Monsters were real. And they were evil.

My husband had me convinced that we were ridding the world of those monsters. The horrors that prey on the innocent. The darkness that shouldn’t exist.

But then I saw that the true monster was my husband, and I ran.

I was brought to a safe house called The Harem Project. Here I found it in the five men of the House of Wyn. Five men who weren’t men at all. They threw a wrench in my contract but for some reason, I still agreed.

I’m finally learning to be happy. Learning the truth of what’s living in the open if I were only to properly look. Learning the truth about ORKA and the kind of man my ex-husband is. Learning that sometimes it takes five men to make you whole.

As it turned out, I didn’t run far enough. My ex found me and he wasn’t about to let me live. Now I’m in a cage with the promise of death looming over me.

My name is Jennings.

I’m human.

And I’m praying to whatever is out there that my new husbands can find me before my ex feeds me to something ORKA has been torturing for years. I hear it screaming down the hall and I swear, I can already feel it sucking on my soul.

This is a polyamorous story with content not suitable for those under 18 years of age due to graphic scenes and situations.

Crea lives in upstate New York with her dog and husband. She has been writing since grade school, when her second grade teacher had her class keep writing journals. She has a habit of creating secondary, and often time tertiary, characters that take over her stories. When she can't fall asleep at night, she thinks up new scenes for her characters to act out. This, of course, is how most of her meant-to-be-thrown-away characters tend to end up front and center - and utterly swoon-worthy! Don't ask her how many book boyfriends she has...

When not writing, Crea is an avid reader. Her TBR pile is several hundred books high (don't even look at her kindle wish list or the unread books on her tablet). Sometimes, she enjoys crafting; sometimes, exploring nature; sometimes, traveling. Mostly, she enjoys putting her characters on paper and breathing life into them. Oh, and sleeping. Crea loves to sleep!

So. I’ve noticed a couple repeating patterns in this series.
First off: she seems to have a hard time giving equal attention to all characters in the relationships. In this one and the first especially.
This one she seemed to put a strong emphasis on one character in particular and then throw in a couple of the others, sort of as afterthoughts, almost. There was mention of things happening off page, but what we got on page just made me feel like only one of the relationships took precedence and all the others were just background noise. Which is not something I Ever want in a why-choose book.
In this case I think a couple extra chapters here and there where we get more time with the guys’ relationships, and then couple where each of the guys gets their individual connection time with the FMC to make things feel more cohesive and equal, would’ve been a real benefit for the development of the relationships, since it feels so lacking when she leaves so much off page.

Second: there are a lot of repeating plot points in this series.
-The FMCs all come to the Harem Project in danger, and stay there in sanctuary, because someone is after them.
-They all choose the ‘marriage contract’ for their bride.
-They all have a kidnapping scene from their main enemies at about 70ish% of the way through.
-And they all end completely abruptly, no ‘bright future’ epilogue.
Which. Fine. That last one is just a personal preference that I understand a lot of people just skip from what I hear.
But I like it.
I think these book would feel more complete with one, and it could kind of be a little cheat In how to get those individual connection scenes with the rest of the characters, that doesn’t effect the pacing of things.🤷🏻‍♀️
The other two on this list are also fine, but at this point, three books in, they’ve lost a bit of their impact and urgency. Mainly because it’s not just the situation that’s so similar, it’s the scenes that she writes about them that also seem repetitive.

It’s the same formula in all three:
Kidnapping+hopeless husbands and friends+searching+dramatic and bloody rescue=big climax
The reasons are a little different, but it’s just not enough to keep it interesting for the third time.

And, finally, third: she has a talent for writing a book where almost nothing happens for a good 50% of it.
Which, would be just fine if we got all the other stuff with the characters.
But instead we get fluff and mentions of off page things, and then I feel like she thinks she couldn’t possibly have fit in scenes with each of the guys…
I think this is mostly an editing problem. A lot of things could’ve been cut out to make room for actual developmental scenes and it would’ve been about the same length, but with waaay more substance.

