I'm a wife, mother, and author! Writing has always been a passion for me, and publishing my first series is a dream come true. I drink too much caffeine, never sleep, and my imagination is always churning out ideas. Eva and her men have been in my head for awhile, and I'm so glad to finally take you with me on this journey!
im loving the series more as it goes on! i wasn’t completely convinced at first but now … whewwwww. this one in particular i feel like really was about grief and overcoming it and honestly was so huge between stellan and aurora. i honestly love all the guys in this book, but i do slightly feel like i don’t know paxton all that well yet. he hasn’t had his shining moment with aurora yet so im waiting on that still. but this book made me feel all the feelings
If you got to this point I believe you already know the TW/Cw for this book. have been binging on this series non stop ugh fuck i just cant stop. I could confidently say after being finishing book three that this is definitely my top why choose dark college romance books.
All the twists and turns make my just anticipate every page and every scene for the book. I wanted to throat punch Stellan so freaking hard, but damn the hate sex is so good. 🥵
I truly admire Aurora as a character she’s so damn vicious and clever and the development for the boys feels ugh. Love it.
Usually you get tired of the storyline or the plot at this point but DAMN. It’s just WILD, dark, twisted, and ahhh 😱 omg that ending.
I absolutely loved this book, and so far it is my favorite in the series. This book heavily focuses on Stellan and Aurora attempting to find out what happened all those years ago to Stellan’s sister.
A couple of bombshells are dropped and someone new shows their face. There is a TON of action and suspense that left me on my toes, and a cliffhanger that has me jumping right into book 4.
This series is trying to do too much. It is book three, so let's stop the back and forth with the FMC and the male leads. We know they are going to be in a RH romance. I know dark romances aren't always my thing, but the smutty parts are hot! The mystery is interesting. My problem is that the guys are being dicks and the FMC is playing strong, but really turning weak just because it is a dark romance. There are issues between them just because. That is so annoying. I just don't understand why the FMC is wishy washy and forgiving the boys because she can't stay mad when they do really bad things?! I thought she was supposed to be tough and hide her emotions because she was raised by a serial killer?! Instead she is blatant about her instability. I don't really like Stellan, he's annoying. Taking any little scrap of attention one minute, but being an ass the next.
Specific Issues: One time Pax and Remy are discussing how maybe they aren't really friends, but they are just using each other because they formed a strong alliance. I agree with this assessment. But then later they are all talking about how great of friends they are. They didn't even know where Stellan was from...
One time the guys were complaining about how many people knew who she was and hated her for her background. Newsflash, it is because they outed her and her new face!
Cain called Stellan a psycho... Ironic.
"Delilah... Aurora... they're both my favorite" - Stellan --- this doesn't make sense
These guys are supposed to be extremely intelligent for running these underground scenes and yet they ask the stupidest questions. Like why Aurora was weird around Cain's dad when they already suspected he had something to do with her previous kidnapping.
Aurora makes jokes about Stellan kidnapping, drugging, and stuffing her in the trunk.. Gross
Cain accuses Pax of being a feminist after being worried about Aurora's body/mental health. I don't know why Cain is so negative after all the trauma and abuse Aurora has already faced, including being sexually assaulted by Remy's dad and after Pax witnessed his mom being brutally raped and murder. WTF?
When Aurora worries about Stellan's mom's reaction to her, but she has had plastic surgery and is supposed to be unrecognizable? Ummm.... What?
Overall, I feel like the author wanted a certain vibe for each scene and then put them together to make a book without truly connecting them and a timeline. Randomly we will find out about new abuses Aurora went through with her dad. Sometimes the guys act like they love her and sometimes they are just rude and gross (specifically Cain and Stellan).
So after all that why am I still reading? Because I want to know how the mystery and plotline of her dad ends...
Holy smokes!!! This book ended on the hottest scene and then she wakes up to a nightmare! The cliffhangers are killing me lol!
This book takes off right where Book 2 ended…Aurora/Dahlia wakes up in the trunk of a car. With Stellan torn between his love for her and his love for his sister. He needs answers and he’s determined to get them.
With Cain, Paxton and Remy all worried about her, they realize where their feelings truly lie. When they are enroute to save their girl, they never expected for things to get messy. The cult is back and things are about to get red. Can they save Aurora before things get out of hand? Will they all be able to admit their feelings? Can Aurora forgive Stellan and will they ever find out what happened to Sofia!?
