Marvel
I became a member of the Satan’s Devils MC to escape from my past.

I love this mismatched family that I’ve joined, would give my life for the club, but something always keeps me slightly apart.

I’ve watched as my brothers have found partners and settled down, seen them have kids and have played a sideline role in their upbringing, but never had any yearning to find someone for myself.

More than thirty years back, I learned women can’t be trusted. It’s a lesson I took to heart.

If I never fall in love again, I can’t be hurt and my world won’t be torn apart.

Virginia
I was betrayed in the worst of ways by the man I loved. Even now, it’s hard to put what he did into words.

But I don’t need to speak for myself, everyone knows. And everyone blames me. Me, who’d had no idea what was going on.

Traumatised, I try to hide from the world.

But even a reclusive woman has to emerge sometimes. I didn’t expect to get caught up in a major incident, nor to be forced into close proximity with a biker named Marvel.

I didn’t expect we’d have so much in common.

Can two broken souls come together to make a whole?

Manda’s life's always seemed a bit weird, starting with a childhood that even today she’s still trying to make sense of, then losing her parents in the late teens. Going from the tragic to the bizarre, who else could be unlucky enough to have had two car accidents, neither her fault, one involving a nun, and another involving a police woman?

There isn’t enough space to list everything that’s happened to Manda, or what she’s learned from it. But by using the rich fabric of her personal life, psychology degree, varied work experiences, and amazing characters she’s met, Manda is able to populate her books with believable in-depth characters and enjoys pitting them against situations which challenge them. Her books are full of suspense, twists and turns and the unexpected.

Manda lives in the beautiful countryside of Essex in the UK, the area’s claim to fame being the Wilkin’s Jam Factory at nearby Tiptree. She can usually find jars of jam which remind her of home wherever she goes. As well as writing books and reading, Manda loves walking her dogs and keeping fit. She lives with her husband of over 30 years, who, along with her son, is her greatest fan and supporter.

Manda is thankful that one of the more unusual, and at the time unpleasant, turns her life took, now enables her to spend her time writing. Confirming, in her view, every cloud has a silver lining.

MC Romance.

[̲̅R][̲̅e][̲̅v][̲̅i][̲̅e][̲̅w] 📖

Book four in the Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation series brings readers Marvel and Virginia’s story. Their first encounter isn’t one of a sexual nature, the pair are simply brought together in rather unfortunate circumstances where they find themselves held up in the side room of a bank together, it’s during that time the pair bare their souls, sharing things they haven't shared with another person before. There’s no initial intense physical attraction between Marvel and Virginia, but there is a connection of sorts, two vulnerable individuals who’ve been hurt by those they’d loved, it’s as if they recognise the pain within one another and a friendship is forged during their time spent together. When their time within the bank comes to an end they go their separate ways, neither one of them expects to see the other again but the following day Marvel sees Virginia on the news being hounded by reporters, after the time he spent with her the day before he’s aware of how vulnerable and frightened she must be feeling and takes it upon himself to round up some of his brothers and head to her rescue, which results in Virginia being brought back to the Clubhouse for her own comfort and safety, it also sees Marvel being ripped into by his brothers who tease him about having a woman, something he’s always been against, woman have only been good enough for one thing, warming his bed, if they’re even in it long enough that is. With the advice and help of the MC, Virginia’s issue is resolved, she ends up sharing a scorching hot kiss with Marvel but he caves under pressure, unwilling to admit just how strongly he feels about her, and having had enough of from his brothers he takes her home with the intentions of never seeing her again, however the pull towards her is too much to resist and he heads over to her house, just when she needs him too as it looks like there’s danger lurking ahead.

Has Marvel arrived in time to stop any imminent threat, or is he in danger of losing Virginia just when he’s let her in? Read Saving Marvel to get the answer to that and so much more, trust me it’s one book you don’t want to miss. Settle in and get reacquainted with Devils family in this action packed read filled with all the usual drama, action, angst and laughs we’ve come to know and love with this MC.

