereens but for the Grace of God he is saved by a fisherman. Yes, cliché but necessary for the advancement of the plot. Again, I rolled with it.

Falynn awakes from her nap and glances out of the window only to bear witness to the explosion of Gio's yacht. Yes, Gio and others are aboard. Falynn frantically rushes to the door to go down to the Marina to find out if Gio survived only to be physically stopped by Gio's crazy twin brother, Giancarlo. He won't let her leave and holds her prisoner against her will in Italy and in Vegas. Falynn is absolutely devastated and believes that Gio is dead and her World has ended.

The Death of Gio means that Giancarlo has now been crowned the King of Vegas. Giancarlo sees and hears the voice of his dead mother who tries to help him navigate his life. He is also a hopeless drug addict who is paranoid and displays erratic behavior. It's a deadly combination for A King! The many demons that plague Giancarlo doesn't bode well for the continued success of the Sorrentino Empire.

Desperate to fill Gio's shoes, he also decides he wants Falynn, after all, he is the new King that has inherited everything of Gio's, including his woman Falynn. She is horrified and rebuffs him at every turn, then one night, he drugs her and bends her to his will. The next morning, to her horror she wakes up naked and sore with no recollection of what happened and Giancarlo isn't talking. Did he or didn't he—that is the question!

No surprise here, but ...

Miracles of miracles! Gio is the sole survivor of the explosion, thanks to the fisherman and his wife, a nurse that nursed him back to health. Gio comes back from the dead and NOT everybody is happy to see him alive. Now, Gio must reclaim everything that ever mattered to him—including Falynn and his Empire. Highly Recommended: Read It!

Better than the first book 3.75⭐

That first installment was horrible. This book got to more insight with the H/h. You get more character development and background for realistic feelings and responses in this book. I was glad to get more plot and explanation for plotlines and the twins. I see Falynn has developed some form of a backbone and self worth. The sexy time for the H/H is weird...its graphic in some ways but still bland and skipped over. I was ready to move on from this author after that first book. Glad to see improvements, not too bad. Question...with so much trauma where is therapy? Sex is not a cure😒

This was so good! I read the previous book in the City of Sinners Series and anxious for the next book coming out this summer "Kingdom of Sin" and I even pre-ordered it! I am hooked on this series! Gio the Mafia King and Falynn the queen are becoming my favorite couple! I hope that Ms. Sienne Vega will be writing about Louis and Tasha. I could not put this book down from start to finish! I recommend and it is best to start with the first book in the City of Sinners series.

The brother was crazy...but

I low-key felt sorry for his brother. Whatever was wrong with him he suffered from throughout his life. Wish he could have had a better relationship with his brother Gio. Poor Honey couldn't catch a break. I wanted to cry for her, but love the way Gio loves her unconditionally.

I'm shocked

The events that take place in this book are realistic in its true cruelty in the mafia. As this story continues it gets more intense, action packed, and also more erotic. I'm looking forward to reading more of this bwwm action packed erotic mafia book.

A suspenseful story that builds in intensity as the story progresses. I thought some of the scenes were fascinating yet so hard to read because of the cruelty. I still found the book to be a very good story and I can’t wait to read the next book.

This is great! Ms. Vega is a bold and dynamic writer. I have read both book 1 and 2 and let me say this. The City of Sinners needs to be turned into a television series.

In Sienne Vega’s second installment of City of Sinners series, Giovanni Sorrentino is gone and Falynn is left devasted. On top of dealing with her grief, she is now held captive by Giancarlo, Giovanni's twin. Giancarlo now believes it is his time to prove that he is more than capable of handling things like or even better than Gio. Now that he has his brother’s throne, he believes that his brother’s queen should be his too. Falynn, you are in danger girl.

This book had more of a dark element than the last one. Giancarlo was truly demonic. A Cain and Able dynamic between Giovanni and Giancarlo; however, it’s Able who kills Cain this time. Falynn is still a frustrating character to read. I found it to be a nice read and I plan to complete this series to see the rest of their story.

Great continuation to the first book in this series. The twists in this story were great. Go's twin brother you hate him but in the end I felt sorry for him. Loved Louis can't wait to read his story. Slot of secrets were revealed in this story.
