I stumbled upon this amazing read on spirituality that delves deep into the art of connecting with our inner being. As someone on a path of self-discovery, this book was an absolute gem. It served as a powerful reminder that we can elevate our spiritual consciousness by slowing down and being present in each moment. It's in these moments that we can truly tune in to the frequency of the universe and let our souls align with the cosmic energy that surrounds us.

Having read dozens of “spiritual” style books, and reviewed plenty, it is with a heavy heart that I have to say this is probably the worst I have ever come across. Constant gibberish, with endless unfounded claims. Gobbledygook that she says is “obviously true”, time and time again. I hope the author goes away and revises this book with some proper details rather than endless platitudes , just for the sake of credibility.

Wow what an amazing book! Very well written & love the guidance & support it offers. It has given me so much insight into my own recent spiritual awakening. The book resonated with me & I have gained more valuable knowledge on this fascinating way of life. Meditation is key for me & I look forward to it becoming a regular practice in my daily life 🙏🏽