And it all comes down to trust, and two people who have been let down. Can they learn to trust each other and build a future together?

Add in the most heinous criminal, and a woman who seems to court bad luck and you have another fantastic book by the wonderful Manda Mellett.

Great book, with a fantastic catch up with some of the old timers and their old ladies.

Marvel meets Virginia when they are hiding in an office during a bank heist. The tense situation makes them friends really quickly. They divulge their deepest secrets, scared that they might not leave the bank alive. They survive, thanks to Marvel's quick reflexes. Unfortunately, the situation dredges up Virginia's past and throws her life into complete turmoil. Marvel's past doesn't allow him to trust women but Virginia knows betrayal too. He can't help but trust her, like her. But its too late for him, right? He couldn't possibly find the love of his life at his age and all due to a bank robbery? When Marvel comes to Virginia's rescue again, she can't help but think that maybe she has a chance at happiness. A gripping read, I was on the edge of my seat for quite a bit of it. An older couple finding love, sign me up. Their shared past trauma made it even more rewarding when they fall in love. Enthralling, I have to give this one 6 stars!

Manda has once again written a book that I fell in love with from the start. Marvel and Virginia's HEA doesn't start out like normal people. They are thrown together by circumstances completely beyond their control. Marvel is a confirmed bachelor who has given his brothers nothing but a hard time when they have fallen in love. The banter between the men towards Marvel when he finally claims Virginia is hilarious. Virginia is a woman who's past is still controlling her future and she has to bare her soul to complete strangers in order to begin living her life how she wants.

I love stories with older characters, they are so relatable and Marvel and Virginia do not disappoint. Manda again has written a 5 star story that I loved.

I tremendously enjoyed Marvel & Virginia’s HEA. They both have been through their own types of hell and are extremely lucky to have found each other.

I love it when authors write about older couples and wish more would do it. This was a wonderful older couple romance very well written and thoroughly enjoyable.

As always, Manda never disappoints. I hope there will be more older couple romances in the future!

This is Marvel and Virginia’s story and it’s heartbreaking. You finally get to see why Marvel gives his brothers a hard time when they find their old ladies. Can Marvel learn how trust a woman after what he goes though with his ex. Virginia thought she had the perfect life until the cops show up on her door step. After her ex husband arrested Virginia losses everything her career, friends, and her home.

This book will hook you from the first page to the last. Can’t wait for more.

This story is heartbreaking. Both Marvel and Virginia trusted someone, that broke their trust in the worst way.

Marvel found it hard to trust a woman, why would he when the one he loved and wanted to marry took everything from him.

Virginia had everything she thought she wanted with her husband. A career, a beautiful house, loving spouse and friends. When her husband was locked up, she lost everything. She was made to feel like she was the one to commit the crime, and hounded by the press.

This is definately a story that surprised me. It shows that even family can disappoint you
Though I look forward to seeing more with Jaxon

I normally really like this author, especially when she focuses on older main characters. Unfortunately, this one fell flat for me. It took too long for the romantic feelings to develop between Marvel and Virginia. While both characters had major trust issues due to some awful exes, Virginia’s ex-husband’s necrophilia was truly disturbing and honestly something I didn’t want to read about it.

Saving Marvel is Book Four of the Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation. Marvel has found his place amongst the Satan’s Devils MC and cannot imagine his life without his close-knit biker family. Running from his past, Marvel has kept a closely guarded secret from those around him for nearly thirty years. He has no interest in settling down or raising a family and is the first to berate any of the club members who dare to do so. Marvel is quick to insult, belittle and humiliate any member of his club that chooses to tie himself down to a woman. He has nothing nice to say about women or about how untrustworthy they are and how the relationship will never work. After being jaded from a past relationship Marvel is bitter and trusts no woman. Not even a wife or girlfriend of one of his club members can get close to him and they find him rude and hostile towards them. Marvel is content to remain single and does not want or need love complicating his life.