*sigh*
I feel like I’ve been really harsh here.
I just wanna be clear, I like this series. I like this book. I mean, I keep coming back to it, so, I would think that’s obvious.
I just think it could’ve been paced much better, and it would’ve been a lot more satisfying, for me.

What do you do when you discover the life you’ve been living is all a lie? One where the humans are deeply monstrous, and the monsters are ones with real humanity. This continuation of the monsters’ fight to stop the organizations determined to end their existence, stars the House of Wyn, who’ve played important supporting roles in the previous books, and Jennings, a human who’s about to have her entire world view dumped on its head. I really enjoyed watching this family come together. Particularly how they learned and showed the importance of the ‘little things’. I’m also captivated by the suspenseful struggle with ORKA and all the new bits of knowledge that are being uncovered about this foe. I already can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.

House of Wyn is the third book in The Harem Project series and the more I read the more I’m loving this series.

This story focuses on Jennings and her growth from word vomiting what was told to her to finally understanding the truth about what is happening around her.

I loved the relationship build between Jennings and Leike. It was sweet and set a good foundation for the rest of the harem. There is obvious tension between the guys but Jennings was able to pull them together.

The characters are great and I love the crossovers. The storylines are engaging and I’m definitely looking forward to the next book.

Jennings thought she was changing the world by eliminating the "monsters" of the world. She soon finds out that she's living a huge lie and has a complete change of heart. When she goes into the Harem Project program, where she escapes her horrible ex and meets five forgiving men.

House of Wyn is the third book in The Harem Project series. I'm soooo enjoying these standalones in Crea's shared universe. I love how she didn't bypass any of Jennings' wrongdoings. I felt that they all needed to address that in order for this harem to work and crea did this beautifully. I do feel that the ending was a bit rushed, but that didn't take much away from my enjoyment!

**Please note: I have read this book before release, because I have a patreon membership for Crea Reitan. Part of that membership includes, that I get an ARC copy. Of course, I only leave an honest review.**

Again, I love the Harem Project stories. Like I said before, they don't have to be filled with action and stuff. Even the mundane has a place in a story. Though, this one had a good balance of both in my opinion. It starts with the beginning, where Jennings has to flee from ORKA. Then she is finding Lieke and becoming part of his family. With the tension and struggles between the members of the family, and Jennings finding her footing in a world of monsters. And, of course, in finding out what a true monster is.

And in between all that the information about the movement against ORKA and The Division of Silence. Of course, more background parts on The Project Harem. I like how Crea is able to fit it all in one story.

Which doesn’t mean it is perfect. Again, referring to former reviews in the Harem Project series, there are questions open, and I still hope it will be revealed with more books.

For example, in this book, age was again a topic that was talked about. But still it isn’t revealed how a family with a human in it handles the question of different lifespans. I mean, I don't think that is something unimportant. A harem with a long lifespan finds its missing piece, only to have that HEA for a few years, before the human naturally dies? The same goes in the other direction. I can’t imagine that a human would be happy to have a few years in youth/good condition with them, only to grow old and see the loves of their life stay young.

So, I really wish there would be an explanation at some point. Generally, I don’t like how the time between the members of the family is glossed over. I know, each book is fast paced. But does it mean that we don’t get to see equal time or sexy scenes between each single person in the harem? Even though it’s mentioned in the chapters that there happens a lot between the characters, we don’t actually see it all. For instance, we don’t see Liev with Jennings in a one on one setting. But it is said, she had time with him. So, we see a sexual interaction only at the end. And I don’t think Meir had alone time with her either. But at least he was part of the sexual relationships.

Though, even with the issues I had, it doesn't make me love the book less. And I have to compliment how the POV with the kidnappings was solved. In the former books, the rescues were shown from both sides, but repeated a lot and were quickly solved. Seems like Crea has changed that, and now the rescue was more prolonged with different POVs about the issues. There is solving, too.

Uh, spoilers kind of? It's not really detailed but it spoils a specific character so yeah spoilers.

