I saw this book at my local homesense and instead of purchasing it I decided to place the book on hold at my hometown library. I’m honestly glad that I borrowed the book instead of making the purchase. It wasn’t my cup of tea if you get my jist. I read each high class recipe and continued to say to myself “I’ll never make this food, why would I do that instead of just simplifying the recipe so it’s not complicated. I’ve never heard of this chef either. I’ll give him credit it’s probably his first book but would I read another of his? Honestly, probably not. Was it worth the read? Meh. I tried and that’s what counts. I did love the pictures though. Beautifully taken.
