Squirrel…
Don’t talk. Never give up your brothers if you get caught. If you go down, you go down… alone. That’s just one of the things drilled into us as Soulless Kings. There are other rules, of course, but sitting in a jail cell, that is the only one running through my head. What’s worse, I’m sitting here for a crime I didn’t commit.
Normally, I wouldn’t worry because the club has a damn good attorney on retainer but he’s not the one who walks through the door for my first attorney-client meeting. No, it’s a public defender who looks fresh out of college with a degree in sexy nerd. All she’s missing is a pocket protector and suspenders. I might as well plead guilty on the first-degree murder charge and resign myself to life in prison.
And then she opens that pretty little mouth of hers and hope flares.

My parents were so proud of me when I graduated from Harvard Law. When I told them I wanted to be a public defender instead of some high-powered prosecutor, that pride disappeared, because that wasn’t their plan for me. To them, being a public defender wasn’t going to get my family out of the Bronx. It wasn’t going to elevate their lives the way they thought they deserved after all their sacrifices. But I didn’t care.
My caseload has been challenging, but rewarding. I’ve helped a lot of innocent people and sure, I’ve probably helped a few not-so-innocent assholes walk. But that’s the job and I love it… until now. Sitting across from the scary biker who rightfully deserves to go down for murder, I’m scared for the first time in two years.
And then he opens his mouth, and I question everything I thought I knew before walking into this meeting.

Squirrel is the seventh book in Soulless Kings MC series by Andi Rhodes. Each book can be read as a standalone but you will get better perspective if reading in order because of the club business and characters. It’s a definite 5 star must read. This book is a gritty, dark, thrilling, riveting, fast paced story that will captivate a reader from the first sentence. What an outstanding read. This series is just getting better and better with every book. Brilliant plot; exceptional and poignant writing. It’s a pure perfection and such a great addition to the series.
Wow Squirrel and Lexi just surprised me. The author will have you falling in love with them instantly. They have an amazing chemistry. Through pages you can feel the push – pull between them and the way they are drawn to each other. What I loved about them is that their connection seemed so natural. They both carry baggage yet are so protective of each other. It takes them time to learn to trust each other. Lexi made him change his ways. Squirrel and Lexi were everything I could ever imagine and more. They are incredibly beautiful, effortless and familiar yet complicated and perplexing and at times heartbreaking. Their story is deeply moving with a roller coaster feelings; ups and downs. They have obstacles, heartache and difficulties to overcome. Their love story is layered, fast paced, real, heartfelt and touching. Their transformation and development through book is incredible. They are utterly beautiful with ALL.THE.FEELS. and SWOON.
So well-written, so enjoyable, so intense / entertaining with amazing characters, banter, action / danger and romance. I inhaled the pages and didn’t want it to end. You need to start this series today. Believe me it will be your all-time favorite. I highly recommend this book, love story and the whole series.

Loved It!!
This is another installment in the Soulless Kings MC series and we have Squirrel who had just been arrested for killing a kid in Michigan. Lexi worked for the public defender and was given Squirrel’s case and told that she should accept whatever deals that were offered as long as Squirrel pled guilty. Lexi was not that type of woman and after meeting with Squirrel she believed he was innocent anyway. Lexi goes against the public defender’s orders and gets hired by the MC to help Squirrel out of this set up that has come against him and who is behind this anyway.
This book was such a great ride with a woman who believed in fighting for people no matter who pushed her into a corner. Yes, Squirrel was a biker who was looked at as a “bad” guy but he had so many good qualities that they outshined so many things and became a light in Lexi’s life. The chemistry was there and there was plenty of suspense and drama to make this a five-star read for me. I always look forward to this author’s books.

