This boxed set has the first 3 books mainly featuring Lila Harrow, the baker girl. Naturally her two cousins, aunts, parents & Elspeth her annoying witch of a grandmother appear a lot, too. Murders galore. Lila is framed for murdering in the first book. She gains a hellhound guard dog, Nash. Matthew Grim makes an appearance, a grim reaper! More murders in the second book, this involves snakes & snake venom, ugh! The third book has murders & other punishments, following the seven deadly sins! There is a new bakery opened opposite Lila’s & she’s not happy. But the twins who own it have their own troublesome grandmother, Delilah. Arch enemy of Elspeth. Lots of fun & games had by all!

Good series!
I enjoy reading the Point Muse stories, and this set is a good addition to the series. It's always fun and interesting to see what the Harrow family members get involved in, finding murder and mayhem along the way. I look forward to reading future books in the series.

Great books
I loved the quirky characters in this book. The paranormal aspects of the book were spectacular was fantastic and unusual--the pug with the radioactive flatulence was wildly entertaining. The mystery aspect kept me guessing until the ending of the story. I highly recommend these books to everyone who enjoys a paranormal mystery with heavy dollop of humor.

Reading this series was a hoot…of laughter! Chaos and mayhem happening everywhere you turn. Throw in Elspeth and her flatulent pug and you have a recipe for a rollicking good read! I had a BLAST reading this series!
