If histamine intolerance is a new diagnosis for you, this is a good introduction, in a slim, portable book. Easy to carry around in a purse or bag when you're starting to learn about foods/beverages to avoid. As everyone has different triggers, some of the safe/avoid foods might or might not differ for you individually. Still, a great guide for those new to histamine intolerance.