This book had to get 2 stars. The conflict within the harem made no sense. Liev was 100% in the wrong for what he did in the beginning, and honestly I was annoyed that Jennings agreed so readily. What makes it worse is that he literally never said sorry or admitted guilt. Saying "I'm sorry it went on for this long" or "I'm sorry our family drifted apart" is not an apology. He literally NEVER apologized for what he actually did because he felt he was in the right. It's ridiculous. He stayed on his high horse until the very end. Even thinking to himself "how could they not see?" as if his actions were justified and they just didn't understand. No buddy. It was NOT justified and there was nothing to understand other than you were being a giant douche-nozzle. His original argument was that Lieke should not make a decision for the group on his own. Lieke did not make any BINDING decision for the group. On the other hand Liev immediately becomes a hypocrite and DOES make a BINDING decision for the group. WITHOUT their consent. Then we get a chapter of Liev "falling apart" near the end of the book. Were we supposed to care? It was of his own making. It's ridiculous trying to make us pity him for causing his own misery. Not only did he never properly apologize or accept his role, he gave absolutely no sound reasoning for his actions. Because there weren't any. Like seriously. I almost DNF'd the book based on Liev alone. Conflict for the sake of conflict is not the way. The whole time I was reading the book I was waiting for literally ANY reason for why he did what he did (other than being a little baby boy because Lieke was excited to find his soul mate???). Instead I got no explanation whatsoever and I'm mad at this book. The rest of the characters and me liking the series in general is the only thing that kept me from giving it 1 star instead of the 2 I'm giving it now. This was a huge miss and I hope there's nothing like this in the next books.

I'm all for conflict, when it makes any kind of sense. No one would put up with Liev and his attitude. Human or monster. In fact, the house lead is not "absolute" like that in this series. Something like what he did should never have happened. None of the other men wanted it, he should've been out voted. They ignored every other word and order from his mouth after that so they could've done that in the first place. It's just so frustrating. The premise/plot of this book was so good, but then here comes Liev's entire character and actions to ruin the book. I found myself hoping he wouldn't even be mentioned in the chapter I was reading, it was that bad. Ugh. Whatever. Rant over, I guess.

The Harem Project continues with House of Wyn, the third book in the series by Crea Reitan. It was such a fabulous read, a polyromance that's centered on the fae, yes, please. House of Wyn was everything I'd come to expect from Crea, it was steamy, funny, heartwarming, and exciting.

Jennings (such an unusual name) is the mfc and talk about total transformation. I hate to say it but I was annoyed by her at first, Jennings worked for ORKA (a shady organization) because her (newish) husband worked there. She kinda gave off that brainwashed, tote-the-company-line vibe. Because I've read the previous books I know what's going on and her reasoning was getting to me, she repeated stuff she heard and talked herself into believing it. However, Jennings isn't a bad person, she's actually really nice and as the book goes on I like her more.

I love the fae so the guys in this harem had me won over from the start but it was Lieke and Jennings's flirtatious behavior, that was so sweet that kinda sealed it for this harem. I liked all the guys of course they are sweet, caring, attentive, and loving, like a lot of guys in this world. However, there is one issue with one of the guys that cause problems and I still don't get it but it had nothing to do with Jennings so I couldn't tell where it was stemming from but other than that the guys are all good and of course are a good match for Jennings.

I loved the plot. Jennings figuring out the truth about the world around her, and being brave enough to make a change was good. Her growth over the series was interesting. Also having a former ORKA member gave more insight into what the monsters have been dealing with. The type of people who work for the organization, what the organization does, and its policies all help paint the picture. What I wasn't expecting were all the relationship issues that came to a head towards the end, which caused a fair amount of issues itself. Finally, there was the character crossover, I love that this one giant group of harems are a found family and have roles in each other's books, it creates more depth to the world.