Virginia was married for nearly twenty years to a man who she thought was the man of her dreams. He was, for all outward appearances, hard working, loving, honest and kind. Then suddenly, Virginia’s world was shattered when she discovers the horrific truth about the true monster that her husband was and what he did. She is traumatized by the actions of her husband and unable to receive closure or move forward in her life. Haunted by his actions she chooses to become a recluse because she is unable to face the world. After such a traumatic chain of events Virginia has no desire to be in a relationship and does not trust men.

Neither Virginia nor Marvel expects their two worlds to collide when each chooses to make a routine trip to the bank. Fate has other plans for them as they find themselves in the middle of an armed bank robbery. Virginia and Marvel find themselves trapped under a desk together in a small room of the bank where they are each hiding out from the bank robbers. To pass the time they make small talk and before long find themselves sharing their deepest, darkest secrets with one another. Virginia and Marvel find it easy to bare their souls to each other which they brush off as being due to the circumstances. Either they will not make it out of the bank alive or they will walk away and never see each other again. However, fate intervenes and has other plans for them.

I cannot begin to say how much I loved this book and this author! The strong character development of both Marvel and Virginia left me in awe as they each had so many complex layers to their personalities. Marvel comes across as being gruff, hostile and a total woman hater but once you learn about his past you cannot help but feel empathetic towards him. Learning about what happened with his ex-girlfriend enables the reader to see how deeply hurt Marvel was and why he put up walls around his heart. Virginia was traumatized so deeply by the actions of her ex-husband that she is unable to face the world outside of her home. She blames herself for not being able to see him for the monster he is and becomes sick to her stomach at the thought of what he did. The pain and scars of her past leaves her scared to be touched by a man, something that no amount of therapy seems to be able to help her overcome. Both Virginia and Marvel are two deeply hurt souls who feel hurt and rejected by their exes and unable to let go of the pain of their past. Yet they somehow find their way to each other and find that the demons of their past are what draws them together forming an unbreakable bond between them. I highly recommend this book!

Marvel is a member of the Satan’s Devils MC and has been for many years now, he is a part of the furniture and loves his brothers more than anything, they have been there for him, but he has always kept to the side lines, but in all that time, as he has watched them pairing up, he has never wanted the same thing. Virginia Case is a woman with a history, she was happily married, had a career she loved and friends and family whom she was close to, that was until her life was ripped apart at the seems when she was betrayed by the person she was closest to, her husband and the way in which he did it was too horrible for words.

Now both of them are in the same locale when something kicks off and turns into a major incident which throws them, two complete strangers, into each others company for the time it takes for the incident to be managed. It is stressful for both of them, but they connect in a way that surprises them both. As they listen to the events happening outside of their little bubble, the two talk and relive pasts which they both want to forget, Virginia with her experiences with her ex-husband and Marvel who learned the hard way that women can’t be trusted thanks to a betrayal of his own. As they both open up to the other, neither of them expects the conversation to be suddenly halted with no kind of closure for them, or even the chance to say goodbye when the authorities take charge, however, this isn’t the end of their troubles, it is only the beginning.

The next day, the news outlets are all reporting about the incident and it is then that Marvel sees that Virginia is being hounded outside her own home and makes the decision to go and help her out, even though he can’t for the life of him figure out why and when he turns up on her doorstep and offers her a safe space to escape to, she accepts, much to her own amazements as well. As they try and come up with solutions to their differing issues, they become closer, but will these two broken souls be able to mend the other, or will it all come crashing down around them like it did in the past? This is an MC romance with a tenderness throughout which will surprise and suck in even the most hardened of hearts, as the suspense keeps you hooked throughout while emotions run high and both the present and future are in doubt until you reach the end of the story and the rollercoaster ride comes to an end.

