The way we speak to ourselves impacts every aspect of our lives. A Terrific look at affirmations

This is a short less than two hour read about affirmations and how they can change the way you think and feel. It is a self help book that I think can be helpful to anyone who reads it. You do not have to use the affirmations in this book as a matter of fact while in college my professors oftentimes encouraged us to use affirmations to reach our goals no matter what they were.
The author Mrs. Tiffany Howell is a great inspirational writer and I expect to see more of her books in the future.
