A Doctor by profession and a writer by passion, Dr. Kapoor brings together his vast experience in medical profession and a light hearted Punjabi banter together in this investigative thriller. Racy in treatment you would want to finish it in one sitting. In many ways this is like a Robin Cook thriller with exception being the medical angle is easy to understand. The fine nuances behind an arranged Punjabi marriage has to be read to be fully appreciated. Great read.

Amisha is in her early 20. Her parents are searching for a groom for her. They get to know Avneesh, whose mother is Amisha's mother's friend. Due to the circumstances, Avneesh married Amisha reluctantly. Did that marriage work out?
Amisha and Avneesh were going on their honeymoon to Camila island. Since Avneesh liked scuba diving, Amisha accompanied him on the adventure. Amisha didn't like water and was scared of doing it. The next day it happens to be that Amisha, who was scared of going into the water, was found dead while she went scuba diving with Avneesh. how did she die? the cause of her death is a mystery resolved in the upcoming pages.
It was very intriguing that I read it in one sitting. It was an unputdownable book to read. Suspense is maintained till the end. The details of her postmortem report are spot-on and neatly explained.
I liked the role of Miranda. At first, when he carelessly closed the case, I got angry at his role and thought he will be like one of those officers who doesn't do his duty. But later, when he solved it with utmost sincerity and when he explained why he was carelessly closing the case, I could understand his reasons too.
One of the good mystery books that I have recently read and will recommend it to everyone.

I like books that have interesting narration and discussion-worthy writing. Author Pradeep Kapoor, a child specialist, is an excellent storyteller. This is already proven in his previous book, and now he has given his readers a book worth sharing.
The plot of this novel revolves around a couple, Amisha and Avneesh. Both of them belong to wealthy families. In Indian movies or shows, there is often a time when the male protagonist's family suffers from a financial crunch, and the wedding with another wealthy family is the right solution. Here, Amisha and Anveesh get married. And like any other couple, go on their honeymoon. Amisha, who is afraid of water, happens to go scuba diving with Anveesh. After a while, she is found dead! The story then takes a turn and is investigated. Here is where the readers are entertained much! To know further about the story, don't miss reading!