I am always excited when a new ‘Satan's Devils MC’ novel comes out, and this was yet another great read. The storyline focuses on Satan’s Devils member Marvel, who joins the MC to escape from his past. Although he’s been happy for those of his brothers who have found there ‘old ladies’ and settled down, he’s never wanted that for himself. At least not again, having been hurt by a women who he loved and trusted, he’s now learnt that women can’t be trusted and that if he dose not fall in love, he can’t be hurt. Then Marvel meets Virginia, who has trust issues herself, having been betrayed by the man she loved. Having been traumatised by his actions and those of others who blamed her, when she had no idea what he was doing, she has become reclusive.

It was just Virginia’s luck, that on a rare trip into town she ends up caught up in a major incident, and then finds herself forced into close proximity with a biker named Marvel. As usual this story is full of drama, suspense, great characters, vivid world building, plenty of MC action with the Satan’s Devils, and of course romance. I loved Marvel and Virginia and the chemistry between them sizzled, but their reluctance to trust again and the past hurt they both shared also came across in the writing. The setting, as usual was brought to life by the descriptive narrative and I felt immersed in both the story, and in the Satan’s Devils MC world once again. An enjoyable and exciting read, and I look forward to future books by this author.

So Marvel has just walked into the bank and already he has me in stitches as I can just see everything going down ….

But things take a sudden turn and Marvel had his suspicions of some of his fellow patrons and rightly so and he finds himself in a situation that I don’t think anyone expected but his reaction surprised me , instead of going in guns blazing he took a different approach and to me that speaks volumes of the man he is and this is exactly where his path meets up with the lovely Virginia ….

Look I don’t think Virginia expected her day was going to turn out the way it did but I think she got more than she bargained for not only with the bank drama but hello she gets Marvel I’d say you won gold girl or should I rather say black leather 😉🔥

I was holding my breath to see what the Satans devils were going to do , one of their own was in trouble …. Not just from the bad guys but his heart was soon to be on the line ….

Marvel just went into protector mode when he realised Virginias distress and that’s where he won me over , these biker boys all pretend to be tough but they’re really just teddies when it comes to their loved ones , I still wouldn’t want to be on their bad side though ….

Being part of Marvel and Virginia journey had be an absolute treat and again Satan devils just opened their homes , hearts and arms to Virginia and made them one of her own … love you guys ❣️🔥❣️🔥❣️🔥❣️

Another great Satan's Devils read! I really loved this one. I loved bizarre and life threatening circumstances bring two people together from totally different worlds. I loved the familiar betrayal and pain shared by absolute strangers. Most of all, I loved the second chance at finding romance! Like every other book in this series, within these pages you will find rough bikers, soft hearts, tenacious loyalty, found family, unexpected romance, and non stop action. Unlike every other book in this series, you will find older MCs, deep seeded betrayal, and a new prospect from a highly unlikely introduction! This author has once again managed to spin a story that is both comforting in its familiarity as well as new and exciting. It is awesome to be reading the Satan's Devils next generation and seeing a whole new group of MCs at the frontline, some familiar but in diapers in the other books, and still have your old favorite MCs in the background. At this point, its truly reading about family. There are references made here from other books in the series. If you have not read a Satan's Devils MC book before this, you will most certainly be able to follow the story, but will be missing references and little Easter eggs throughout that you would have had to read the other books to pick up on. My suggestion to get the most out of the stories it to start at the beginning with Turning Wheels. Cannot wait to keep going in this amazing MC world!

I have been a long time fan of this author. I am not surprised by how amazing this book was written, as well as the strong character development. I love how this author always writes their characters with layers, layers that unravel and the story goes on. As always the story was amazing as could be!

Marvel has always had a more vindictive personality I would say. For reasons how he acted at times, were unknown to me in truth. Reading this story I learned more of him and what happened to him the past. It would have devastated myself as well and I would say he feels the way he does, because of his scars and pain. And to me that was real character depth and made the story what it was. I also loved Marvel's interactions with Virginia. They both were different but the depths of their scars were not so much. I found the moments they shared were deep and powerful. With anything this amazing author writes, i am captivated and sucked in deep, the writing, the characters, the words, the story, and really everything plays a crucial part! I loved this book and reading about Marvel's story. A must read for sure!

