When will the insanity end? This book will answer your questions about end times issues by examining statements that Jesus Himself made about what was to come. You will be encouraged as you anticipate Christ’s return.
Both inside and outside the church, people are asking the same Is this the end of the world? With a global pandemic that has killed millions; nations spending millions of dollars to update their nuclear weapons arsenals; and an increase in fire, floods, plagues, and other natural disasters, Christians and non-Christians alike are concluding that history appears to be drawing to a close. Yet Dr. Michael Youssef says now is not the time to fear. In Is The End Near? Dr. Youssef looks at Jesus’ words in Matthew 24 and 25 about the end of civilization and the coming of the one world ruler and
As believers, we don’t have to fear the end. Using God’s Word as our guide, we can look toward the future with hope, because we know the One who holds the future in His hands.
Michael Youssef is the founder and president of Leading The Way with Dr. Michael Youssef, a worldwide ministry that leads the way for people living in spiritual darkness to discover the light of Christ through the creative use of media and on-the-ground ministry teams (www.LTW.org). His weekly television programs and daily radio programs are broadcast in 25 languages and seen worldwide, airing more than 13,000 times per week. He is also the founding pastor of The Church of The Apostles in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Youssef was born in Egypt, but in 1984, he fulfilled a childhood dream of becoming an American citizen. He holds numerous degrees, including a PhD in social anthropology from Emory University. He has authored more than 35 books, including recent popular titles The Barbarians Are Here and Jesus, Jihad and Peace. He and his wife have four grown children and eight grandchildren.
Michael Youssef in his new book “Is The End Near?: What Jesus Told Us About the Last Days” gives his readers answers to many of the questions being asked in Churches. Is the world experiencing the “birth pains” Jesus predicted in Matthew 24 and 25? Is the end of civilization near? Will the Rapture sweep Christians away to heaven before apocalyptic events like those foretold in the heavens, or before the Antichrist's appearance? Can Christians live without fear, feel hope and security when the world is shattering around them?
With clear insight based on years of research with the Bible as his guide, Michael Youssef answers these questions and more. Well-written and compelling his work strengthens Christians' faith, giving hope and peace to Believers in these troubled times. I also thoroughly enjoyed Stephen Strang's interview with Michael Youssef at the end with a look at the invasion of Ukraine from a spiritual perspective.
This is a book that I found encouraging and inspirational as we wait for our Lord’s return. I pray Christians will read it, be filled with optimism and pray for a revival of faith that will sweep this world as this age draws to a close.

As someone who would be considered a “baby Christian” I found this very educational and easy to understand. I honestly couldn’t put it down and finished it in one day.
This book does a great job a breaking down multiple scriptures in the Bible and Dr. Youssef’s take away from it.
How today’s events could really be leading up to what Jesus said. I’m like Dr. Youssef on the matter, it’s not something I have thought much of but with how fast things to seem to changing in the world, and especially for how things are changing with Christians. How they are becoming hated or even changing their beliefs to fit today’s ideas vs the Bible, it makes you wonder… are we in the end times?
I will be buying multiple more copies for family because I think this is something everyone should read. Rather you agree or not, it’s thought provoking for sure.
This is a book that mainly Christians will pick up---if, even them. Most people just don't want to think about the end. But as a Christ-follower I would hope this excites you. If you are a Christ-follower you should be reading your bible and know the signs. And if you are doing that you will see they are coming into play so clearly in the world that has gone crazy. Michael Youssef, who've I have followed for a while, puts the worldly ways into a Christian perspective and shows how clearly the country has fallen away. I love the specifics laid out of how easily it has happened right under our noses! But many do not have the eyes to see or the ears to hear. The truth is you need to accept Christ before you don't get the chance any longer- either by death or his return.
Definitely recommend this book. It might open your eyes. It is fascinating how the devil has so easily pulled the world/country from a Christian nation!
Is the end near? This is the title of this book which I had just finished. The answer is within the question, "The End is Near". Christians and non-Christians need to be aware of the events of the world that are unfolding right before our eyes. Be careful of the talking heads on the T.V. and the news that you hear. They do not represent the "TRUTH". Keep your eyes on the Lord and to the sky. If you are a non-Christian research the Bible and get with someone who can help understand Gods plan for you.
Initially I thought the title was pretty cheesy (He answers the question on the first page too!) but truly this is a deep dive into Matthew 24 & 25 and a wonderful introduction into Dr. Youssef’s teaching. Biblical and powerful, I’m really glad we did this study and thankful for his encouragement. I foresee having to stand up through some really dark and difficult times. It’s not good enough to think “oh he’s coming to take us home before those days!” We have to be prepared for battle. But I’ve read the end, and we win. Come Lord Jesus.
Excellent read! Honest and straightforward from a man who knows what is going on in “Satan’s playground” - the World. The wise will heed the warnings - FOOLS will ignore them and remain FOOLS. Hope is rampant in this book but only for TRUE Christians as the unsaved will perish as is their plight.
Once again, Dr. Youssef has challenged our thoughts on what is happening in our world today. Are these the days of the end? Are the labor pains warning us of the soon Return? I challenge you to read and study what he has written.
Look around you. If you don't believe we're living in the end times, maybe you're kidding yourself. This book is scary at times, but also gives me hope that my future is secure no matter what happens.
This book is a great tool to stir followers of Jesus to hope for the eternal justice of Jesus, who is ultimately coming sooner than we might have imagined even a few of years ago. Michael presents many scriptures and lines up current events with the biblical prophecies unfolding in this day and hour.
ok read but if you are a christian you already know what the Bible and Jesus say about the end times. This book told me nothing i didn't already know lol.
