To be honest, this book covered fairly common self-improvement topics, and there wasn’t much new information. However, there were a few things I found worth trying:
- Eating more fish (to boost brain function and help prevent depression) - Learning as much as possible from everyone, regardless of who they are - Reading the manga Golgo 13 as a way to study geography
While not particularly groundbreaking, the book served as a good reminder of useful habits.
