Liked it
It was good although there seemed to be some kind of formatting issues. Had a few issues with certain politicians in it just because those specific politicians have shown themselves in recent years to definitely be on the side of the UN and China and not on the side of this country and its citizens. Probably would have been better to make up some politicians instead of using real ones.
That and the formatting issues made this great story lose some greatness

Families First, Great Title for a Fantastic Read.
There is still a long way to go, but the groups, the country, and Government are getting the United States back to work. I really cant mention any characters by name beacause that would be a Spoiler, but many of Lances group have gone above and beyond to help their families and others to Survive. Great book, you wont be disappointed.

Family
Reading this series it comes down to family first. That just doesn't mean blood family. It means anyone you care about and want to love and protect with your own life. God ,family and country. If you don't have love and respect for all three your life will have a void and purpose. Read this series and then ask yourself what are you will to fight for and sacrifice .

Truly 'Families First'
The series title 'Families First' is perfect. Focusing on how the characters/family groups (including found family) persevere under severe circumstances that we as modern society are definitely not prepared for. Triumphing and sometimes failing, but always moving forward and growing.
Think I'll move on to his next series. 🙂

The Best I Have Read
I am not good in describing things I like the best but there was nothing I liked the least. The characters were awesome, Mike my favorite good/bad guy. Loved Jake, Vlad, Ronna, the Colonel, Mac, Lance and Joy. And so many stories that blended together. Wasn’t able to stop reading.

Excellent story from beginning to end. Great values promoted in this action packed series. Looking forward to more from Lance K. Ewing.

Finally over
The whole series was great...but I'm glad it's over. I like to binge read a series, and as good as it was, seven books is a lot of reading.

I truly enjoyed all seven books. It was great to read a book where language was good enough for all to read. This series would make a really good television show.

The best A posts apocalyptic stories . I couldn't even put it down and went from 1st book - 7 th book in less then a week. I use my read love stories but this was much better.... A six stars revew..