Ahhhhh - I love this series! I’m so excited invested- I NEED to know what happens next!!!! The twists and turns and then that ending…..gah, I can’t wait for book 2!
BEEEEEEEP….y’all hear that? That’s the sound of me dying from the heart palpations Rich Demons of Darkwood has given me. I can’t decide if I should sue May Dawson and C.R. Jane for the months of therapy I’ll undoubtedly need to get over that cliffy or for my future hospital bills. A girl can only have so many mini heart attacks before there’s long term issues after all.
In case my heart issues didn’t already make this clear, I couldn’t put these books down… Which means this review is for books 1-3. Fun fact I was actually so addicted to this series that I read Make Me Lie & Make Me Burn back to back in one sitting within a handful of hours annnnd got 30% through Make Me Wild that same day. It’s not my fault!, I swear C.R. & May used some type of magic while writing this series because Rich Demons of Darkwood had me absolutely spellbound from the very first page.
I can honestly say that I can’t pick out one specific thing that I loved most about these books, they were just absolute perfection! If you love a dark romance that’s covered in blood and full of steam but also has an IMPECCABLE plot that’ll keep you on your toes then GO BUY THIS SERIES IMMEDIATELY! Fair warning tho, don’t start it at 1am, you’ll be a gremlin until you finish it.
I am completely loving this series. Aurora is back with her 4 monsters, Stellan, Cain, Remington and Paxton. The boys are even more addicted and obsessed with Aurora and are starting to realise how strong their feelings are towards her and they have definitely broke down the walls surrounding her heart as she starts to believe she is worthy of love.
I am loving this series, it ended on a shocker of a cliffy but it was the perfect place for the next book to pick right up where we were left wanting more. This book is twisted and dark, full of death, bloodshed, betrayal and lots of hot steamy sex and we finally get some answers that we have all been patiently waiting for. Aurora has realised she craves their kind of a punishment and along the way enjoying all the different kinks they are introducing to her. I enjoyed all these characters and they all offer different support and emotions to Aurora, together they are the perfect mix of crazy and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
This was still a fun time, it’s nice to see the guys finally getting close with Aurora and seeing the bond solidifying without all the added hatred between them.
I think my biggest gripe is just the conflict being over too fast. The amount of times Aurora has been in trouble either being attacked or kidnapped is insane. But within moments of it happening, the guys manage to find her.
The start of the book is the only time it actually took them a few days. Otherwise if you kidnap her, you better go to space because they’re coming for you.
Order of men I like from favourite to least favourite (surprisingly I like 3 out of the 4 which is rare for me in WC)
1. Remington, I dunno why I just really like him, he’s a hacker who hacked my heart. 2. Paxton. Secretly a sweetheart and is always there for her emotionally. 3. Stellen. Other than the start, he’s actually really sweet and cares for her. I can appreciate that 4. Cain. This dude is insane. I don’t hate him though but I wouldn’t go near him either.
I LOVE this series, and this book is just as amazing as the first two. Once I started reading, I literally could not put this book down, even losing sleep. Even when I had finished, I was so worked up from that ending!!!!
The steamy scenes are a notch up in Make Me Wild and I absolutely loved it. I really really really need my very own CAIN, if anything I love him even more in this book!!! Who doesn’t love a psychopath and how obsessed he gets!🥵📕
That ending was shocking!! I was waiting for it but so glad it didn’t happen straight away!
This book has so many twist and turns and I love how it keeps me guessing!!
Some of the mysteries have now been solved, but there are still secrets to be unraveled and solved. I think I have an idea of who Nena the hacker is, but I guess I need to wait to find out.
I would definitely recommend this book and series , if you a like darker read with four very delicious guys. Each book just keep getting better and has more spicy!🌶️🌶️
Once again, I'm a mess. Soooooo much happened in this book!! It was petal to the metal from page one right up to the very last page! Aurora is a force to be reckoned with! She's had no choice but to be tough as nails her entire life. And her guys- Cain, Stellan, Remington and Pax?!? They are finally realizing how much they crave and need her in their lives. I love seeing them realize exactly how much she means to each of them. There were so many shocking revelations. So many secrets are coming out, leaving Aurora to believe that nothing is what she thought it was. And that ending?!?! WHY????? This series is keeping me on the edge of my seat, reeling from all the twists and turns!! It's a combination of romance, spice and true crime. Loving every minute of it!
