But the hardships that entailed were beyond comprehension.
The group of followers were told by God's very own angels that they were to go to Israel. But when the enemy throws everything he can at them to stop them, doubt creeps in.
What if they misunderstood?
Should they just hide and wait out the Tribulation?
Was it possible that the angels were working for the enemy, trying to distract them or mislead them?
When GOD remains silent to their pleas and questions, the little band of survivors begin to turn on themselves, to turn on their leaders. Fear threatens to override common sense.
Will they be able to keep them from tearing each other apart... especially when they have Satan himself to battle?
The Saints of Salvation is a Christian apocalyptic series about a group of people trying to survive the impossible, led by a man racked with doubt, while learning to trust a God who seems to be destroying the world. Their faith will be shaken, their worst fears will come to pass... but at the end, there's the hope of the brightest of tomorrows. Due to content, this series is not recommended for children under 13.
Traveling to the keys in Florida on the bottom sands of the ocean being pursued by demons as well as troops from the anti Christ makes for an amazing book 4. But imagine their surprise when the 3angels appear and tell everyone they need to go to Jerusalem for the end of the Tribulation. How will they get there? In the battle before they actually get to the Keys the children and the oldest of the ones traveling with them including Nates's parents who among the rest all turn their lives over to Jesus and are saved are killed. They are all with Jesus and safe. Now on to Jerusalem by way of the sea bed till they arrive nearer to Jerusalem. This is the final showdown between good and evil and God and the believers travel home.
I understand this is a work of fiction but I caution you to know the scriptures and who Jesus is. The path to salvation is taken out of context and watered down. As it a lot of other basic Christian principles. The author diminished who the Lord is and rarely acknowledge the reverence and fear of the Lord. Reducing him to a construct who uses slang, talks like a teenager, all the while having the believers in the story constantly refer to him as daddy. It just all seems so wrong.
It was such beautiful experience to experience some of VJS characters again
I was a megs fan of the end series , so you can imagine my swooning over thus amazing series . The brilliance of this series is that you can read it as a stand alone or in addition to the end series . Either way , read these books , they are amazing . Also In would g Encourage you read everything else that VJ dunn has written , you will love every page and every chapter as I have.
Love this whole series. Actually I'm very sorry to see it end. The fortitude, companionship, love, faith, the Lord's protection, the angels, the battles with Satan's army, the explanation of the judgements, getting to Israel and,of course, the loss of loved one are all wrapped up in the story. Come Lord Jesus come. Great job. Thank you.
Kept me enthralled until the end of the last book!
I truly enjoyed this series about the end times. It gives me hope for the future no matter what this crazy world throws at me. The characters were written well and I enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you for such enjoyable reading!
All four books in this refused great. Several places make you want to hold your breath because you have no ideal of what is going to happen. I loved this series
Wow! This series is amazing! I couldn't put it down. Even though it is fiction, obviously, with the story going with the scriptures, it could very well be very close to what happens at the end of times. The characters are very believable and loveable as well. I definitely recommend this series.
I absolutely loved this series. As a Christian, I hope to be welcomed home. I long to hear the voice of Yeshua. I love the fact that the author attributes a sense of humor in the Angels and in Yahweh. Well done.
An amazing conclusion to a wonderful series. Dramatic and expressive of what the last few minutes of the world as,we know it may be like. Come quickly Lord Jesus.
The series is a great reminder to always trust in God and to listen to him speak to your heart. Develop a closer relationship and understand that God loves you.