House of Wyn was amazeballs as I knew it would be. This series just continues to be fabulous on every level, from the wonderful characters to the entertaining plot. There are a couple of organizations that I can only describe as evil, missing people, a strong found-family bond, the best match-making service I have ever seen, and of course magic. I love this series and can't wait for the next book. The storms are rolling through, it looks like the House of Igarashis is up next.

3.5*

This entire series is filled with smitten mates, sweet moments and all round good vibes. The Harem Project has become my go to series for “awww” moments and for those times when I need a cuddle. Although there is an underlying plot that does bring a touch of darkness to this series, the overall vibe for these books is insta-love and a guaranteed happily ever after.

What I loved about this book is that the main problem in the book was that the Wyn harem has hit a wall in the romance department. With the guys being together so long there seems to be a lack of effort in nurturing their relationships resulting in feelings of resentment towards each other, and a breakdown in communication. Whilst Jennings is a perfect addition, the love and attention given to her only reflects the neglected relationships between the guys. Although this isn’t an epic quest that Reitan tends to make her characters face, the hardship the guys faced still saddened me to read, they have finally completed their harem only for it to be at risk of completely falling apart. The turmoil amongst Wyn was also great to learn about the guys individually and how this deterioration has affected each of them.

With the help of the Harem Project, Jennings is able to escape her ex-husband and ORKA and when curiosity finally wins out, her perfect harem. I really enjoyed that we got to see Jennings and Lieke build a connection before she completes her survey. It just makes their relationship all the more sweet. Their longing became my longing, their joy was my joy. I was invested in their relationship from the start. You won’t find much slow burn in this series, however, I am a sucker for slow/medium burn romance. That being said, you can’t go wrong with a fast burn, especially when the rest of the guys were just as smitten as Lieke only they could act on their feelings. That being said, I was a little disappointed this was another book where the characters chose the marriage option. I was excited to see how the courting option would turn out. As Jennings is barely divorced from her husband when she marries into Wyn, I didn’t think there was any time for Jennings to face the reality of her marriage and what she took part it unbeknownst to her. Though she acknowledged lessons needed to be learnt, I felt as though she went into her new marriage just as blind as she did her new one. As happy and smitten as I am with these characters, I just wish it was drawn out more, more angst.

Outside of the harem, it was great to see the outsider's perspective of the harems from previous books and also meet new harems both completed and those that I will be waiting with bated breath to read about in the near future. Especially with the next book and I'm very excited to meet the FMC that will take on THAT group of guys!! I love that there is a link between Jennings and Ady and how they both have origins in ORKA. It was a great way to show more insight to ORKA and their perspectives on the “attacks” the monsters are instigating. Jennings were also a great way in developing the plot towards taking down ORKA and rescuing other captured monsters. Even though I understand the progression of this subplot is slow going as it develops a little more with each new book. I NEED this move on a little quicker, the lack of urgency to rescue those captured and their inability to fully identify the scale of ORKA and Silence’s operations is incredibly frustrating. So hopefully, thanks to Jennings, we can finally get a move on in the next books.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed this series, with each being a standalone with insta-love and a guaranteed HEA these books give me all the fuzzy feelings. Though linked through a frustrating subplot, the books in this series have yet to fail leaving me smiling and smitten.

The house of Wyn is a continuation in the Harem series, I’ve not read the previous two but I don’t think I missed anything.

Jennings works with ORKA (an organisation which deals with monsters!)
She never thought she’d meet let alone work with monsters (although she deals with dead ones!) But her life revolves around her work now, she married the man who rescued her one night, and now it’s all she knows. But slowly Jennings discovers things around her that have her unsettled…..
Things come to a head when her husband tells her that they torture the monsters to learn more about their kind!
Unable to

The house of Wyn is full of monsters, so Jennings does wonder if she’s left the frying pan and jumped onto the fire! Surely it’s not safe being around them? But the more Jennings interacts with the men of Wyn, the more she’s drawn to them…. All of them!

Lieke/Loyal/Meir/Ansel/Liev are the house of Wyn, they’ve been together for a while, but always searching for the last one to complete their family. And when Lieke first meets her, he’s struck by how he feels about, how protective he feels for the human female who’s come looking for sanctuary. But he’s going to have to go slow, he feels she’s scared and will need time to adjust.