A sensational addition to this series! Aurora and her guys (Stellan, Remington, Pax, and Cain) are back and take us on one wild ride from start to finish. Stellan and Aurora are the main focus in this book as they are searching for answers about Stellan’s sister, Sophia. I loved watching the bond continue to grow between Aurora and her guys and the guys finally starting to realize their true feelings for Aurora. So much happening in this book..drama, danger, suspense, twists, and the steam is seriously amazing. And that ending!? What the what?? I just need the next book…like right now please!
Didn't expect to rate any of the books in this bully romance series 5 stars, but here we are!
So glad I stuck with it because it kept getting better. The romance feels more genuine now as the plot thickens, and I actually care about Aurora's men (finally, after three books lol). Cain is irresistibly possessive, Remy brings a fun romantic vibe, Pax is her angsty safety net, and Stellan's connection with Aurora runs deep (though he deserves to grovel more hehe). Excited for Pax's story in the next book :))
Love these two authors together, what magic they do make.
First off there are some darker themes so be advised.
Can I say that I really enjoyed the plot of this series. A serial killer’s daughter and her journey. I love these dark reads like this, so edgy.
The guys make this an even more interesting read. Aurora and her guys just mesh so well together. They play off of each other like they were made to be.
Things come to light in this read. So be paying attention to what is happening. I had to re-read a few lines because I am so focused on the characters. I do believe this dynamic is my favorite mesh up.
Keep in mind that things are not always roses. But the ride is worth it.
This series is so addictive!! Aurora is forced to finally confront some “demons” of her past in this book. I love that we finally get some answers to the questions we’ve had for the past two books! That being said, it seems like for every question we have answered, another one takes its place! This book is filled with dark, twisted and steamy scenes that I cannot get enough of! So excited for the next book!!!
Every time I think I know the answers, I am thrown a curve ball and left reeling with questions. I love this group of characters so much and cannot believe all the crazy they have shared with one another so far. I cannot wait to see what happens in book 4 now that we have an introduction to someone sinister!
Ok, I am completely OBSESSED with Cain! Here's a few reasons why...
"You love my cock, don't you? And. I. Love. This. Pussy." He pushed me forward even more until I was leaning over the sink.
My sudden sense of rage flowed like ice through my veins. Had Aurora run from me? Or worse, right after we'd gotten her back, had someone dared to steal her from me? To hurt her? We needed to find her. Now.
“Oh really? What kind of drugs?” The same kind of drugs Aurora had used on me? When I remembered that terrifying crazy bitch straddling me to tattoo my abs, I got unreasonably hard.
“I don't know that Cain would be willing to let go of you. I’m not sure he’s…” he paused, searching for the words. “I’m not sure he’s able.”
“Don’t torture yourself thinking about it,” Remington said. “I’m not. I’m going to torture Stellan.”
Cain kicked the front door in and went in like an extra-deranged version of the Kool-Aid man.
I think he likes her even better than he liked the McLaren.” “He’s always been protective of his toys.” “I think this goes deeper than that,” Remington grinned, although it wasn’t as bright as his usual smile. “I think our boy’s fallen in love.”
“You’re going to need your strength to deal with Cain’s all-new levels of crazy.” “Oh?” she asked, her brows rising. “Well, he’s never been in love before,” I said.
“I know you’re not a dog, little devil. But I’m not too pleased with the fact that you didn’t kill Stellan—or at least maim him—to get back to me.”
I nuzzled into her hair, ignoring the incredulous look Pax was giving me as he watched me fawn over my girl.
“Don’t worry, Remington. The fun’s about to start—stop looking at her,” I snapped at Stellan, who was staring at Aurora a bit obsessively. Being obsessed with Aurora was my thing.
Aurora was tracking me with her gaze, not willing to take her eyes off the biggest predator in the room. Smart girl.
Cain was somehow still sleeping, his soft breaths surrounding me as he nuzzled up behind my other side. It still was weird to me that Cain…was a cuddler.
“No, she’s hanging on because she’s fucking mine and she’s not allowed to run away,” I growled.
Cain 💜💜💜💜 I loved all the guys but I could read an entire book of just Cain and die a happy girl!
If you haven't read the other books in this series, STOP! Go back and read them, they need to be read in order.
In the prologue of this book, we see the sixteen-year-old Delilah with Sophia and Stellan. They were all such good friends, and there was definitely the beginning of something with Delilah and Stellan. As always, the Demon ruins it. It's then that Delilah realizes at some point she will have to get away from him in order to have any real life.