This book starts out with Squirrel being in jail for a murder he didn't commit, and instead of the MC attorney, Lexi (a public defender) walks in to plead his case. Now at first, Lexi is told to make a deal & be done with it but it seems off to her so after she meets with her new client, she decides that she's going to do her best to defend him since she believes he's innocent. Let me tell you, what follows is a crazy suspenseful ride as Lexi is given baptism by fire when it comes to the Soulless Kings, and honestly, it was the best thing to happen to her since she really had no friends, and her parents only cared about money that she could send them. These two have a very intense connection so let me tell you, the sexy times were super hot. Oh, and since he's being set up, the twists are coming in hot to keep me on the edge of my seat since Lexi is now caught in the crossfire as well. To see how it all played out, and who's behind it all, well, you'll have to hit those one click buttons as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was a quick, fast paced read, but with all your questions answered so what more can you want. Sure I would of loved more detailing of parts, but that's only because I love words by this author, not because there were any loose ends because of the speed of the book (there wasn't).
I was enthralled from cover to cover, unable to look away and this unlikely but perfect couple was a huge reason for that.
Will they get the happily ever after they fight hard for though?
Won't say anything else as the twist in this book will have your jaw dropping.

The tropes in this book just really appealed to me and i’m glad that I read this one because I ended up having such a nice time reading it. This book just really worked for me and it hit so many of my buttons.
This book was just done in a way that I really enjoyed. It was so entertaining to read and I loved seeing the forbidden between a mc member who’s in jail and the lawyer who’s there to try to get him out. It was just so much fun to read about.

Love this book. Love Squirrel and Lexi’s romance story. This book takes place directly after “Trainwreck.” At the end of “Trainwreck,” Squirrel is picked up by the FBI for the murder of a fourteen year old girl. This book picks up with Squirrel being taking to Michigan to be tried for the murder of the fourteen year old. The Soulless Kings have an attorney but they don’t use the attorney. Squirrel gets a different public prosecutor which is Lexi. Throughout this case, everyone has an image of what Squirrel is which is a criminal. Lexi’s boss wants her to make sure she gets Squirrel to take the plea deal. After Lexi meets Squirrel, she has decided that he’s innocent and wants to help prove his innocence. Throughout the case, readers can see how corrupt the government is in this book. Since meeting Lexi, Squirrel has had his eye on her and he knows that she is the one for him. Love how these two end up together. Worth the read.

This is the seventh book in this series and what an amazing story this book is. This is the story of Squirrel and Lexi, these two have instant intense chemistry between them from the start. This is another emotional roller coaster of a ride from this author. This story has it all, passion, twist and turns, gripping storyline, amazing character, fast paced and plenty of drama. This is a fantastic addition to this series from this author and I can't wait to read more.

Is this really the seventh book! The author has really created that family we all wanna be part of, which is why it's great when another story is out. Squirrel and Lexi’s story is up with one of my favs because I really like Lexi, she's another great female character and I love a little bit of sexy biker nerd too. I like this author because she creates strong leading ladies, so when Squirrel is arrested on a bogus charge and Lexi walks in to defend him, it made me so happy that the glasses wearing lawyer had balls and put these men in their place and show them what she was made of. This is a well written story with a whole lot of loyalty. I love the banter between Lexi and the guys. Please more interaction with the other ol' ladies!

The beginning of this book starts with Squirrel in jail for a murder he did not commit. His public defender, Lexi, is told to make a deal and not give the case another thought, but that doesn’t sit right. Instead, she fights tooth and nail to make sure that Squirrel isn’t thrown in jail for a crime he had nothing to do with. However, by fighting, they are out right into the crosshairs of enemies they didn’t know that they had. I love this series and highly recommend it!

Goodness! A page-turning thriller which had my heart racing the entire time. Squirrel and Lexi are perfect for each other. Their journey was not paved in gold and they had many hurdles to overcome but their destination was beautiful for them. I enjoyed going on this amazing adventure with them.

Great MC read
This is my new fav in the series! Lexi is a young lawyer with a strong sense of what is right. Love the immediate chemistry between her and Squirrel. This also has so many great twists and turns. Great MC read.

This is book seven in the Soulless Kings MC series and follows Squirrel as he finds his HEA. I very much enjoyed the story and the characters. It is a great, fast paced read and I would absolutely recommend it.

Great read!
Awwwww. Squirrel and Lexi meet under less than ideal circumstances but that proves to be no barrier to true love. I LOVE this couple. The story line kept the overarching series plot moving along and there is plenty of smexy time. Great read!