Once they realise that Jennings is the one for them, nothing is going to keep them from claiming her.

But love isn’t always easy, so when her husband comes looking for her, she’s going to have be strong, and her new husbands will have a fight on their hands to keep her…..

I’m definitely interested in popping back to visit book one and two in the series.

A read I’d highly recommend. This author is becoming a favourite of mine, her works are just full of crazy/likeable/unstable characters. Her worlds are full of #whychoose themes. The men/monsters/demons aren’t always nice, but the ones that are, well they are just so protective and dominant 😉

Crea entered another installment of her "House of" series, and it continues with not only the Harem Project's matches, but the underlying story of ORKA and Silence that are constantly being hinted at and revealed bit by bit. This book surprised me a bit. Crea's stories have been chockful of d!ck, and as many combinations of polyamory as you can imagine. This one hit a little differently. The tension of House Wyn has wrapped it's fingers around every aspect of the story. Each relationship between harem members is strained either directly or indirectly. And while it would be easy to point fingers and say someone is to blame from the beginning, the development and layers peeled back from each personality showcase it is not that simple. It's in the middle of the book, that a quote struck me how this book is different from any other's of Crea's. Ansel lists off all the other families filled with passionate love that is just shy of sickly sweet, and it's finally suggested that NOT having it isn't wrong. That "...maybe I'm feeling like we're a little damaged when we're probably not". And that, amid all the action and wider story arc is where House of Wyn shines a spotlight on relationships that are still good, still strong, but not overwhelmed with the outward signs of affection we are used to seeing in romance. Suddenly, the slightly subdued spice, and the tension marking small decisions, the slight snaps, the frustrations, and small tender moments of understanding lay bare before us on the pages. Crea gave us real love. Not Romance Novel love. Its because of this, that House of Wyn's story will stick with me for a long time, and I appreciate the bravery to give us truth amid fantasy.

When reading the first book of this series I would never have thought Jennings would be a future harem project person when first meeting her. She seemed so excited and content in her job, but I know how easily circumstances can change when you are either in the wrong place at the wrong time or see something you probably weren't supposed to see.

I had a harder time getting into this book than the other two. Jennings' situation was very different in contrast to the other two girls'. Their relationships flowed so easily that I just expected every harem story to be that way--the easy communication, the very obvious love. Jennings definitely got that from her men, however, there was so much tension between the guys that it made it difficult for me to get through the book as fast as I wanted to. I hated seeing the guys be so carefree and loving with Jennings but then distant and cold towards one another. Happy wife, happy life? Not in this case. I know this was something that had been built up over time, but it was just so disappointing to read. Things did eventually clear up, which I was happy to see, but it made me sad to see the characters so unhappy for so long.

Besides the relationship side of things, the action and story development to keep things going from the first two books was great! I loved seeing how everything seemed connected to one another. It is so interesting to see the different scenarios of how each woman is led to the Harem Project and how their lives play such a huge part in the ongoing battle between ORKA and Silence. I can't wait to see how the new fmc is involved when the next book releases. I'm sure it will be a doozy.

House of Wyn, part three of the Harem Project, by Crea Reitan was a fabulous addition to this work and a definite must read for anyone that’s been reading this series so far or loves a good polyamorous RH story.

Jennings, our tenacious FMC who we’ve met before, works as a data entry coordinator for ORKA alongside her husband, and truly thought she was making a difference in the world helping destroy monsters and riding the world from their evil. That is until she suddenly makes a discovery that rocks her world and cause she’d to go on the run—seeking protection with The Harem Project. Where she discovers that perhaps monsters aren’t truly what’s evil in the world after all…

What follows next is not only a journey of discovery about the truth of her world and minsters but also s about herself as she slowly starts to realize what the truth has always been and what truly matters as the House of Wyn men start to win her over and show her what she’s capable of. And of course bringing the Harem Project one step closer to the final battle with ORKA.

