A solid overview of how PR works and best practices, with useful tips. A lot of it is very basic if you've had any experience with media relations, but there's still some good advice. The author's tone is gushy, with multiple exclamation points on almost every page, and I got tired of her relentless self-promotion. She says outright in the book that one of its purposes is to be a lead magnet for her own business.