I Love the Soulless Kings series and each book just keeps getting better and more intriguing. Squirrel is well written with lots of suspense and romance. Squirrel is the club’s tech expert. He has done a lot of things for the club that could have gotten him sent to prison. But when he’s arrested by the Feds and shipped off to another state for something he didn’t do, well that takes things to a whole different level. Especially when his lawyer arrives and it’s not the club’s lawyer. Instead Lexi, a public defender, walks in. A very young sexy public defender who may get just than she bargained for at least in Squirrel’s mind.
Lexi’s trying so hard to prove herself, after all she did graduate from Harvard Law. But her boss and the men around the office don’t take her seriously. Even her parents harp on her for her choice to move and become a public defender. But then she is handed a murder case and told to just make it go away. In my mind I keep hearing “Two nerds fall in love.” But that’s not really the story. Squirrel is the hacker/tech genius of the Soulless Kings MC who finds himself accused of murdering a young girl. Lexie is the sexy, nerdy public defender assigned to his case, who makes Squirrel rethink his bachelor life. A LOT of money has greased the palms of influential people to set Squirrel up for murder. How can a newbie lawyer go up against the crooked system to free Squirrel? Who is behind it all?
Andi Rhodes sticks with what she knows and writes a MC romance with the perfect combination of mystery, danger and hot characters with great chemistry. My only complaint is that the stories are too short. They’re great reads for a rainy day or for lying by the pool. I just wish she’d dive a little deeper into the characters and story…….but I guess a good author always leaves the reader wanting more. And since she’s a prolific writer, you can find more in her lists of books.

I love this series, the characters are so lovable. When Squirrel is accused of murder, he has no idea that he will have a sexy librarian type public defender. He is trying to figure out what happened.
Lexi is given a murder case to go to trial, she is told to take a plea deal for Squirrel, and to make sure he takes it, but being the smart woman she is, she covers all the bases and records the prosecutor trying to bribe her as he has been bribed.
The club offer her a deal she can’t really pass up and she is now working for them to clear Squirrel and trying to fight her attraction to him.
They finally turn the tables on the system and release the recording to the judge and she releases him.
Squirrel talks Lexi into coming to Oregon, to work and soon they are a couple and fallowing deeper in love. The threat is finally found out and taken care of, but Lexi gets hurt and Squirrel feels responsible. They come out on the other side and are stronger for it.

Squirrel has no idea what he was in for when he was accused of murder and appointed a public defender that was a knockout. Lexi has worked hard to prove herself as a public defender and when she is appointed Squirrel’s case and encouraged to have him take a plea deal it just doesn’t sit right with her. So she follows her good instinct and the Soulless Kings MC and trusts what in Squirrel. Lexi is smart and records the prosecutor trying to bribe her in Squirrel’s trial. They release the tapes to the judge and Squirrel is acquitted and then they convince Lexi to uproot her life and move to Oregon with the club and be their attorney. Squirrel and Lexi try to fight their attraction to each other but is a losing cause. She ends up getting hurt and Squirrel feels responsible, will this ruin their budding relationship?

This is the seventh book in this phenomenal series, and this is Squirrel and Lexi’s journey. Squirrel is arrested by the FBI on a bogus charge and taken out of state. Lexi is a public defender who works hard to prove herself in her male dominated office, and she is handed a case and told to make sure that her client accepts the plea deal. Lexi knows things are not right and when she meets Squirrel, she knows he is innocent. When Lexi has a meeting with the prosecutor, she discreetly records the meeting. When the MC offers her a deal to come work for them, she accepts. This is a well written story which has intrigue, suspense, danger, emotions, loyalty, humor, witty banter, romance, and love, which leads to a thrilling and entertaining addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Andi Rhodes did it again with another fantastic book about the Soulless Kings. Squirrel computer genius has met his match this time with Lexi Attorney at Law. When Squirrel is arrested for a crime he didn’t commit and is transported to Michigan, he is appointed an attorney that is not the MC’s attorney. Squirrel has to decide whether or not to trust someone who is not under the SK’s thumb or wait for the club’s attorney to show up.
The chemistry between Squirrel and Lexi is electric. Nothing turns Squirrel on more than verbal sparring with sassy sexy attorney Lexi. As Lexi and Squirrel attempt to clear his name the MC’s loyalties are tested and an unexpected enemy emerged.