Love everything this author creates. Really connected with this one, reading of what made Marvel who he is. This is a must read book, a must read author, and for sure a must read series! Highly recommend!

Wow this author has done it again! Another page turner 5 star read from start to finish and all I can say is please keep them coming! I will never get enough of the Satan's Devils.
Marvel is a long standing character and it is great to get to know him better in this book. We finally get to understand why his very strong feelings towards woman are what they are! Hurt and unable to forgive or forget he is never taking an old lady or letting a woman into his heart again! Then along comes Virginia, just as unable to trust as he is, possibly more so actually. They meet under intense circumstances and for reasons neither really understand share their stories of heartbreak.
When Virginia is being hounded after their shared experience together, Marvel can not stand by and watch her go through all that again. With the help of the MC he steps in to protect her and fix the situation. It's very surprising to not only the club but himself and he doesn't know how to handle it. Soon his feelings and what to do about them aren't the only things he needs to worry about with more danger on its way to them.
Do yourself a huge favour and grab this book today!! you can read it as a stand alone but I recommend reading them all purely because they are so fantastic!

I am positive, when I tell you this series is well worth your time and money. This is Marvel and Virginia's story. Being caught up in a bank robbery is bad, being stuck in a small room with a total stranger is bad, but those are nothing to Virginia, compared to the last few years of her life. The strong and helpful Marvel is one to be trusted, unless you fear his type of men. Marvel on the other hand wants nothing to do with women. He has been jilted once and he keeps clear of all women. He has given each and every one of his Brothers hell for finding their old Lady. Says it will Never happen to him! Well guess what? Marvel is stuck in a tiny bank room with said woman. For hours and hours and hours. That is all I am going to say about this story. No spoilers for you. This author and her creative mind has once again written a story to be read by all. You can't help but fall in love with the characters that make the Men and Women of the Satan's Devils MC. This story is fast paced and leaves nothing out. So I recommend you get everything you need before starting. As you will not be coming up for a while. I am sure the next in this series is already in the making. So get yourself caught up in this series as I know you will not be disappointed.

Marvel has always been the one who has never wanted to settle down, from his past he has been closed off to love, until one day in walks the women who broke his heart years ago.

Virginia has locked herself away from the world, but when she does finally decides to re-join the world she is delved into a trouble yet again but only Marvel can help her through the maze of the threat.

As they are both kindred spirits can they find a way to move through there past to start a fresh in the present.

This is the fourth book in this series and follows the lives of Marvel and Virginia, I loved the chemistry between these two characters and that they are a little broken always makes goof reading and a more interesting book. The story was well written and with the twists and turn held your interest in the story for the last word. I always love the grittiness of Manda's stories and the way the stories unfold is brilliant to read and enjoy.

This leads on from the other stories in this series but can be read as a stand alone book in it's own right but to get a true understanding of the group and the misfit family they have created I would recommend reading the other book in the series and hell the whole catalogue of this wonderful storyteller.

Can't wait for the next instalment in this wonderful series.

I don’t think there are enough words to describe just how much I love this author’s work. I could honestly read about her amazing bikers of the Satan’s Devils MC for hours, days, weeks on end. I really do love them that much. Added to that, we finally got Marvel’s story.
Although one of the original group of Satan’s Devils, Marvel’s HEA comes much later in life so his story comes in the 2nd generation series, where the original band of bikers are in their 50’s and it’s their children who now run the roost.
Marvel has always been a bit of a grumpy miserable character and we now get to find out why he is the way he is and then get to see a whole new side of this very lovable, sweet man when the right woman comes along. Although being caught up in a bank robbery is not how you would expect to find your significant other but these Satan’s Devils like to do things differently.
Virginia is such an amazing character too. My heart breaks for what this poor woman has had to face in the past year or so. I couldn’t imagine going through something like that. Needless to say, she’s damaged emotionally and a relationship is the last thing on her mind.
I adored reading about this couple and would 100% recommend this book.