The first chapter brings us to where Aurora is waking up and finds herself in a car trunk. Her first thoughts are she's going to kill Stellan. With the way Stellan's mood swings with her it could go a few ways. Of course, she's not trapped in there and she confronts him as he's getting a drink in the gas station store. It really was overkill, she already said she'd help him to find out what happened to Sophia.
In the meantime, Cain goes to find Aurora, only to discover she's not there. He enlists Remington to find her, that is made quite a bit easier since she's got an imbedded tracking device. Of course, she doesn't know about that.
Needless to say, when Cain and Remington realize the tracker is not in Aurora anymore they are livid. Stellan would pay for that, I'm sure.
Now they had to figure out where they went and why.
There are many interesting things that happen while Stellan and Aurora begin their search. The first being the information Aurora reads in Sophia's journals. She never knew the extent of Sophia's love for her.
More of the fanatic fan club of her father's show up, making things more difficult. Then we finally get find out who is stalking her. It's not a pleasant thing.
There's so much going on and it's all connected in one way or another. There's lots of tears in this one, but closure as well. Plus, that all important OMG ending!
I am already reading the next book, I will definitely be ready for the release of the final book in this series.
Holy sh*t was this book good!!! Like… omg.🤯😍 I don’t even know what to say. I’m speechless. This series just keeps getting better and better, and wow did this third book pack a punch!! Hands-down one of the best books (and series) I’ve ever read. This blew away any and all expectations I had going into this.
I was not expecting the visceral level and amount of emotion this had. It was moving, captivating, and so perfectly interwoven into the writing. I really felt for the characters. And the grief rep and hurt/comfort vibes were so well done.
I loved how the focus was on Aurora, Stellan, and them revisiting the past and getting answers/closure, but I also loved how this didn’t forget about or leave out all the other things and storylines going on. Everything about this series just feels so connected, perfectly paced and put together, and flows well, which is one the things I love most about it.
I also loved that there was so much depth in this. Everything felt so rich, developed, thought-out, and “real:” the writing, the plot, the character and relationship development, the different storylines, the characters, their pasts, their personalities, the action/suspense, the humor, the feel-good moments, the group scenes, everything!🙌🏻 It was *chef’s kiss.*
My plan was to note my favorite scenes/parts, but I wouldn’t even know where to start, because almost every scene was my favorite. But I think my top favorite had to be anything to do with the MCs bonding, bantering, having each others’ backs, being protective and caring and badass, and really just anything to do with relationship and character development, which there was a lot of! And not just between the FMC and MMCs but also between the MMCs. I love when RHs have scenes just involving the MMCs so we can see their friendship, banter, them working together, etc., and this one had a lot of that, which I loved!! Just makes things more rich.😊
A few notes and/or things I especially loved: -Cain is an absolute riot. I swear he gets more entertaining with each book. He adds something special to the group and series. And his POVs had me cracking up, especially chapter 16. -I loved pretty much any and all scenes just with the MMCs. They all showed a lot of growth in this, and I was here for it. They’re such fun and interesting characters! -Stellan and Aurora reminiscing, clearing the air, healing, getting answers, and their relationship and character development. There were so many feels. I loved the journey they went on.🥰 -The action/suspense parts were incredible (as always). Kept me at the edge of my seat. I never knew what was going to happen next!😆 -I’m curious to see what Cain does about his dad now that he knows 👀 and yay for Aurora coming clean! Now will she tell them about the cameras? I’m guessing it was/is Bentley, although it was never confirmed. And ughhh he’s still out there. -Aurora’s badass-ery and humor were a delight (as usual).🤣 I love her so much. -My heart broke for Sophia💔, but I really liked how her character was written, what she brought to the story, and how her storyline was done and wrapped up. It had me tearing up at the end, but I’m so glad Aurora, Stellan, and his mom got closure.
Overall, this book CONSUMED me. I ate up every word, was fully invested, and loved and enjoyed every minute of it, even the parts that made me emotional and my heart hurt. Honestly, everything about this series is so high-quality, which makes it so addicting to read. It’s been a while since I’ve read anything like this.
