The recipes are organized by country of origin. Mexico is one of the countries included, with recipes for Christmas Eve Salad (Ensalada de Noche Buena), Empanadas, and Mexican Nut Cookies (Pastelitos de Boda). The instructions are very detailed, and young children will need adult assistance.
