I am so happy to have found this recipe book. There are soooo many wonderful recipes in here that I am not sure which one to try first. 😉 (I'm thinking the chai tea one first 😍)
I received an advance copy of this book for my honest review. This book starts out with smoothie basics and usual ingredients. Then you get into the smoothies. If you are a smoothie fan this could be the book for you. We liked the chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie, lots of peanut butter flavor in this one. I am not a humongous fan of the whey protein powder, but this one was still good. My husband really liked it. We will try more especially as we get back into stricter keto.
Gave me lots of ideas for drinks, especially ways to up my electrolytes. But those savory smoothies oh my word. Dill pickle? Bone broth?? Garlic Broccoli??? More power to ppl who can rock that but issa no for me dawg
