Because mushrooms have very little taste, they make an excellent enhancement for meat or veggies. This book offers a wide variety of recipes. I bought 24 ozs. and went to town on these recipes. The recipes include servings, prep and cooking times, and great instructions. Other than the cover photo, there are no photos of finished dishes. There are no nutrition numbers either. However, I found the recipes to be easy to duplicate and they tasted delicious.
If you like mushrooms this is the recipe book for you. The author has many wonderful and different recipes for using mushrooms everything from soup all the way up to roasts. I enjoyed reading the recipes and plan to use some of them for my own. I recommend this book for all who like mushrooms and want some different recipes.
