Great book! Should be required reading for anyone that owns a business!

Quick read. Little ideas on how to talk to your team about building a good culture. The exercises got a little silly as I was reading them and seem like it would work better in non-tech space. Otherwise, it had some good topics of conversation and things to keep in mind for building a good team culture. Pretty easy to skim and just read the key questions/points.
