Cape May Hydrangeas
The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming, and late spring has filled Cape May with beauty.
Margaret and Dave search for a new house and quickly realize it’s not going to be easy to find something they love.
Donna, done with school and work for the summer, is persuaded into taking over Dale’s funnel cake cart on the Wildwood Boardwalk—and it’s nothing like she expected. Meanwhile, Dale has found the perfect spot for his new Cape May restaurant, but he isn’t exactly forthright with the people closest to him about the location.
Sarah helps Chris out with the birding boat tours and quickly discovers it’ll take a little time to acquire her sea legs.
Greg happily takes over Margaret and Dave’s gardens on his property and soon discovers Liz isn’t as eager as he is to get her hands dirty.

My thoughts: 🔖66 of 117 CHAPTER EIGHT - This one may get me back in the 5-star zone There is a lot of unnecessary drama but I love house hunting and I have my fingers crossed for bundles of happiness.
🔖94 CHAPTER ELEVEN - Never mind, I barely made it to the 4-star zone before I was bumped down to 3.
I had high hopes, but I was a little disappointed, well, a lot disappointed. I was hoping for littles. They’ve hinted that these quadragenarians were interested in babies in earlier books, and I think it's time, so when 2 childless characters have nausea, I got a little hopeful. I then saw the tide turning, so I read the blurb of Book 11, and it's pretty much an outline, ugh! So I read Book 10's blurb as I was nearly done, and it was more than the online; it was the story minus details. So avoid these blurbs; if you read one, you've practically read the book without dialogue.
Recommend to others: Sure. It's like a cheesy daytime sitcom.

Great book series they are all quick reads typically only 110-114 pages long great for a day at the beach or snuggled up on a rainy day.
This story continues with Margaret and Dave finding their forever home and making it their own.

This book was slow and boring. Besides the story, it had many grammatical errors and the pages kept falling out of the book. And I’m not hard on my books! As the series goes on, the books seem rather lackluster.

I have enjoyed the series; however the misuse of lie and lay and the improper use of pronouns is disconcerting.

Cute & easy to follow series. These are a fun, easy read that I love between the more complex stories that require a lot of concentration.