Squirrel by Andi Rhodes is book 7 in the Soulless Kings MC Series. This is the story of Lexi and Squirrel. Squirrel is a part of the Soulless Kings MC and is their hacker who is a tech genius so he has done some illegal acts but not this one. Squirrel was arrested by the FBI for killing a young girl and taken out of state. Lexi is a smart lawyer who is a Harvard Graduate and choose to be a public defender. There she isn't take seriously in the male dominated world but is assigned Squirrel's case being told to get him to take the plea agreement. When she meets Squirrel she knows he didn't do what they are trying to pin on him and goes forward to prove that. Enjoyed their story and hope to read more from this author.

Squirrel had no idea that while he would be fighting for his life against murder charges he would also be falling for the knockout take no prisoners lawyer appointed to his case.
Lexi has been working so hard to prove herself as a public defender. She believes in what is right and follows her gut. So, when her gut tells her she needs to trust the Soulless Kings MC and most of all Squirrel she does just that and takes a leap of faith.

This was a great read and I am glad we got to see so many of the familiar characters again.
Lexi has been working so hard to prove herself as a public defender. She believes in what is right and follows her gut. So, when her gut tells her she needs to trust the Soulless Kings MC and most of all Squirrel she does just that and takes a leap of faith.

My only complaint about this book was it was too short! I needed more! This story was set up so well with the ending of Trainwreck and I was so excited to read it. Squirrel has always been different than the other members of the Soulless Kings MC and I love his softness. Lexi is a newer public defender fighting to prove herself and even though it may bite her in the butt, she follows her gut and believes Squirrel. This story was a great read and I loved visiting the men and families of the Soulless MC and seeing a new chapter (that we hopefully get a spin off series of??!!). Fast-paced but the story line is fulfilled and full of fun, emotions, a jaw dropping twist, that all ends in an HEA.

I couldn't put this book down I absolutely loved Squirrel and Balls. Squirrel is battling against an unknown enemy and Lexi is the only one who can help him. This MC family is the best, I love reading about some of my favorite characters. Truly a great story and one not to miss.

The end of Trainwreck set this up so well.
I loved this story, and I know I've said it about all the Soulless Kings books so far but this had a sweetness due to the way the characters were written.
Both are nerdy in their own way and come together so well that more of their personalities show.
Drama and angst go hand in hand with all the Kings and their Ol'Ladies and I loved seeing how everyone interests.
I feel this isn't one to just be picked up and read, start at the beginning to get all the back story for plot and character development.
I loved this story, and I know I've said it about all the Soulless Kings books so far but this had a sweetness due to the way the characters were written.

I received this book as an ARC! I have been reading the Soulless Kings MC for sometime. Squirrel is not like the rest. He took what he needed and made it work. Then comes along Lexi smart, sexy and has balls of steel. She doesn’t cower down to a threat. Bug is my favorite! This story definitely throw me for a loop. I don’t want to give to much away but I’m glad we get to meet the Michigan Chapter. Maybe some spin offs with them too…….

Oh, how I loved this story. Andi knows how to draw you into a story and keep you there hanging onto every word. I devoured this story in one afternoon. The characters are interesting and the story, who would have thought the villain was…nope, not going to tell you. These men of Soulless Kings and their better halves are so amazing, even giving each other grief. This has jumped as one of the top stories I have read by Andi and that is saying a lot because I love her books.

Squirrel is being accused of murder but it’s not in Oregon, it’s in Michigan. He’s been given a public defender and no phone call to the club’s attorney. Lexi isn’t new to cases, but just new to a murder trial. She’s been told to get her client to take the plea deal. She feels as if something is wrong with the whole circumstances surrounding this case. She goes with her instincts, and this leads to even bigger problems. As always, the Soulless Kings stand behind their members, and help Squirrel 100%. There’s lots of twists & turns throughout this novel. 100% recommend!