Overall this story will suck you right into this world and hook you till the end! Told in multiple POVs you get to see a glimpse behind Jennings and each of her guys, helping this story unfold beautifully before your eyes. And while they may not have been as cohesive as some of the other houses we’ve seen already, I loved how they worked through it all and how it added to their story overall. Crea never ceases to amaze me with her world building and character development and this story is no exception. Full of spicy heat and a lot of chemistry this is a definite must read for any Crea fan!

⚠️Always Check Trigger/Content Warnings⚠️

This was my first book by the author and I can honestly say I was impressed and enjoyed the read. This book can be read as a stand alone but it is recommended to read the other books in the series as there is some overlapping. This storyline focuses on OKRA and the fight to take them down. They are attacking the monsters and treating them in the worst ways.

Jennings our FMC flees to the Harem Project after some truths about her Husband who is the director at OKRA are uncovered. She has always thought that the monsters were the problem in life but sometimes the real monsters are the people you sleep next to at night. The ones you keep closest to your heart. Lucky for Jennings her luck isn’t all bad and genuine love is closer then she thinks.

Overall, I really enjoyed this story and definitely recommend giving it a read! The dynamic between Jennings and her men despite having relationship struggles was adorable. Not every relationship is going to be instantly perfect and I appreciated highlighting the significance of dealing with the struggles of making a relationship work. It does take time and effort. I enjoyed that the guys were all different and brought something special to the table but I think Lieke was probably my favorite! He had me swooning the most! 😍

Fair addition
As the continuation of the overall storyline regarding the fight against ORKA and their increasing attacks on the monsters this is a solid addition to the shared world. Things begin to ramp up with ORKA and their treatment of the monsters!
This story focuses on Jennings, who after witnessing what her ORKA Director husband doesn’t want to her to see, flees and finds herself at the Harem Project 😳 after spending time there she begins to realise that those she thought of as monsters may actually be the more humane and compassionate beings 😍 her chosen family instantly know she belongs with them, however they’re slightly fractured as a unit and Jennings fears this might be over before it’s even begun! 😩 not only that but when ORKA step up their attacks, whose going to be in the firing line next?!?!
As a standalone it was little unbalanced between the characters in the harem for me, I felt the majority of the focus was on Lieke and Jennings, it wasn’t until the last 75% that we got POVs from the others in the harem. For me I didn’t quite get the depth of character for Meir (in particular), Liev and Loyal as I did for Jennings, Lieke and Ansel. Although I appreciate that the author shows a realistic representation of relationships needing work and not always being constantly loving! I would continue to read the series to find out what happens regarding ORKA.

not as good as previous

So I was looking forward to this book but it really left a lot to be desired for me.

The kidnapping of the wife trope lets let it go please. We are over it.

The Leiv hate train by the super whiney harem very disappointing. I understand why the harem felt the contract was too forceful but I do think they knew he was trying to make a point. The author later says at the end that they want Leiv to make the hard decisions but Leike was definitely pretty ballsy to except any option on behalf of the harem without talking to them first and making out with Jennings. And the author wants us to believe that Leive and Leike have been together the longest yet Leike/Like doesn’t see how he was in the wrong 😕
It was pretty apparent the point Leiv was making and then Meir spent the entire book just being upset and having Leive’s back. Loyal and Ansel acted like minor characters in the rship and the book as if they had no independent thoughts other than the ones their respective Fae sex partners had. So Liev the entire book was isolated. The entire harem just didn’t seem to mesh.

Also this book just seemed like the monsters weren’t really thought out. We didn’t even get to see their powers until like at 75% when Jennings was kidnapped. Now they can locate glimpses to where she is at and raise floors etc. Give us that earlier please!

Jennings has a husband who looked after her when she had a literal run in with a monster. Feeling safe and protected, Jennings joins her husband in ORKA’s fight to eradicate monster’s from the earth. Seeing people that looked like her tortured has left Jennings feeling confused but understanding that monsters don’t just go bump in the night. Sometimes they kiss us Goodnight.