And gahhh was that cliffhanger good. Did not expect that. I mean I knew it was coming at some point, but ahhhh I have so many questions and need to know what happened and what will happen next. So now the wait for book four begins😭😭😭. I’m not looking forward to the wait, but I have a feeling it will be more than worth it!!🙌🏻
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Aurora is going to kill Stellan. Not only did he inject her with a sedative but he tossed her in the trunk of his car and headed for their hometown. Stellan wants answers to what happened to his sister and he knows Aurora is the only one who can help him find them. But is he taking her there because he thinks she's involved or because he thinks she will have some insight into who he truly thinks killed his baby sister: the Demon himself? Aurora wants to find out what happened to Sophia also but will digging into her past and looking for answers actually solve her friend's disappearance or is it just picking at festering wounds that never got a chance to heal properly? Add in a healthy dose of crazy from her father's fan club determined to push Aurora into following in her father's footsteps or killing her in the process, and Aurora has her work cut out for her.
I like this book best in the series. It had one singular issue that they strove towards which made the story a lot more palatable to read. It was also a good dip into Aurora's past and what made her click. It cemented her relationship with Stellan and humanized Aurora a bit more than she already was presenting in previous books. I felt a connection with her unlike the rest of the series and found her to be a delightful character. Stellan, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. He was so one-track minded that he treated Aurora abysmally. He tried to make up for it after the fact but you could feel the animosity from him even when they were supposed to be on good terms. He never fully believed that she wasn't involved in his sister's disappearance and I feel that Aurora should have made him suffer a lot more for not believing her when she told him the truth.
Paxton came alive in this book for me. Most of the time Paxton seemed cold and detached. Even when he was supposed to be infatuated with Aurora he never seemed to want to put his full heart into it. Paxton is such an amazing character in the way he protects every single one of the characters in his own way. There was one scene where Stellan was angry at himself and his circumstances so much that he could barely function. Paxton antagonized him and bullied him with all the self-deprivating thoughts Stellan was already aiming his way in hopes of Stellan fighting him on it so he realizes his thoughts are untrue. He was willing to take a beating to save his friend from internalizing his rage.
I felt the authors really captured each of the characters in a new light and the grammar/sentence structure of the overall book was much better. I felt this was a solid read and the only reason it wasn't a 5-star read is because those are few and far between for me.

Book Description: Stellan’s always been a pretty horrible ex-boyfriend, but he takes it to a new level when he kidnaps me. I wake up in a trunk, determined to make him pay. But Stellan needs answers about his sister’s disappearance. And I need them too. So even if he does deserve to die for what he’s done to me, we form a tentative alliance. We go back to where it all began, Stellan’s childhood home. The Demon’s house, next door, watches over our search. It’s not only the house that seems to loom over us. Ghosts from my past know everything that happened to Sophia… And they want to see me embrace my father’s legacy. Or die. They aren’t too picky. My other a**holes aren’t too happy with Stellan’s disappearing act, but they’ll go along with helping…for now. Can Stellan and I find what happened to Sophia, despite the hate and lust that pulses between us? Or will my father’s old friends leave us buried alongside Sophia?
My Favorite Quote: “Where the hell were you?” Remington demanded. “Can’t you people leave a note?”
Pax regards him skeptically. “As if you don’t know. As if you weren’t tracking us.”
“I track you because I love you’” Remington said lightly.
Aurora is trying to run from the past that haunts her. When she works with Stellan to find some closure, she discovers what happened to her childhood best friend.
The books in this series keep getting better!
This cliffhanger shocked me. I knew it was coming at some point, but still. I’m glad this is a completed series and I don’t have to wait for book four.
There’s a big shift in the kings’ attitudes as they realize they have feelings for Aurora. Cain is still his possessive self, Remington continues to be laid back, Paxton keeps brooding, and Stellan is finally coming to his senses. It’s about time!
Although the beginning of their road trip was questionable at best, I enjoy reading about Stellan and Aurora trying to find out what happened to his sister Sophia and watching them move towards the next chapter in their relationship.
One thing I don’t like is poor Aurora keeps getting kidnapped and from the way book three ended, I don’t think it will get any better in book four.
Make Me Wild is perfect for readers who enjoy super spicy thrillers, group activities, and one tough cookie who gives the Kings of Darkwood a run for their money.
“You’re like a sliver wedged under my skin, a bullet they can’t get out. You’re pain, Aurora. Poisonous pain that’s infected every part of me.”
The disappearance of Sophia has always been on Aurora's mind and Stellan is determined to find the answers of why his younger sister went missing…one way or another he's taking Aurora along with him.
