It was a good read, spicy and sweet and very dark at times. Havnt read much books with this sort of kink. Hut was an interesting read. Not sure if I want to go back and read book one and continue this series tough.

I've been dying to read Darren's story since we got a hint of him in the last book. This can be read as a standalone but I would read book 1. For background Info on the brother.

Fresh out of Jail Darren is enjoying his freedom and is going to his brothers BDSM club so he can have some fun. But before that happened he sees a problem a Dom forcing a sub Into a scene. It gets brutal fast and has Darren falling for a semi mute sub name Juliana. There relationship is already daddy/girl vibes but I love how they communicated he knew and made sure she was safe when they did a scene or how he cared for her after he knew what she wanted and also learned.
Darren was brutal also to anyone who wanted to come after her. She didn't have a secret but her past was horrible to have family do that to you.

We also go to see book 1 couple and how the family was run.. i can't wait for the next book arrange marriage!!!

While James and Emmaline's story was intense but sweet, Darren and Juliana's is a little darker. Juliana's life is one long tragedy and she ends up in James' club hiding from her past. Non-verbal due to trauma, the abuse is constant at the club but its better than the alternative. Darren gets out of jail and heads straight for his brother's club. The moment he meets Juliana, he is all in. No matter what she needs he will be the one providing it. She begins to deal with her demons under Darren's loving and protective care. Then a monster from her past tries to drag her back into complete and utter torment. My heart was so heavy for Juliana. Her past was horrific and Darren is the one who makes it all better, easier to get past. So heartbreakingly beautiful, I am completely in love with this author's work!

The spice level in this book is off the charts! 🥵

I didn't think I would be much into the daddy kink, but the way he accepted it and made sure she was okay and that he would make sure she got through her trauma...made me okay with it.

The love he has for her was amazing. He made sure she knew she was safe with him, and that she would always be number one in his life.

I'm glad we get to hear more about them, and his brother and his wife in the next book.

Darren was released from prison after doing 10 years because of his mother. He takes care of some business for the Family, then heads to the club. Juliana is a submissive there, and when he walks in, she is being abused. He quickly handles that. She isn't used to being allowed to talk or make sounds, but Darren wants those things from her. He knows something is preventing her from speaking, but he will get her words. One way, or another. Until he finds out who exactly she is, then he doesn't need words. He needs revenge. Her life was so messed up that she doesn't even know how to feed herself now. But will he come home from his mission? And can they hide long enough for James to handle business?

This book was just as emotional as the first, but it came closer to making me cry for Juliana than I did for Emmaline. I appreciate that the author wrote about someone not necessarily being happy about pregnancy given her history. Most authors wouldn't be brave enough to write about that part of pregnancy.

Please Daddy is book two of the Jackson Family series of interconnected standalones. I loved this book as much as I love book one and I can’t wait to read book three!

Juliana has had a rough life and is living/working in a BDSM club to stay hidden from her past. When Darren sees her being abuse in his brother’s club he protects her and take her home with him. He feels an instant connection with her and he wants to protect and take care of her. I love how sweet he is with Juliana and how he automatically can read her and know what she needs.

This book has heartbreak, secrets, suspense, action, revenge, romance and spice. If you like the “touch her and die” trope then you will love this book! I recommend reading book one first so that you can learn a little more about the Jackson family history but it can be read as a standalone. I can’t wait for Jaxon’s story that releases on June 25th!

OMG! Wow, Author T.O. Smith had done a brilliant job writing this book, the story was about Darren and Juliana. Darren was just released from jail he went straight home he was given a phone but didn't know how to answer it, he went straight out to do some errands and the last job was at a BDSM club that his brother owned. He met Juliana the chemistry between them was euphoric, she would not talk she was scared to talk, Darren had understood her straight away. He kept calling her baby girl while she called him Daddy he kept telling her he would protect her always. This book is fantastic I would definitely recommend this book. . This book did not come to play games. It started off quickly and strong and the plot was good.

Few things I didn’t like/understand:

1. Juliana’s father showing up in the woods. There was no explanation on how he got there, how he found them, etc. That left me confused.

2. The pregnancy trope killed it a little for me. It’s just a trope I hate. I don’t know why, I just do. I think I hated it in this book because Juliana was portrayed as a little and it’s hard to connect a little with pregnancy, in my opinion.

J'appuyai ma tête contre le siège, laissant mes yeux fatigués se fermer. C'était si bon de pouvoir enfin fermer les yeux et de me détendre, de ne plus avoir à garder constamment un œil ouvert et à rester sur mes gardes à tout moment, même au cœur de la nuit.

James, mon frère et chef de famille, a été la première personne à être informée de ma libération. Bon sang, il a été informé avant moi. Donc, quand je suis sortie de prison, il avait déjà une voiture qui m'attendait dehors avec un chauffeur, des vêtements propres qui m'iraient bien mieux que mes anciens, un téléphone avec tous les numéros importants déjà programmés et un pistolet avec deux chargeurs supplémentaires.

J'ai sorti mon téléphone et j'ai mis une émission au hasard, la laissant devant nous, mais Juliana n'a pas montré beaucoup d'intérêt. J'ai pris le risque de mettre une vieille émission stupide qui n'avait pas été diffusée depuis des années, mais que j'avais appréciée avant d'aller en prison. C'était une émission pour enfants, même si mon frère avait aussi secrètement aimé la regarder avec moi pendant son temps libre.

