Detective Frank Riley is on a forced vacation to visit a guest ranch outside of Tucson, Arizona. The ranch is owned by Walter and Rocky Martin, the family of two women he helped in his last case. Instead, he finds himself in the middle of a horse rustling ring, a drug deal gone bad, and a child trafficking operation.