Meaning that Aurora has go back home. The Demon may be locked up tight in prison, but that doesn’t stop her from looking over her shoulder or feeling the underlying truth of someone is watching her. The heightened emotions between her and Stellan do not even distract her- well not entirely anyway- from seeing the haunted ghosts from the past.
“You know, it’s pretty rude to save yourself when were trying to ride in like white knights to save the say.”
“Sorry…But you don’t seem like the white knight types.”
“Dark knights, then. But yours.”
Of course, Cain, Remington and Pax turn up and just in time to as it seems the Demons followers are delighted that Aurora is close by to their honourable leader home. You can just imagine the reunion and trouble that Stellan is in when they rock up armed and ready to inflict suffering pain on anyone that’s touched their girl.
To say that the tension will soon sky rocket is an understatement for sure…
The bond is strong between them all and they agree to uncover the mystery surrounding Sophia.
But will they be ready to face the truth?
I was feeling too much. It was like this with all of them. I didn’t know if I was obsessed or I was addicted…all I knew was that I didn’t want to stop.
Cain, Remington, Pax and Stellan…my my, just one alone is enough but Aurora is thrown into the middle…and able to seek what she needs from each of them. Each one has their own way that twists with her head, like a drug they each have their own kind of high.
They see something different in Aurora, she is more than the label of who she is and with that darkness inside with the ability to care for each of them.
They will also stop at nothing to keep her safe.
And she will never stop fighting to be with them.
Aurora seemed like the queen who could stand beside me and rule the fucking underworld.
Oooo….well I hope you’ve been following this series closely as we all knew it had come to this moment and finally finding out answers.
I love this series, Aurora’s character! Oh yes this girl is certainly growing and developing, her emotions are coming to the surface more and just that realism shines through.
The guys…well I don’t know how you’d pick one from the group let’s face it and I love this they each have their own personalities and how they respond to not only Aurora but each other in any situation. I love the bond that they share and now how this has been adapted with Aurora coming into their lives.
The next book is the final…I really have no clue where this will all end. One thing I do know is there is bound to be even more twists and shocking moments in store!
“You like this, princess? You like knowing that you can own us whenever you want to?”
O.M.G….I am in Make Me Wild. C.R. Jane and May Dawson, authors, know how to reel you in and then get you all wrapped up in their book that they wrote and then bam…cliffhanger. I was so into what was happening I didn’t even realize I was close to the end of the book. C.R. and May at least let us know what happened to Sophia. Just when you think you know everything that is happening then here comes something from left field. I love it!! Who wants boring when you are reading! C.R. Jane and May Dawson have quickly been added to my favorite authors list. I have not read one single book that I didn’t like from them. Make Me Wild is a prime example of what I love about their books. Filled with lots of twist, turns, things going sideways, drama, angst, the feels, secrets, revelations, and so so much heat (the panty melting kind)! No one does dark romance like C.R. Jane and May Dawson! I can’t wait for Make Me Burn, book 4, from the Rich Deon’s if Darkwood!! I hate that I have to wait till September 30th to find out what happens next. I am planning starting the Monsters and Me series or one of the Rejected Mate book. Maybe I might even read Ruining Dahlia from the Mafia Wars series. Or maybe I will read one of May’s books. Her Their Shifter Princess and Lost Faye series look really good. Hmmm…I will figure it out. Need something to keep me going while I wait for Make Me Burn. Although, I am anxiously awaiting The Devil’s Gate MC coming out in July 🥰🥰 from C.R. Jane and Mila Young!! I love when one or more of my tropes is in one book. In the Devil’s Gate MC, we have MC, RH, PNR and Mafia romances! Looking at the list of books in the MC Syndicate (Devil’s Gate MC is part of it) I might start reading Inferno. I have it downloaded on my kindle but haven’t read it yet. Waiting for Make Me Burn might just fly by with all of the books that I can devour. Happy Reading 📖!
I'm not sure if it's because I lost momentum waiting for this book to come out or if it's because the book focused so heavily on Stellan, but it was my least favorite installment so far. I'm glad we finally got some answers and that everything is seemingly coming to a head now (that cliffhanger?? Yikes), but I really missed the other guys in this one. I'm glad they got involved in the plot eventually, but it was just way too Stellan-heavy for me in the beginning.
All of the heavy trigger warnings for this series are still in play, but we also find out what happened to Sophia and it's all very "bury your gays."
