A SELECTION OF LIFE-CHANGING LEARNINGS, TIPS & INSIGHTS - DIRECTLY FROM THE WORLD’S MOST EXCITING FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS.
It's a great outlook on real-life females starting a business. It does get repetitive at some point in the book, and I wish there was a wider-market perspective - almost every chapter is about a beauty-related start-up.
Overall, this is a nice read especially because this book genre is deeply male-dominated. Female authors amplifying female entrepreneurs' voices are always welcome on my bookshelf.
This book was so inspiring! From brands I love like Glow Recipe and Daye, it was so fascinating to read about their stories behind making the brands what they are today. Each snippet is 5-7 pages long, making the content digestible. Highly recommend this read if you’ve ever been interested in starting your own business and need some inspiration.
Excellent book, inspiring and well written. I very much enjoyed the easy layout. I found that the book was dominated by those in the e-commerce space, although I found their ventures insightful, I would have liked there to have been other areas covered that perhaps I could relate to more. Maybe I will be in Doone's next book!
