This book is a game-changer for those who want to live from their true Creator essence and loosen the grip of their drama stories and become a powerful change agent for themselves and those they coach and lead.
You, like so many people may wonder, "How do I, and my clients, learn from our reactive habits instead of pushing them away? Why do the same habits keep reappearing in the first place? How can my drama patterns show me the way to being the person I want to be? This book answers those questions and many more.

If you're familiar with David Emerald's teaching story, The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), you will recognize the main character in this Sophia, the coach who walks with Ted and David. In this new story, the coaching dialogue reveals tools and methods intended to help you escape the Drama Triangle and its roles of victim, persecutor and rescuer. After reading Donna's book you will have an expanded experience of how to trust your inner guidance and true source of wisdom and creativity and be ready to partner with others to strengthen their positive impact in the world.

Essential reading for applying The Empowerment Dynamic, in addition to David Emerald’s works The Power of TED*(* The Empowerment Dynamic) and 3 Vital Questions. Donna Zajonc has created a fable that teaches and reinforces these concepts for personal application and for use in leadership coaching. A wonderful addition to these important and useful concepts.

This book is so well written! I am not a professional coach, yet I can relate to the characters, conversation, and coaching tips! The insights given throughout this story are simple yet profound. I love the internal dialogue Sophia has with herself and the external dialogue between the main characters. A must-read for everyone!

Super valuable coaching told in an engaging parable. I understood the lessons and related to the characters.

This book was such a powerful reminder that growth isn’t about fixing ourselves—it’s about shifting how we see ourselves. I’ve read a lot on The Empowerment Dynamic, and Donna brings it to life in such a fresh, accessible way through storytelling. I saw myself in both the coach and the client, which made the lessons land on a deeper level. The reflective questions and tools woven throughout are so practical, and I’ve apply them in my own coaching practice and daily life. If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in reactive patterns or wanting to lead with more intention and clarity, this book is definitely worth reading (and re-reading).

A book for coaches who are ready to live and work more consciously as their true selves and in service to others. Donna Zajonc is a master coach and has written this book that coaches you whilst you relate to the main character's journey. I found it easy to absorb the messages. It has easy to adopt coaching tools that Donna seeded throughout the chapters. It opened up questions within myself about how I am choosing to live and operate as a coach and within my important relationships. A book you can happily read more than once!

I could not finish this book. I am interested in coaching, but the “learn about coaching in a story” format felt so awkward I couldn’t keep reading.