Running for her life Jennings finds safe harbor at a Harem Project location. As she learns more about the project and its promises, Jennings begins to think about a true happily ever after for herself.

The monsters of Wyn have been waiting for their wife. The bouquet Obry gave them at her wedding is withering, and their hope is as well. Can these monsters work through their ennui and irritations to create the family they’ve always wanted, or have they fallen off the rails so far that there’s no hope and their lives together will end before they begin?

A deeper look into ORKA along with the dynamics of family life, this book gives readers more monsters to meet and fall in love with. With action, and those “over the shoulder” moments that make you want to jump ahead, House of WYN is a great addition to the Harem Project.

New house, new harem, more drama. House of Wyn introduces readers to a new house and harem! Jennings is the focus of this book as she learns the disgusting truth about her husband. What he would have her believe are the "real" monsters in the world - are actually him and those he works for/with. Her response? To run. She gets another chance at love though with the Harem Project.
This book takes its time setting the stage and establishing things between Jennings and her harem. The author focuses on what it takes to establish and maintain healthy relationships between the characters. The steamy is a while in coming, but I don't mind. I prefer it to be that the woman feels truly secure before things get hot and bothered instead of her feeling like she needs a particular connection after getting out of a sticky situation.
I absolutely loved the various dynamics in the relationships and the steamy scenes as well. I like that the author isn't afraid to give us more where we want it most. My only complaint is that I wanted more of ORKA. I think it's time that we get to see more of the inside with this organization and start getting more of them. It will amp up the drama and really make this book a page-turner.
I'm rating this book 4 out of 5 stars.

I have just loved each of these books so far and this one did not disappoint. I love how they all interconnect and that the author keeps building on the same world and that precious story lines and characters are brought in but you don’t actually have to have read the other books to be able to read each of these. I think of these books kind of like a little treat. Most series I read are typically 3 or more books in the series so there are often cliffhangers. With these books things are wrapped up in a single book so it’s much easier on the book anxiety lol. With this book specifically we get to see a character that was introduced in the first book Jennings and see how she joins the harem project and meets her men. She has to overcome what she has learned of monsters in the past years and starts to realize that maybe what she has been told is not the truth. She then joins a group that is currently going through a rough patch and they are all trying to learn how to come together and live as a happy harem. I cannot wait for the next book to see the continuation of the series and see the next group and see how their story unfolds.

Cover Blurb:

Jennings thought she found her happily ever after, being married to Mitch, the man of her dreams, also being taken care of, and working for and organization that hunts monsters - so being dedicated to a noble case. Until the moment she saw what she shouldn't have, and became the unwanted witness that needs to be removed. Hunted and on the run, she finds shelter at the harem project, and decides to try her luck as well, considering her attraction to Lieke... only to find out there is actually a possible future. But the path to that future won't be easy, and there are many obstacles in the way.
Another story in this shared world, this time following the house of Wyn, where mostly fae are to be found. I enjoyed watching them grow together, accommodate Jennings in their midst, and being supportive from the very beginning towards each other. Even more interesting was watching Jennings change and grow. If you are a fan of RH PNR then this is definitely a good choice, regardless of which story in the Harem Project you choose. And I also find the concept of the project itself very intriguing.

I received a free copy of this book from the author.

This is the third book in The Harem Project series. They can be read in any order but it does make better sense reading in order.

House of Wyn focuses on five men and one woman.  This is a RH series. The men of Wyn are fae, pixie and human.  They're waiting on their wife to complete their six.  You never know who you'll match with but The Harem Project does a great job at filtering out those that wouldn't match well with a house.

Once the House of Wyn is matched with their wife there's some extra work involved for the relationship to be what a harem is typically known to be.  Of course it doesn't hurt that she's the former wife of a director in an organization that wants to kill non-humans.  Four of the five Wyn men are not human.

