Male Lead: Leon Winston
Female Lead: Grace Riddle
He is indeed a black flag man. It's not that I want to defend him but he did that to Grace because of misunderstanding. He thought she really a spy sent by enemies to seduce him. He hates that of course. Moreover, the thought of his first love deceived him, used him just to get revenge. He didn't know Grace was brainwashed.
OK but I still didn't like that he SA her. He was insane at those scenes.
I cried a lot when they tried hard to mend their relationship. The way Leon grovel to Grace. I love that. And good job to Grace that she didn't forgive him immediately. She knows it right away.
At the end, I cried. Grace indeed doesn't need him, Grace wants him.
They're together now happy with each other. Leon, Grace, Ellie and Oliv

Strongest FMC I’ve read about in a very long long time. The scenes where she was captured were horrific, (triggers and warnings are no joke), but the story progressed well. I loved how she gave him hell for what he did and stayed strong until the very end. Winston’s grovelling and regret afterwards were very satisfying also. This story was long af, however I don’t regret reading it.
