Revive is an enemies-to-lovers romance from the completed Carter Brothers Series. This standalone dual-POV novel will keep you captivated with steamy scenes, emotional connections, and a Happily Ever After with no cheating!
In the small mountain town of Piney Grove, Mason Carter lives a solitary life after his medical retirement from the Marines. He’s the quiet one of the family, happy to be alone as he watches each of his younger brothers find love. His woodworking business is growing, and everything is going smoothly until his sanctuary in the woods is disturbed by a Hollywood starlet.
Meanwhile in Los Angeles, Savannah Monroe ends her acting career after the unsolved death of her sister. She has taken custody of her niece, whose trauma from the loss of her mother has made her unable to speak. With Savannah’s paranoia building, they flee the chaos of the city for the solitude of the mountains.
Mason and Savannah instantly butt heads as neighbors, but another unexplained incident thrusts them together and ignites their passions. Savannah’s charms may be no match for Mason’s gruff exterior, but his need to protect could be the key to breaking down his barriers. They soon discover that nowhere is safe as the answer to Savannah’s questions lurks ever closer.
3⭐️ out of all the ones in the series, this is probably my favorite one. I really liked Mason and Savannah and I loved the “suspense” part of the book.
It did follow the theme of a lot of inner dialogue and recapping like the others, but I didn’t find it as “bad”. It seemed like there more interactions and conversations in this book. Also, I did think a lot was missing and would have liked more of the book. Otherwise, solid 3⭐️.
Why didn't he adopt the little girl? Does he communicate with her at all? How is he keeping her safe if he is just the money supply? Why didn't they bring her to live with them? Ugh.. need more..
Four brothers....all unique, finding the loves of their lives, despite challenges they encounter along the way. Each book captivated me. The sense of family, of friends, of love and dedication. Really good.
I really enjoyed this series. Itvwas a genuine, light read where characters had some of the same problems people face in real life, heartwarming, never dragged.
I fell for the Carter brothers from the very beginning! They are awesome and loving men! I knew Mason would fall fast and hard! Savannah was perfect for him!
