I thought that the description sounded interesting, so I entered the Goodreads giveaway for this book. After being notified that I had won a copy, I purchased the first two books in the set. I soon realized that all three books suffer from the same issue - not well written and boring as anything. Not even the dialog is interesting - and there are a ton of incomplete sentences plus thoughts and points of view jumping all over the place. Maybe the author will re-write the stories into something enjoyable to read.
This is not for me. I should have quit on this book early on but chose to give it a chance. I read the whole book and nothing about it was redeemable. I didn’t like the plot. I didn’t like the writing style. I found it odd and unclear. I thought all the characters were unnecessary and confusing. Just not for me.
