Nikoya and Ice are too much; I’ve never seen two characters that need to be with each other so badly. I like this storyline a lot. Ice is fresh out of prison after a 5 year bid, when he sees Ni at his welcome home party. All those emotions from their childhood came rushing back. Ice feels that he has to protect Ni, always. He’s loyal and it’s almost crippling. I feel that Ni should have spent time getting back to herself after her relationship with Beezy before trying to entertain anyone else. The two keep blurring the lines of being friends and letting each other go 😩. I am torn because I love Ice and I want him to experience healthy love- I hope these two figure things out. Good work from this author!

I feel like this book could have been better. For 1 I feel lost as to WHY its a big jerk and pull for Ni and ice to be together 🙄 I mean
......keep saying " needing to save her "from??? I see a woman that's just heartbroken with panick attacks. That's what a man that love you SUPPOSE To do ..

It's like it's more than a big deal of them being together ,then what it needs to be. Then Iman and sade keep coming to them in the beginning like they was for it but then NOT....i.just hope part 2 they get over the back and forth and just be adults...

Interesting
I hate to do this but I have to be brutally honest. This book had the potential to be a five star read because the storyline is great. I actually love the direction the story is going in and all the characters mesh well together. However there were quite a few error's throughout the book. Bezzy need to gone on somewhere and let Nikoya be. He's cheated, lied, had outside babies and broke her trust. Megan need to scat. Her being pregnant ain't a prize. Especially from Bezzy. Nikoya has abandonment and trust issue's stemming from her trifling mother and her ex Bezzy. Ice can't continue to be her Superman. She is broken, need to deal with her past and move on. Nikoya also need to go on a journey of healing and love her own self before being in a relationship along with stop blaming Ice for something that happened when they were young. Ice is not superman. He need to learn that he can't continue to be Nikoya crutch and what she need to heal. He can't help her. Plus I don't see Mena being too understanding with him running to Nikoya aid. I hope Iman isn't cheating on Sade. They seem to have a pretty good relationship but I have a feeling he is hiding something. The way this ended. I'm wondering if Bezzy acted on the threat to bring home to Ice.

Sometimes Love Isn't Enough!
I really had a hard time reading this book. I don't know how I feel about Ice and Ni. I know Ice has a great heart, and he is such a protector. He and Ni just can't seem to get it right. Young love sometimes doesn't work on all ends, but the love is real it's just misplaced. Ice, has tried to move on and so has Ni but the soul ties they have won't let them be okay in other situations.
I man and Sade have a love that's supposed to be untouchable but is it? I man has some secrets that may destroy Sade. Ni has so much inner turmoil going on she wants to keep her family at arms lengths, but she has to get over her anger first. Breeze has a lot of hate but he brought on everything he's going through.
Now, I really hope Ice is good. I think it's about to be a situation between Ice, Ni and Mena that my end up breaking somebody's heart. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Wow I hope Ice is okay in part 2! Nikoya and Ice definitely had me in an emotional roller coaster with the back and forth between them they just could but get it together. Ice has moved on to Mena and hopefully the new guy that helped Nikoya with her flat tire turns out to be someone she can move on with. Things with Sade and Iman are going to blow up soon because he is definitely cheating I think hopefully they are able to salvage their relationship once everything comes to light. Beezy is just trifling around here raw dogging and spreading that community d all over the place then had the nerve to want Nikoya to come back to him it’s the audacity of it for me. I can’t wait to see what happens in part 2 I am interested in seeing what Nikoya’s test results showed!!!

Team Ni
Kiara has definitely done it again which doesn’t surprise me. She has always been one of my favorite authors. I truly enjoyed this book. It was a definite roller coaster ride between Ice and Nikoya. They both definitely need saving which is why they won’t work. Although I would love to see them together things don’t always work out that way. Things are quickly taking a turn and things seem to be getting more complicated. So looking forward to seeing what happens in book two.

Choices! Everybody and Everything in life has choices.. Koya and Ice went through a lot but don’t know how to mend their heart and start fresh.. Change occur all the time. Debra is wrong but I think she going to get it together before it too late.. Ice playing with fire, stringing Mena on when he really know his heat wants somebody else.. The ending though who do it. Storyline was great there are some twist and a lot of whys especially some questions will this bring Koya and Ice together

I'm ready for part 2
Nikoya and Ice definitely have a bond but it seems more like a trauma bond. While reading, you will go back and forth on whether or not they need to be together. The main word throughout this story for me is healing. Everyone needs to heal before anything else. Beezy (all I could think of was Yella Beezy the rapper lol) was a trip. I would love to hear more from Iman and Sade and see what Iman is really up to because a woman's intuition is never wrong!! I'm excited to see where part 2 takes our crew because that end will have you like oh no!!

Going In Circles!!
Nikoya is pregnant. Breezy shot Ice, because he embarrassed him in the hospital and jealous because him and Nikoya had a relationship before he came into the picture. Debra isn't going to change for anybody. Megan probably is pregnant with Breezy baby. Nikoya and Ice should have left their relationship in the past and start their relationship off with a clean slate. They are totally different people from five years ago. I don't think I'm an is cheating on Sade. I'm afraid to say Mena is going to be left in the cold.

This storyline was very good, however, there were grammatical errors throughout the book. Ice did some growing up while he was incarcerated, but as soon as he was released, he and Nikoya’s back and forth was quite draining. Iman is really messing up and need to get himself together fast. Beezy was a straight up dog and dropping his seeds all over the place. Didn’t expect that ending and can’t wait to see what book two brings.

The Run Around

The characters exemplified in this story showcased just how flawed humans are and the battles people endure in real life: Fear of relationships and trust while simply desiring to be loved. Ice and Nikoya need healing. The back and forth in this story can make you dizzy but it is worth the spin. Great job penning this story. Check it out. You will not regret it.

This story is so crazy. The love between Billy a and Ice is all over the place. They both have some issues. Issues that are keeping them apart. Plus Ice Involving Mena and Lots not knowing how to get what she really wants is causing a mess. That cliffhanger really leaves me ready for part two.

I loved it this book was everything from the beginning to the end. I feel like both Nikoya and Ice were wrong. Yes I think that she’s pregnant and I hope she keeps the baby and she might she hide out from everyone if she is pregnant. I think with Ice being shot is going to bring him and Nikoya back together. i feel like this book had soooo much potential but the ball was dropped. i feel like it was literally just going around and around i’m a circle with no clear storyline fr. nobody actually communicating. the ending just came out of left field with ice and his brother i don’t know. i’m not sure if i’ll read part 2.