One of my favorite things about this is that this is an older couple. That they both have wrinkles and some life behind them. My second favorite is the meet-cute! So great! I am not sure I have read of a meeting taking place in this kind of a high stress situation before. Thirdly is the joy that the Devils get out of razzing Marvel for his indecision made me laugh! Especially Blade! Lastly I liked seeing all the club members and their old ladys plus kids/grandkids throughout the story. I am pleased to say that I have been looking more to Wiz as the prez instead of always Drummer. That took me four books.

This also covers a difficult subject with Miss Virginia and I can completely see how she could and would be affected. I understood her and felt her embarrassment/doubts. I enjoyed how she grew and became stronger as the story moved along. I am glad that Marvel finally got his story. I like how he knew he wasn't a spring chicken anymore but he still can offer something. He is known as the grump-asaurus (in other terms) around the club. Yet he still had that kind heart to help her out.

Overall its another wonderful addition to the series. I always look forward to these since I never know what this author will come up with for these characters.

I was so delightfully surprised by this unique and heartwarming story. The fourth in the Second Generation series tells the story of Marvel, an older member of the Satan’s Devils Motorcycle Club, who’s been burned in the past and isn’t looking for love. That is until he crosses paths with Virginia Case during a bank robbery. Certainly not the typical meet-cute. Virginia has her own dark past that is preventing her from seeking love as well. The two have undeniable chemistry but between their own traumas and outside forces it seems likely the pair will end up being nothing more than friends. It is only through the support of the motorcycle club brothers that they are able to find the romance they deserve.
I loved having two older MCs that had detailed and well-thought-out backgrounds. Marvel was a wonderful male lead with undeniable power and fierce loyalty. Virginia was more level-headed and wise than some romance heroines. The twists and turns of their story kept me turning the pages and wanted to see this story through to the end. Although this is not a book I would recommend reading without reading the other books in the series, it was still an amazing love story that made me smile, laugh, and cry.

This is an author that I have loved reading from the first book I picked up by her. I never hesitate to pick up one of this author’s books as I know I am in for a hard to put down story. One of the things I enjoy most about this author is her writing style and her attention to details. This is an author that never lets you down when it comes to an awesome story. This book is no different. This is a well written story that pulled me in from the beginning. The characters are not only connectable but I enjoyed how the author brought them to life. This is a fast paced story that has a little of action and romance mixed together which made the story entertaining. A story about Marvel and Virginia. They both have a past and they both are broken. What will fate have in store for them? Will two broken people find a way to make one whole relationship work? I loved reading their story and what they brought to the story. They had great growth and their chemistry is off the charts. This is a must read story that you don't want to miss. I highly recommend this book and this author.

Marvel and Virginia's story will pull you in from the very beginning. They both find themselves in a very scary situation that they are not sure that they will make it out of. This situation has them opening up to each other about their pasts since their futures are uncertain. They talk about how they have been burned in the past and don't see a happily ever after in their plans. After everything, they go their separate way without planning on seeing each other again.

The next time Marvel comes to Virginia's rescue, he finds himself on the receiving end of the MC's taunting for having a woman when he swore to never have one. After the threat has passed, and Virginia is ready to move forward, Marvel shuts down any chance at a future with Virginia. However, when he comes to the realization that he may want something with her...it just might be too late. This time, danger is waiting for her and Marvel may not make it in time.

I LOVE the entire Satan's Devil's series. I have read every book since the first one and this crazy cast of characters feels like they are friends. I enjoyed this story and look forward to whatever comes next!

