Ember’s pure fire in a woman’s body ; sizzling hot with the confidence to match. She’s agreed to fix my motorcycle despite me being a tattooed stranger stranded in the dark, and it only proves how she’s too good for a broken man like me. A man whose heart is known for being black as coal. I don’t forgive transgressions. I keep my family with the Crimson Kings safe at any cost. I’m tainted with a darkness that can’t wash out. But Ember’s fire is so bright - it makes me wonder if she can burn through the darkness inside me. After all, coals are just embers waiting to ignite.
Ember is the first book in the Crimson Kings MC series, featuring possessive alpha males and independent women who give them a run for their money. Instalove romance, can be read in one hour, HEA guaranteed!
This was a very fast and fun read. Coal and Ember are good characters and I think I'll like the rest of the series. His almost sexual feelings about his bike were a little strange in the beginning but the author toned that down as the book continued which was good. Ember is a strong character and very sure of herself. I would have liked a little more conversation between them since they didn't really talk before hitting the sheets but there was enough there for me to enjoy the story. Looking forward to read another book about this MC.

For mechanic Ember, working on a strangers bike, isn't that strange but the feelings Coal brings to her certainly make for a hotnsteamy read. For Coal the club comes first but with ue bar flames ignite. Well written short easy to read, desire filled, engaging and more.
