So this is four books in one. I didn’t like a single one, though the last was the best, and that’s not saying much. Each book was completely predictable and boring. The sex scenes in the first book were incredibly cringeworthy. Way to many “hard cock” for me. By the time the last book came the sex scenes were pretty much missing. But beyond the fact that the sex was written so tepid but being sold as a “hot daddy” type of book, that’s not even the worst part. These read like cheesy soap operas. Last book was whip lash between grown ass adults breaking up because one of them yelled at the other and so they stopped talking. Third book has a scene where h has a UTI and gets a pap from the H not long after they meet. Second book a freaking former navy seal can’t solve the mystery of “mr. Mask” even with all the fact right in front of him. First book the h just slips into depression as soon as they have a fight. Each book I knew exactly what was going to happen before it was half way over, and I probably skimmed most of the books just to finish.
With all four books it kind of hard to give an accurate rating and review since this book took me about a week to finish I forgot the little details about the others. However, I do remember like them all and tbh the last book definitely gave a change of awareness since majority of these books where parents with young kids besides the last book and honestly the last book where great and definitely different then any book I read I just wish they where in separate books so I could have rate them and wrote a review that was approached for all the books and honestly I do recommend it if you like to read one book and get 4 out of one book and if you like change and drama because there is definitely a lot of that in here. But anyways you won’t regret reading this because it was definitely a treat.
I started this with high hopes. Those hopes were quickly dashed.
For the most part things for Rachel weren’t Leary explained. I spent most of the book thinking she was the type of woman who is controlled (emotionally) by the outcome of her relationships with the men in her life. It wasn’t explained until later in the book that her initial depression had to do with something much more than that.
Sadly, by this point I knew I wasn’t going to complete any other stories in this box set.
The idea of what Liam & Rachel had both went through was good, it just wasn’t executed well in my opinion.
This is a box set of four couples each one gets hot. There are quite a few mistakes but they don’t take away from the enjoyment of the story. I enjoyed the first story about a woman who lost a child and divorce’s her husband after a year she gets a job and things improve. I received an ARC for an honest review which I have given.
This was a very simple book but not dreadful. The characters were pleasant. There were no unpleasant surprises but no highs either. It felt like the story was written by a teen who has potential. The grammar was appalling. Maybe a good proof reader would help.
Smoking hot set of 4 different books that will put some sizzle into your weekend! Each book can be read in any order and each set of couples has such good chemistry and great story lines. Its a great set! I received this ARC from Bad boy Updates.
The stories in this series were definitely better than I thought. The spice was mild, and the stories were very wholesome and written well. Fluffy and sweet.