I have read quite a few books written by Ms. Mellett and her writing just gets better with each book. I love how thorough she is with her descriptions if it’s of the club house and compound or just the people in general. The characters are strong willed with little quirks that makes them feel real. The plot was great and different which is good.
We have seen Marvel around in other books...
At 55 years old Marvel becomes a member of the Satan’s Devils MC to escape his past. He vowed to never fall in love again after he learned woman can’t be trusted. And that’s a vow he took to heart until he meets Virginia.
Virginia has been through hell the last few years so what’s being stuck in a small room with a stranger while the bank was being robbed. She doesn’t know if she can trust Marvel especially after she was traumatized by the man she loved.
While hanging in the room they talk and get to know each other and they are both surprised with how much they have in common.
Can these two overcome their past? Will Marvel be able to save Virginia? Can they mend their hearts and make them whole? Will Virginia speak up for herself or go back too being a recluse?

This book is giving a future look at the Satan Devil’s MC. They have all gotten older , but still stuck in their ways around the women. When trouble once again finds the club, they come together and protect the ones they love.
Marvel is a twenty plus year member of the club, he is the typical grouchy old man, who trusts no one but his brothers. He was hurt in the past and hasn’t ever gotten over it or will trust a woman until he does.
Virginia has had the worst luck her whole life. She thought her life was good and that her husband loved her, but come to find out he used her for respectability, and that he was a very sick man. When she went to try to get a loan at the bank, her luck struck again, and she was in the middle of a bank robbery. That’s when she met Marvel, and her life was never the same again.
They heal each other and prove that love can come in and hit you in unexplainable ways.
Together along with the club,Marvel and Virginia take out the threat to her and take care of the problem.

This is another book in the amazing Satan Devil's MC club. I never hesitate in grabbing these stories as I know they will be great. They have the elements in the stories that I enjoy, Romance, danger and pasts that could make or break them. The author always makes her characters believable and connectable which makes the stories all the more enjoyable.
In the story we meet Marvel. Marvel is a confirmed bachelor and vows to stay that way. Making fun of his brothers when they settle with their old ladies.
However one incident in his life, a bank robbery, he finds himself held hostage with a woman for company. After talking to her he finds out her name and her past.
Once they were rescued they go their separate ways. However Virgina is now in danger. Marvel goes to her aid to protect her from someone out to harm her but how much trouble will this bring the Devils?
Another big issues is trust. Can Marvel let down his guard and learn to trust Virgina or will their pasts stop them from making a go of their future.

Saving Marvel (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #4) by Manda Mellett
5 Stars

This is Marvel and Virginia’s story. The way they meet is definitely unconventional. Most probably serendipity had a hand in this encounter. They meet during a bank heist. Wrong place, wrong time? In this case it is probably right place, right time. During their time together, they form a bond while revealing their deepest secrets. Was it because neither thought they would live to see another day? Who knows but a connection was formed. Because of Virginia’s infamous past, Marvel feels the need to step in and protect her from the media hounds not realizing that there is a very lethal threat against her. Can Marvel protect Virginia and his heart at the same time?

Every book that I have read in the Satan’s Devils series I have loved. Each story is unique and well thought out. I appreciate that the author doesn’t limit her love stories to the young and beautiful. Her books cover the older generation as well as in this book. This one is definitely worth reading.

Saving Marvel (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation #4) by Manda Mellett

Another great read by the author. Saving Marvel is the fourth book in the Satan's Devils MC Second Generation Series. Cash, Marvel, is going to get the shock of his lifetime.

Cash, aka Marvel, is at the bank when all hell breaks loose. He and the MC aren't behind it, but now he's stuck as a hostage. Sneaking into the Loan department he finds he's not alone. The quote I chose for Marvel is: “I nearly got married once.”He glances sideways, then seems to find a mark on the floor more interesting and focuses on that. “In some ways, it was a blessing we hadn’t tied the knot, in others…. In others, it was a f***ing disaster. But we didn’t.”

Virginia is at the bank hoping to get a loan. She needs a new car, but it seems like life wants to throw her a new man. Being held hostage is not the way she planned on spending her day. The quote I chose for Virginia is: “My name is Virginia Case. Formerly Virginia Case-Roberts. Google me.”

Highly recommended for MC Romance lovers.
