FLOW Finding Love Over Worry: A Recipe For Living Joyfully

Rate this book
You can read this book in an afternoon with a cup of tea and then use it to keep your teacup from leaving a ring on your table. Actually, that may be a perfect metaphor for FLOW—Finding Love Over Worry. What if you could do a few simple things so the worry of life doesn’t leave a mark? Kelley Wolf had a stack of beloved, life-changing books on her side table, but found herself weighed down by the size and scope of their to-do lists. She craved something simpler, more accessible … A recipe for feeling more flow in her life. She created the easy-to-follow FLOW technique after a decade of working with her individual and corporate coaching clients. In the process, she used FLOW to survive postpartum depression and to ease her own chronic health crisis and the worry of everyday life. With tools like the 3Ms and The Circles of Service—and maybe even a perfect cookie recipe—you will quickly see how easily you can move into a life of FLOW.

Kelley has helped guide me through several “Love vs. Worry” moments, and damn is she GOOD! She does it effortlessly, with the forcefield of the love ninja she is. This book is a treasure map to a happier, more fulfilling life. I know this from my own experience—it works!
—LIBBY MOORE, Executive Coach, Speaker and former Chief of Staff to Oprah Winfrey

"Breadcrumbs are little magic moments, conversations, meetings or incidents that help guide your course."

"To believe in breadcrumbs, you need to believe in a little bit of magic, the kind we cannot explain."

This book is magical, and a lovely breadcrumb on the trail of my life now.

It takes a special kind of narcissist to become a "life coach" and write a self help book to distract from the fact that she is a paranoid & calculatingly unkind person. I have seen this author's selfishness and lack of compassion first hand. She deeply hurt someone close to me. After reading a few pages of her book it became clear that "I" is the most used word here and an editor was heavily leaned on. This book is a money grab from a person of miserable character who has no business inserting herself into any wellness category. She is dishonest and goes out of her way to do harm to others for her own gain. Buyer beware.

Love the simplicity and power of FLOW! And I especially loved hearing about the breadcrumbs and magic from Kelley. 💫 This book and philosophy is so needed, esp right now in the world. And I wish everyone would learn how to FLOW. The world would and WILL be a better place because of it! Thank you for sharing your wisdom and heart with us, Kelley! I cherish this book & I imagine I will go back to it again and again.

I’ve been on the fence about reading this book for years. I bought it on kindle and with everything going on with the author now I decided to read it. It’s a quick read and reads like you’re in conversation with a friend who thinks they are very evolved. It’s nice and some of it is useful. The recipes are really nice. I’ll probably make some. I hope that she gets the help she needs to stop the family from suffering further.

This was my first “self help” book and I was skeptical of being impacted, but I highlighted, wrote on my pages and will read again If I feel the concepts are rusty. I really felt connected to her by the end.
