Property Quadrants: The Passive Income Formula - Own Your Financial Future Through Real Estate Investing
Property Quadrants It is a concept I was inspired to create in relation to property investing after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s “Why the rich are getting richer” book that explains his cash flow quadrants. Property Quadrants examines the four ways that real estate investing works and takes the reader through real life stories of how I have helped people turn their lives around using the formulas outlined in the quadrants. The real life examples also list all the numbers on passive income portfolios and explain how to get there.
My inspiration is around shedding the shackles of stress and struggle. I have made millions, lost millions and had to start all over again with nothing. My path back to making millions after experiencing the struggle of loss, has inspired me to write this book in order to show people how to secure their financial future through real estate.
The way I see it is that property is either your biggest cost making you cash poor or your biggest asset making your cash rich. Property Quadrants shows how anyone, no matter where they are starting from, can use property to become cash rich and help others do the same.
Quadrants one and two explain cash poor property, how making an emotional purchase means that you have to pay your mortgage or mortgages out of your wages. Effectively this leads the majority of people to being cash poor and living a life of struggle. That is why 80% of investors only have one investment property.
Quadrants three and four explain cash rich property. Quadrant 3 demonstrates how to work with property to make active income. As well as lump sums of cash to buy the lifestyle you want and get the deposit for investment property.
Quadrant four outlines my formula to buy passive income property. Once you have passive income, you secure your future as you no longer rely on a job and you can pay your family home off quicker and buy those quadrant two properties without draining your pockets.

Property Quadrants is a notable work of Nichole Lewis which is mainly based on real-estate business and financing.
Nichole divided the book into 12 chapters followed by subsections. Property Quadrants examines the four ways that real estate investing works. The four quadrants respectively explain cash-poor property, cash-rich property, and passive income property. It takes the reader through real-life stories of how the author turns the lives of many helpless people around using the formulas outlined in the quadrants. She beautifully portrays the mistakes she has encountered and how she overcame them with utmost confidence and desire. The author also lists 9 key principles of good investing and managing finance.
The readers who are into business practice will certainly get hold of many useful ideas to apply for themselves. The book is overall very practical and inspiring in nature.

Property Quadrants by Nichole Lewis is all about how a correct real estate investment can make you live your life comfortably. I love how this is so straight forward. The author has taken time to precisely explain everything in detail and I didn't struggle a bit to understand the context. All the critical information about real estate investment is mentioned in a systematical manner. The author has clearly explained how a real estate can make one cash poor or cash rice and the steps to be taken in order to make the property active income positively.
The highlight of this self-help book is all the data has transparency and information doesn't confuse the reader. I have started to work around the guide and actively able to understand my mistakes in terms of investment. All the real-life stories give a boost of confidence. I highly recommend this outstanding guide to everyone for easy understanding of 4 quadrants of real estate investing.

This book goes about "property quadrants" a concept the author created to analyze and explain the four ways that real estate investing works. The book is divided into chapters and in each one the reader gets an insight on real estate and the versatility this topic has on ways to make money around it. It is much more than just selling properties.
The book also offers a few personal experiences that make this book more relatable. It has a lot of new data and information but it is well managed to reach a general audience without troubles.
An interesting read to embark in the real estate's world and convert money into more value.

The author gives us a book full of his own experiences with real estate. He developed a four quadrant system that will help you figure out how to best make money off of your real estate. The best parts in this book is the definitions and how to spot certain types of properties and how to avoid the ones who will become a cash dump. I do not own property, but I am interested in setting up an income property and this book was helpful in identifying some potential pitfalls to watch out for.

Property Quadrants is an interactive, well written and engaging book with which I have learnt a lot. Nichole Lewis, the author, is a very good author and puts all her expertise in this reading; knowing he bought her first house at the age of 22 astonished me, and of course I felt even more impressed when I read more about her.
Property Quadrants: The Passive Income Formula - Own Your Financial Future Through Real Estate Investing is a reading that I recommend because it’s pure gold for those interested in properties and getting a passive income; something I lurk for.