Les yeux de Juliana se sont fixés sur l'écran de mon téléphone alors que je commençais à jouer Les sinistres aventures de Billy et Mandy à faible volume – suffisamment fort pour qu'elle l'entende, mais suffisamment bas pour ne pas déranger les autres clients.

Il m'avait fallu une éternité pour comprendre comment utiliser les différentes applications sur mon téléphone hier, pendant que Juliana dormait. Je n'avais jamais été très avancé technologiquement, et puis être coincé dans une cellule de prison pendant dix putains d'années m'a vraiment foutu en l'air.

Au moment où notre nourriture est arrivée, Juliana était déjà à mi-chemin du deuxième épisode et son verre d'eau avait été vidé. J'ai demandé à Aimee de remplir son verre, puis j'ai libéré Juliana de sous mon bras, me penchant en avant pour couper sa crêpe.

Sans un mot, j'ai commencé à lui donner à manger. J'adorais pouvoir prendre soin de ma femme comme ça. Honnêtement, j'adorais secrètement sa dépendance à mon égard. Et j'avais hâte de l'aider à devenir la femme belle et forte que je savais qu'elle pouvait être.

Elle a réussi à manger la plus grande partie de sa crêpe avant de secouer la tête en me regardant, sa manière silencieuse de me dire qu'elle était rassasiée. Comme la bonne fille qu'elle était, elle a bu son deuxième verre d'eau puis a siroté son jus de pomme tout en continuant à regarder l'émission en attendant que je finisse de manger.

This book picks up where the first left off, you can read this as a standalone, but it is better to read the first one, Stolen Beauty, before this one. Darren has just been released from prison after ten years. When he goes to his brother's BDSM club, he sees a man abusing a woman. He steps in, she is perfect, she is going to belong to him forever.

He brings her home with him, claiming her as his own, she does not speak unless he prods her. Juliana has been abused most of her life by those whose were supposed to protect her.

Darren maybe rough, but with Juliana he so loving and gentle. He will do anything to keep her safe when her past comes back to harm her. I cannot wait for the next in the trilogy, Broken Soul.

Juliana has a history that is heartbreaking and compelling. She needs someone like Darren to have her back. He is a dangerous man with a range of capabilities. These two connect and find exactly what they need with each other. I liked the characters and the story. Juliana got a future than she could not ever expect. This is the 2nd book in the Jackson Family Trilogy; it can be read as a stand-alone but is best if read in order. The story is about Darren & Juliana; he’s just gotten out of jail after spending ten years inside and goes to his brother’s BDSM club. As soon as he arrives he spots a dom forcing a submissive into a screen and stops him.

DD/LG is light, which I appreciated

Darren has been in prison for 10 years but today he got out. One of his first stops is the BDSM club his brother owns. He meets Juliana there and he saves her from a man who is abusing her.

Juliana clearly has suffered trauma in her life. She is "little" but it is more out of fear and ptsd than it is actually being little. She is terrified to make decisions in case she makes the wrong. I loved their relationship and how Darren took care of her.

Darren was one hell of a dom but also a wonderful protector. He made sure that Juliana knew that she was taken care off and loved. The fact that aftercare is mentioned makes me smile.

My heart broke for Juliana because what the book described as her life many others actually live that life. In the end she became an amazing mother and a beautiful woman.

This is not your typical mafia read. The mmc is such a caring soul towards the woman he loves. An absolute ahole to everyone else. Love how they both get possessive over eachother. This does have strong dd/lg content so if that’s not your thing then may be worth a miss. But as long as that type of content doesn’t trigger you then you should be fine. Brilliant writing, interesting story and the smut is top notch

1st of all- to each their own!! A powerful, Dom, mafia, hardcore guy, after 10yrs in jail, yeah he’d be wanting sex non-stop..lol, and a LG sub who has been thru hell found someone to trust while still battling anxiety & depression, Yepp, I’d be sleeping a lot too😉 I find it to be quite the love story, how quickly & hard he fell & protects her, and the trust then love she has for him too. This definitely kept my attention! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was another amazing book I can't get enough of this author her books is amazing.

The development of the characters and how they grow. I did get very upset with fc as she said she can't share him but she did that on a daily basis with work and his family.

The fc was a bit selfish but she have grown in an amazing character.

i absolutely loved how down bad darren was for juliana. I wish there were more chapters in julianas pov though. I really like how she wasnt super bratty and she liked to follow darrens lead but he made sure she always new she was his equal and her submission didnt make her less important. Darren was definitely over the top but i love a male lead whose openely obsessed with his girl and would do anything for her.

I went straight to the first book and into this one and I definitely gotta say the first book is still the best. I liked the relationship in this one but it felt very rushed. I was glad to see juliana overcome her issues being pregnant but I really hated how she reacted when discovering she was pregnant especially the part about it getting more attention than her.

I’ve never read a mafia book where the mmc had such a nurturing side for the fmc. Yes they always love and cherish them but Darren was physically taking care of Juliana. I loved the dynamic that came with their relationship and was glued to every word.

I love that this book is mostly told from Darren’s POV. It makes it even better, know how devoted he is to Julianna and her care and happiness. She went thought so much, thankfully mostly off page, and I was so happy for her to have a safe place.
