Wow! if you've ever wanted to know more about Padre Pio, this is a great little window into his character and heart. Written by one of his spiritual daughters, she details how her life and his intersected, and the ripple effects his ministry had on the world. Testimonies from friends, strangers, and Katharina herself reveal the grace poured out from the heart of Padre Pio, and ultimately, the Lord's mercy through it all.

Very good insight into the life of a saint I do not know enough. It helps very much that it was written by a woman who seemed very close to God in her own right.

I have a very special devotion to Padre Pio, and know that he was so instrumental in the gift of the life of our little Tony...

great book, short stories from people that knew him, very inspirational and personal. Along with the book on this dear priest written by Ruffin, this is one of my favorites.

Insider stories about Padre Pio and his affect on his 'spiritual children' as told by someone who had many years of direct contact with the Saint who had the Stigmata. Wonderful and inspiring!! Padre Pio died in 1968, so I never got to meet him in person. This is a good way to get a little closer.

This was a nice book. It was a quick look into Padre Pio's life via one of his spiritual children. It was not a biography, it was just short stories of her interactions with him and how he helped her friends.
