Homerun #3

Drawn to Third

Rate this book
If the "Red String of Fate" folklore about tying two souls together is true, then Cain and Gabriele have tangled, cut, and chewed it to the point of unraveling.
Yet it continues to draw them together.
Cain Alexander and Gabriele Dixon have had a long history of love and heartache, and let's not forget the trauma from another boyfriend that she is working so hard to overcome.
As if fate drawing them together time and time again isn't enough, other outside forces have them reliving the highs and lows of their relationship. Will finally being honest with themselves and each other make them or break them for good?
Drawn to Third is the third book in the HOMERUN Series by Kay Lucas. Each book is a stand-alone novel filled will steamy adult content and a touch of baseball.

This book was really well done. Anyone who is looking for a good read involving baseball, sex and real relationships look no further. There was a real understanding shown to someone surviving domestic violence and that may be a trigger for some. However, from my standpoint it was well done enough to be more healing.
I also love that this is written as part of a series but can be read as a stand alone book if you have not read the previous titles.

This is a book about knowing you should be with one person…and then screwing it up time and time again.
Cain and Gabby drive down memory lane with all the bumps and dips along the way. (Even a screeching halt a time or two.) Read it yourself to find out if they ride off into the sunset or nose dive off a cliff.
