She's right.

Because there is a crisis afoot, and Sienna is the only one who can deal with it. But she's still got other problems to deal with, including a serial killer and an explosion in her personal life, and when all three trails start to combine...

50/50

For the fiftieth book in this series, Crane does not disappoint. I always look forward to reading Sienna’s adventures and I love how he makes her wittier, smarter, and snarkier with every page turn. I can’t wait to see what she gets into next and maybe just MAYBE she’ll finally get some sort of happy ending... or at least some good news for once! Looking forward to #51!

It looks like we’ve got ourselves a mystery

Ghosts picks up minutes after the end of book 49 Eye of the Hurricane, where a figurative bomb dropped leaving some unexpected questions. And it’s not just the readers that were left reeling. Sienna has an exceptionally personal mystery to uncover and she is pulling on some old connections to get answers.

A shorter but seriously entertaining book with a bit of a supernatural flare, a bunch of mysteries with twists and turns, and a bit of detective work give off a Scooby Doo feel but with a lot more humor and sarcasm. And while there is enough resolution to nicely wrap up the book, there are plenty of threads left to pull me along to the next installment.

If you haven’t read any of the books in this series, I can tell you that at book 50 the story is still going strong.

Another great storyline with an unexpected catch.

I loved the change this book had. Less chatting between characters and more action. Sienna is needed and actually feels appreciated, along with a few oops. I love the surprise she is apprised of and through each new case the info she wants and needs is always her wanting goal. Finally in the epilogue I can see hope, which is the reason I am so addicted to her story. Her newly gained power will have great experiences we all will hang on to, as we wait for her to gain control of it. I’m looking forward to the next book and with hope we may see her find some real happiness that may even stick. I read this all the way through today.

Another great installment in the series…

Love to read how Sienna keeps evolving and growing as a character and how previous connections keep popping back into the storyline when you least expect it. Counting down the days until the next book…Kudos again, Mr. Crane!

Totally worth the wait!

Another exciting adventure. But WOW, am I starting to have serious concerns about DC. 😂 I can't believe I have to wait another 3 months for the next book. Could Robert J. Crane possibly release 2 at once? No? Just thought I'd ask. Now off to McDonald's for something. Watch out for.....nope, no spoilers here!!!

GHOST #50 Review
The last we heard Sienna had a bomb shell dropped on her by no less the President. She was married. Mean while she continues doing the jobs no one else can do-saving the world one problem at a time. Sometimes it takes a dragon to do the job or being stabbed by “friends”. One crisis follows another as Sienna takes it all in stride. CIA, FBI the president all want a piece of her time. Sometimes Sienna takes a side gig as a report while following clues to her mystery.
Secrets in the world are not always kept. And so the saga continues. Well done again.

He shoots, he scores

I am probably biased because I am completely addicted to these books. Regardless, not sure how he does it.
This one is another packed with surprises out if nowhere that weave perfectly into Sienna’s life.
I can’t wait until the next.

If you want action, adventure and an entire world of beings with mythological super powers, including the best characters you will fall in love with, you have 50 books. Get to reading.

GHOSTS quite literally!

This on is set in Washington DC and given the nature of the place it’s a matter of anything goes.

There is a series of disappearances in Washington and the FBI is struggling with it. Sienna gets some disturbing news from the president that comes as a shock.

There’s a harsh epilogue too, hopefully there’s a chance of good things on the horizon for our plucky heroine. Well we can hope, right? Unsurprisingly it’s a very easy 5 star read.

Love this one

This book was so good. I love Sienna so much. All of the characters are so different. I never know what to expect. I am rarely right in predicting anything in these stories. This one for sure was twisted. I had a piece of the puzzle correct, but that was it. I can't wait for the next one!

Thrilled with this series!

I do wonder why Sienna doesn’t use her powers as soon as needed at times, but this series rocks! She and her supporting cast are a great group of characters. I will say for anyone doubting chemtrails, they have already been proven to exist! Regular planes do not leave trails! Looking forward to the next!

Picking the lace back up

For longtime readers of girl-in-the-box will all know, some books are slower and less spectacular. Sure, all are full of the snark and laugh-out-loud moments we love, but this book seemed more full of them. Frankly, it was a joy to read, and got me through a tough time waiting for my son to get back from surgery. Thank you for the escape.

Oh my wow

So many cases for Sienna to solve. A whole slew of new characters in DC, and a few familiar ones. More hints about a major player and a fireball dropped out of nowhere... so good! I absolutely can't wait to see what happens next.

Fast paced and itching for the next go round!

As always, The Girl in the Box keeps us on our toes. I, personally, am thrilled that Sienna is back in action and getting support all around! This installment was fast-paced, can't put it down, and one shocker after the other.

This was another great page turner. Getting that new power was cool but a really crazy one. And her lost memory that she found out about.........oh how I wish I could have that happen. THIS WAS A SERIOUSLY GREAT ONE!!!

better and better

This series just keeps getting better and better. I am super sad to be so close to the end. I love how the main character developed…there was a while where I was not such a fan of Sienna, but I’m back to rooting for her full force.