Kinda puts a monkey wrench in some things wouldn't you say?  This book moves at a fast pace and of course you get a look at the dynamic that makes up a harem.  These are fun to read and I enjoy the paranormal mixed with human characters.

WOW! Crea Reitan wrote another amazing book in her Harem Project series! I couldn't pick my favorite if asked to choose, they are all that good and House of Wyn is definitely way up there with the others. In this one, Jennings, the FMC, is married to an ORKA director and also works there. One day, she stumbles upon something she shouldn't have and realizes who the real monsters are. She's then wisked away to the Harem Project where she ends up matched to the Wyn, a family of three fae, a pixie and a human. While having a new wife makes them really happy, it also brings to light the somewhat difficult state of their preexisting relationships. It was an interesting dynamic to explore. We also get to see a lot of our favorite characters from other families and the main storyline shared with the previous books (everything to do with ORKA and Silence) continues to develop. Can't wait for the next one!!

Jennings has found out that her life has been a lie. The organization she works for has led her to believe the monsters are truly terribly and need eradicated, but now she's fallen into the arms of one and is finally see what the truth really is.

This was a pretty good addition to the Harem Project series and gave us a little more insight into a character we've seen before. Jennings got to finally see the truth behind monsters, and the fact that people like her husband are the truly monstrous creatures. I loved her character and the fact that she wasn't quick to judge anyone or any thing based on appearances. When she is welcomed into the Wyn house, I liked that the author didn't downplay their previous problems or the ones they didn't realize existed. They made everything realistic and didn't turn the story into a "well now that we have this person, we're going to be a perfect family".

Jennings is the heart of this story and she is something to read about. When everything she believes and lives is turned on its head, she reacts like a good, honest person would and then when all the trouble starts! Believing that she is married to one of and works for the "good guys" Jennings soon realises who the "monsters" are and surprise, surprise, it's not the ones who wear the label as part of their species. When she discovers the Harem Project and finds her perfect harem, surely that's it right? Well, what if that is just the beginning of the story? The chemistry between them all is undeniable but the tensions and resentment simmering under the surface, have been building for a long time. Will Jennings get her HEA or another heartbreak? I love these standalone books set in this world, the stories are fast paced, steamy and full of action!

Amazing!

This is the third book in The Harem Project series and its just as amazing as the first two. I was drawn in right from the start and completely hooked until no teacher the end. The story is told in multiple POV which i love. While this can be read as a standalone I recommend reading in order as the books are connected b Crea Reagan does an amazing job with world building and I love all the characters. This time we have the House of Wyn. The FMC , Jennings, is fantastic. We follow her on a journey of discovery about her set and the world around her. The House of Wyn men are fantastic as well and have some self discovery of their own. There is some amazing heat and sexy times. I highly recommend this book and can't wait for the next one in the series

Ok first off i wanna say i love the idea of the harem project…. I’m silently begging the author to make this happen in real life.
The Wyn harem is who we focus on this time around. They’ve kind of stalled out when it comes to romance. They’ve been with each other along time and haven’t grown or found their missing piece and now its tearing them apart.. then comes Jennings. Could this solve all their problems. There is a lot of room for relaationship growth and repair in this book and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. I love that Jennings was able to escape a bad past and the Orka group. The way shes introduced into this and finds her men is so fun to watch. This book is definitely spicy lol. I do love how we till see the other groups we’ve fallen in love with in the past it’s amazing. I cant wait for the next one.

I loved this book! I honestly love that within this interconnected series we can read this book as a stand-alone. In this book we are focusing on the House of Wyn, and I loved this house. I liked Jennings and her realizing that what she thought she knew about monsters isn't what it truly is at all. We're taken on a journey of Jennings finding love, discovering that there is a whole different world out there. I also love that this is told in multi POV, it gives such a different perspective when you're in a story with one person thinking one thing and it not being true. The guys- Meir, Liev, Loyal, Ansel & Lieke have been waiting for their wife for so long and when they find her, things don't go smoothly.

Give this amazing book a read, it's so different and I honestly love their story and the lessons learned!
